They are really busy due to their popularity, so they were not able to get out to see the window to give an estimate for a few weeks, when they did show up they were very professional and explained everything thouroughly. The install happened a month later after the window was built and delivered. The only down fall that was corrected is the installer did not want to take his boots of from what my tenant told me. Needless to say, boots were removed. All in all the window is outstanding as a finished product.

From the moment that we called them and they came out they have been very professional. They appear to know what they are talking about. The price could have been more affordable but I'm confident that the quality is what we are paying for.

Champion windows was excellent to work with and provided a first-class product. The sales representative was very knowegable of his product and very attentive to the desired product and design that we wanted. Within an hour we were provided with a computer generated design of what the finished product would look like installed on our house. The installers were very prompted and were very meticulous. I wish this website would quite erasing parts of my review so I could finish my comments!

They handled everything very professionally and on time. The people that they sent out were clean cut. The work was done very well. They cleaned up after themselves well. I am very happy with the windows.

They are prompt and the windows are high quality. They tell you what they are going to do and they do not stray from that, or from the time line to completion quoted. They are courteous and check in periodically to make sure the work is going well. They advised that if there were any additional expenses that popped up, they would let me know what my options were. They also advised that they would have to do a minor remodel in one area that affected my siding in that spot because there wasn't enough support in that area for the window, and that work was done very well.

We had already signed a contract with another company and had two days to cancel. We knew that we should get other estimates instead of going with the first company that came by. I called Champion and explained the time crunch. Champion sent a representative, Sami, that day. Ultimately, we did three in-home demos. Sami, had, by far, the best presentation. He was the most informative about what to look for and why. Sami used hands on demos to illustrate what he taught. We cancelled the first contract and switched to Champion. We signed up for their financing. We believe they have a good product, however, we decided to go with aluminum frames and cancelled with Champion. It was a difficult decision between Champion vinyl windows or the aluminum. Champion was extremely gracious about our cancellation. Overall, their customer service and factory representative were the best. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Champion Windows was always on time. Very courteous. When the windows were being installed they noticed a scratch on the glass of one of the windows (which we did not even see) and are reordering and replacing it at no charge. They were very meticulous and neat. After they finished the job they cleaned up everything. The whole process from start to finish was an excellent experience.

The windows are great but there are issues with the lock on the door. The key provided does not work for both the inside and out. If you lock the door from the inside, the key will not work from the outside. I have been locked out a few times. The worksmanship was fine and the lock design is not Champion's fault, as it is just a poorly designed lock.

Installers arrived on time-completed work requested-cleaned up after and old materials removed.

I got several bids from several different window companies who offered several different types of windows. Sami, the Champion Windows representative, was by far the most knowledgeable of the representatives, being the only one to notice that one window was closer to a door than code would allow for ordinary windows, so a special type of glass had to be used for that window. (I'm sorry I don't remember the specifics - I thought I wrote a review immediately afterwards while I did, but can't find it now!) When I pointed that out to the other reps, they acknowledged that was correct, with flimsy explanations about not noticing that it was so close. The Champion Windows are much more expensive than the others, but I believe their features result in much greater quality. I was concerned about being able to remove the window panels from the high sliding glass windows on one wall, so Sami had me come to their Randolph Blvd. office and try with windows they had installed as examples. They had a man come out to check before the installation began and he discovered lead, which required some extra precautions when the father-and-son team of installers came to remove the old windows. Those guys were great too! The door that was close to one window would not open, which made it very inconvenient for them to get from one side to the other. They fixed it - no extra charge! They helped me learn how to clean the two regular windows, pointing out tips that made it easier. Although I couldn't remove the high sliding panels, I am sure I will be able to later (had some difficulties at the time that I won't have later), and I'm confident they'll help if need be.

All of the Champion Window personnel were professional, prompt and answered all our questions, etc. Seth Cohen did a very nice and thorough presentation and did not rush us or pressure us to purchase the product. Graham Smythe, certified renovator, measured for the windows and door that were to be replaced. He was very pleasant to work with. Tony Gomez, installer, and his crew did an excellent job installing the 15 windows and sliding glass door in one day. They were neat, low key, and a very polite team. Greg Bjornson, Division Manager, did the walk through after the job was completed. He thoroughly checked each install and was so nice to work with. Terry Brezinsky, office manger, was most helpful every time I talked with her. Cathrine Leggitt, office personnel, very pleasant and helpful when she answered the phone. The overall experience with Champion was excellent.

