It worked out fine. They were fine. They were very nice. They did a good job. There was some confusion because of unique shapes on the windows. They answered my questions. They solved all the confusion. I guess the price was fine. I probably wouldn't consider using anyone else.

They seem to do a fine job. The guys that put it in did fine and they look nice and it seems sealed up real good. They are easy to clean. The two rooms that we did it to are rooms that are warm in the summer, but they are also warm in the winter, so it is not what you would expect, you would expect it to be cold in the winter, but it is warm all year around so we wanted to see if we could change that a bit and let it be cooler in the summer, but we don't really know that it made that much of a difference that is what I would be wanting to see if it would go on and make a difference. Honestly we don't think it made that much of a difference. They were very good and very professional. They were on time and they did exactly what they were supposed to do, so I don't really have any complaints at all. If we were to get more windows I would probably go to them. They were kind of high price. I probably would use them again in the future.

It went alright. Their product is a really good product. They did a decent job. One of the guys who came ended up scratching one of my windows. It's been three months and I haven't gotten a replacement from them. It turned out pretty good.

They did it in one day. It's a one-story house. The door was kind of expensive. We didn't notice until a few days later, but the door had a little mark. It wasn't bad. But they ordered the door and we're still waiting for that. I just talked to the lady yesterday. It should be here sometime because they had to reorder the door. It was just a little mark, but we paid too much money for it. I don't know what happened. But I think it was from the factory. They were excellent. I'm very happy with my windows. They're really nice. My neighbor was the one that recommended them. She had used Champion. They're supposed to give a gift card or something. But I don't they have yet. I think they're still waiting for my door still to come in and everything to settle.

This post is in regards to our previous post,in which we stated the poor work done on some of the window framing and the dented siding. We must say now after Champion Windows replied to our complaints that they have restored our trust in them. Gregg came out to see the problems and even found more that he was not satisfied with. He apologized and promised it all would be done correctly,plus put some trim around an existing back door to match the windows free of charge. My husband and I are so happy now that the entire house now looks fabulous.Sometimes businesses make mistakes,but it!s how they treat the customer and correct the problem Champion Windows did an outstanding job of just that!! Thank you

They are a national out fit. That experience was quite satisfactory. They did a good job and they had a good part. It was a package deal for the sliding door and the screen. They are responsive on their calls and pretty transparent about it. They actually had a few little glitches mainly because of the design. They were very responsive about doing something about that back then. They said they last a long time. Its a very heavy duty quality product. It seems to live up to the cost that's associated with buying quality heavy duty products. They are not usually the cheapest products but I'd like to think I understand the difference between price and value.

My experience was exceptional. Their product is top of the line and they have a really good price for them. The combination makes it a great value. The roof took about 2 days to complete. They use Rhino paper underneath which is 100x better than usually tar paper when they were putting on the roof. It is an energy star roof so they gave me all the certification I needed. The local regional manager came by to inspect everything and they were very meticulous in their work. It all looks nice and neatly done.

They put this special RB3 board as a prep before the siding. Their siding is very long and they don’t have as many breaks as usually. Everyone is very impressed when they walk by the house. It all looks nice and neatly done. The work took about 5 days to complete.

I just love my new Champion sunroom. It turned out much nicer than I expected. Now I can finally enjoy the outdoors without being bothered with all the bugs, bad weather, or too hot or cold temperatures. The sales rep was on time with the appointment, very courteous, and put covers over his shoes every time he came into my house in order to prevent tracking dirt into my house. Best of all, he listened to what I had to say versus trying to sell me something I didn?t really want. After listening to what I had in mind, he showed me pictures of various examples and provided several suggestions. However, in the long run, he left the decision up to me. Best of all, he wasn't pushy. He even had various samples of his products so that I could see firsthand what would be used on my sunroom. The best part was the computer program which he had. He took pictures of my house and then modified the pictures with the style of sunroom I wanted. That was a huge help because I got to see what my house would really look like versus trying to imagine it. I was happy to find out that Champion handles all dealings with the homeowners association in order to get the HOA's approval prior to building. That was a big load off my mind. The installers were very courteous, especially the foreman. The foreman kept me informed of each phase of the project and cleaned up at the end of each day. He also ensured that I was happy with the completed project and fixed all my areas of concern (which were very minor things) prior to leaving for the last time. The windows that Champion uses really helps keep the heat from the hot sun out, preventing the room from getting so hot and reducing the usage of the HVAC system. Also, the HVAC that they installed cools or heats the room within 2-3 minutes. Champion cost a little more then the three quotes that I obtained from other contractors, but I felt that the way the sales rep delt with me and their quality of work was well worth the extra cost. Also, the materials that Champion used to build the sunroom appeared to be much better quality than the other contractors.

