If the window replacements are as good as Sam Veloz, I will be very satisfied. His mild demeanor was matter of fact and to the point. I felt like I was in good hands.

This will now be our second time working with champion and I could not recommend them more! We've been trying to get this resolved since January. They came out in May to repair a broken window frame and then warped the frame. We had to wait four months for the materials to get in and get the replacement part, then the installer failed to show up on the day they scheduled. They used to be a decent company, but in the past few years customer service has become nonexistent and they seem to view the customer as an annoyance. We would never recommend them or do business with them again.

Champion just finished up doing 17 windows in my house. From the time we got an estimate to the time the job was completed, they were nothing but professional and timely. Install day the crew showed up on time, worked all day cleaning up as they went. Besides the beautiful windows and excellent work you would have never known installers had been at the house. That is how great of a job they did with their work. They took pride not only in their product but the job itself. Highly recommend Champion!!

TL;DR - Champion failed to honor contracted services at contracted rate; after holding our deposit for 2 months, tried to price gouge us for 40% above contracted rate. Terminated contract after we refused the inflated rate. Only returned money after escalation to BBB. Was quoted a price for an exterior door, and signed a contract to have work completed within 6-8 weeks upon contract signing. Down payment was made at the time of contract signing. After 8 weeks of waiting (with the expectation that our door was being manufactured and would be installed), we were informed that the contracted price had been "underestimated" by roughly 40%, and that if we failed to pay the inflated rate our order would be cancelled. The sales rep refused to respond to our calls for clarification, and our money was refunded only after escalating to the Better Business Bureau. Champion has provisions in their service contracts that protect them from any accountability beyond eventually returning your money for failure to render services. This basically amounts to them having the ability to collect a down payment from you, then string you along without any obligation to actually complete any work. The only conclusion I can come to after this experience was that Champion is acting in bad faith, or is completely inept. Either way, they have permanently lost my trust, and any hope of future business. Would not recommend.

It went well overall. The sunroom is really nice and so far appears to be of great quality. The communication between the time the deposit is made and when the materials arrive needs improvement. We had to initiate all contact to try and get updates on the arrival of materials. We were able to reach the office, but they could not provide any information until the materials arrived. The installers were contracted by Champion. They did a great job of comunicating and cleaning up. There was a delay in the installation of the last section of glass due to a discrepancy in the measuring or ordering of that piece. We had our AC company install the ductless air conditioner before the patio was closed in. That was the right order of installation, preventing the new glass wall from being disturbed.

We were in the market for new windows. One of the companies we received an estimate from was Champion Windows. First, we did not hire them for the project. Second, we did like the windows BUT not the sales tactics; thus the reason for the review. Upon entering our home, the salesman said: "are we only doing a few windows - ours can be expensive". The implication that we could not afford the windows was not well received. When it came down to price, we were given an estimate of $48,000 to replace 18 windows with casement style. When he learned the estimate was more than $10,000 above the highest competitors' estimate, the windows then became 2 for 1. This brought the estimate down to $24,000+ This price still reflected above most of the previous estimates. Then it became we could save 10% if we hired them that day. We did not like the carnival game antics with price. We will hire companies that give us a fair industry price without all the pricing games.

The windows arrived much faster than what we thought and they installed them very quickly. But suddenly, a thunderstorm came and they wrapped up thorough and didn't finished the job, they never patched holes, they leave big chunks of wood, and they left gaps on the outside and also left broken glass on the backyard.

Great! Communication was ongoing and great. Changes needed to be done along the way and it was easy! Great team and completed as expected.

It was great. It wasn't anything in particular. It was like shooting the dark and we got luck. It was 2 to 5 workers. It lasted about a week or so.

They walked around and assessed the property. They were the highest out of the three we saw. He was very professional and honest. He said if it was his house he wouldn't invest that kind of money at our age. I appreciated that.

They were excellent. They were very professional, and they did a great job with comparing their stuff with other materials, so we can see the difference.

New AC/Heating unit installed in March 2015. Unit, service package & rebate promised were misrepresented; delay in installation, broken equipment installed, workers arrived without necessary tools, difficulty reaching project manager and the need to re-clarify the agreed upon service contract each time the unit is serviced is extremely frustrating. Remaining with this company because AC/Heating unit has been installed & paid for, and paid for the bi-annual service plan.

I did not hire them so I am only reviewing the bid process. They were on time and professional with their presentation. Their bid was much higher than the company I eventually hired. They tried to make their bid more competitive, but the closer they got to the other bid, the more the finished product did NOT look like what I wanted. In fact it may not have been in compliance with my HOA covenants.

They were on time, both for the first visit and then again when the windows were to be installed. Everyone from start to finish did a great job explaining and giving answers to our questions. We are getting ready to walk into phase 2 to install the last few windows. (we choose to do it in two parts instead of all at once)

The work was fantastic, the crew was okay. There was a hassle because they borrowed a tool they never returned it and I checked with them but that's in material but the bottom line is they did very good work and I was quite pleased with the result. The were quick, this was eleven windows on our house that were replaced and they did it within five or six hours I believe it was. The have a wonderful crew these people have been working, they knew what the heck they were doing sort of a choreograph type of thing, they really get a kick out of it. The only thing one guy borrowed my hammer and they never returned it.

Excellent in building the window. Outstanding installation. Their representative made a suggestion on changing the type of window. The new window is more functional that the old, damaged window.

The workers were great. For the most part, I'm happy with the work. I was disappointed that the windows were not as shown to me in the showroom. I was showed windows that popped out to make cleaning on both sides easier. That is not what I got. This makes me feel like I overpaid. The workers said the window I was shown wouldn't have fit. I feel like the salesman who showed me this window should have known that and not made me believe that is what I would be getting. The workers agreed and told me they would have someone contact me; that never happened. I haven't decided yet if I'm wiling to use them again.

It was fine. They cleaned up everything. They took out the old windows. They took them out and any debris around, they cleaned it up. They didn't leave a mess at all. The sales rep was excellent. I was very satisfied. They are very courteous and nice people. That is what I liked about them. You could ask them a questions, they explain everything to you. So they knew how to do their job.

The windows were installed fine. I had to have them come back and correct a couple of things the second day but the windows turned out fine. As far as the Champion windows themselves, they are pretty good. Our utility bill has gone down and they turned out pretty well. Their price is an A in comparison to a lot of others, other type windows are way more expensive. Somebody else might buy Champion windows and a different contractor would be the installer. It is dependent on who the contractor is for the installation. They have different subcontractor crews and some of them may be a whole lot better than others.