It was really good. The person who came and explained everything in the beginning was also very good. We were very impressed. We ordered the windows and they did a demonstration. It took a few weeks to construct the windows. They were very nice. The installers cleaned everything up. They were cordial and on time. They did everything right. My energy bill has been cut in almost half.

The man that came out was obnoxious. It didn't matter if they were the lowest bid with the best windows, I would not have used them because he was obnoxious. I would rate them overall a C. They did not do any work just gave me the estimate. I would not use them in the future.

I saw them at a home show. They were fine, delivered their product and installed it professionally. I have not had any problems.

They were always friendly. They were very competent. The overall experience was excellent. They were in a high-price category. They are definitely not cheap. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. They were well-prepared. We were given the option to compare. We did a lot of research before we bought. They were always on time. There were there when they said they would be. We would use this company again and we would recommend them.

From the stare when I met with their factory representative until the date of installation my questions were fully answered and addressed. When the day of installation arrived and it was raining I felt the situation would be a bit too messy and they willingly accommodated my request to wait for Better weather. The installation took one day and they cleaned up completely when through. Before leaving, I was instructed on the proper operation for my doors. I am very pleased with the service and with the product.

I contacted Champion to install a patio sliding door because of the excellent rating they had on Angie's List. The sales person, Sami, was very punctual for our appointment. He provided a sample of the product and overwhelmed me with the quality of the door being installed. The quality definitely supported the higher price. The door is custom-made to fit so it takes approximately 3-4 weeks before install can occur. I was contacted to schedule the install and Randy and Teddy were right on time. They analyzed the install and then went right to work. They were very careful removing the existing door - making sure not to damage any part of the existing frame. They cleaned the area as they went along. Randy made sure that the frame was square before installing the door. I could see it was going to be a perfect fit. To make sure the exterior framing fit perfectly, Teddy traveled back to the office to get a fitting trim so that the brand new frame, which Teddy first went to buy at Home Depot, would fit flush and perfect. While Teddy was away getting the additional material, Randy was busy getting the door ready for final installation. He installed the interior frame and then applied insulation spray foam from the outside. It was completely filled-in. The entire process for the install took about 3 1/2 hours, only because of both trips made (one back to the office to get the trim and one to Home Depot to acquire the brand new trim). I am very happy with my new door and it looks like it had been there all along. Thanks Champion for making me a happy camper!

Sales person was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This was actually the highest estimate we had for replacement windows, but they had the best warranty (life-time, 1-time transferable to new homeowner) and they were on the GVEC list of qualifying contractors for energy rebate. Windows ordered were ready earlier than promised. Installation date/time was set. Team arrived about 30 minutes late the morning of installation, but the office called to let us know about the delay. Rooms were left clean (installed requested we remove window treatments and mini-blinds the morning of installation) and outside areas and flower beds were not disturbed. Workers were extremely careful and friendly. City inspector showed up following week and commented that all the work met or exceeded standards. Our salesperson showed up the week following that and noted that one window had a scratch on inside glass and one window had a release that had broken. Both windows were re-ordered and there were no hassles or questions. We are very pleased and happy with the work and windows as well as service after the sale.

They cleaned as they went and responded to any areas we thought needed rechaulking

All the work was performed in one day. They removed and disposed of all the old windows and door. They installed the new windows and performed finish work that left the new windows looking like they had always been there. There was a problem with my order though. Two of the four windows in my living room and dining room area were translucent glass (like those used for privacy in a bathroom area). The sliding patio door did not have the grid insert that we had originally ordered. We later found one of the screens on a front window had some stretching that made it appear wavy in some lighting situations. All of the measurements were correct and all the windows and door fit perfectly. To the company's credit, they immediately ordered the replacement windows and the correct sliding door. Since they are custom made windows, we had to wait a few weeks for the replacements to be manufactured. When the replacements arrived in town, the local company contacted us to make arrangements for installation. The process was quick and efficient and the company corrected all problems encountered. Their window products are great and the company service after the sale is superior also.

One bedroom window was broken and needed to be replaced. I decided to replace the other bedroom window and the bathroom at the same time. They arrived mid morning and worked several hours. They cleaned up after themselves and explained step by step process. They found lead paint around window and explained what further steps they needed to follow. They put a strip of wood underneath each window. I would have liked the option of wood being painted but it was not offered. Recently, I did call the office manager and mentioned that I thought that the unpainted wood detracted from the overall appearance. They immediately sent out a person to take care of it. Everything matches perfectly and looks beautiful now. I was very impressed with their hard work and effort. I would highly recommend them.