We were extremely pleased, from initial contact at the showroom with Michele and Sami, throughout the installation process, with the very competent crew, to the follow-up by Javier. Everyone with whom we spoke was courteous, very polite, informative and on time, including a call to confirm we were ready for an appointment. Would not hesitate to recommend this company's product and service to anyone.

It went very well. The workmen were friendly and well-trained. The sunroom turned out beautifully and they completed the job within the promised timeframe. I had to call them back for a minor problem and they promptly resolved it.

They came out, and did the measurements and gave us an estimate, but the city did not allow it. We did not get an approval from the city. I would have definitely used them. They were on time, they were very professional, they had tons of information to show you, and you could go to the showroom, and see one that was made, and they had a lot of payment options. They were quick to give me the refund when we couldn't do it. They normally send a check for the refund, but they accepted to put it back on credit card for me super fast. I will definitely call them again, when we put a front door. They have lots of stuff, where they show you with heat against it, and cold against it, and different glass. They give you a lot of demonstrations and stuff. They seem like a very good company.

This company was a pleasure to work with and exceeded our expectations. The salesman was very knowledgeable and explained all the options and what he thought would be best for our project. We were given a fair price as we had several companies price the work. The job started when we were told it would be and was actually completed earlier than promised. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend it to anyone.

It was a good deal. It went very well. They certainly stand by their guarantee. I guess over a year or so after we installed, one of our housecleaners broke one of the windows and they replaced it no charge.

Finished most of the work in a day. Ran into a small snag with materials and had to return another day to complete project. I've noticed a minor problem that I need to call them about, though I expect it will be easy to address. They cleaned everything up behind them and left the windows spotless.

,It went well. However, from start to finish was 4 months. Normally, it does not/or should not take that length of time. because only two guys construct the patio, their availability/time was spread thin. I was not in a hurry to have it completed, because it was in the winter time, but here in San Antonio, there are truly no winters. So i could use my patio, even though it was not enclosed. If the construction was during the summer, i might have been bugging them to complete sooner. For me, the service was good. i truly no major complaints.

I visited home show and spoke with Champion Windows of San Antonio. I was impressed with their product. I really like the window stops and sliding screens offered. I arranged a home consultation within days of trade show. Salesperson arrived promptly and reviewed my window situation and listened to what I thought I wanted. He offered many different solutions and I finally picked out what I wanted. The windows are customed made for your window openings so it takes about 6-8 weeks for manufacturing and delivery of finished product. Champion called me within 6 weeks and said they are ready...when would I like to schedule the installation. On the agreed upon day, they arrived on time and went right to work. All of the installers were very nice and personable. I have not had a single complaint with my windows. I love them!

They did a great job. They did it in two phases. I liked everything about them; from their presentation to their workmanship. I went to their store, talked to them there, and I called them at home. They gave me the best estimate compared to the several other estimates that I got.

Their estimate was in line with other estimates (about in the middle of those that we had). When we decided to go with them, they came out and measured all of the windows carefully. After a few weeks wait while they were manufactured, the installers came out and replaced about 23 windows in two days. They were on time and worked hard, and most importantly they cleaned up as they went. I have never noticed in remnant glass anywhere. There were a couple of oddly shaped windows which they did not size correctly. At least the new ones they put in fit temporarily, and they came out in a few weeks with new replacements that fit properly. Since installation, we have noticed no leaks or any problems. Also, we think our energy costs have gone (can't give a direct estimate just yet). Overall, we were completely satisfied with the experience, especially after reading all the horror stories on the web. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The service was good. A lot of window companies seem kind of shady but they did not seem that way at all.

I had three different companies come and give us estimates for replacing the Sliding Glass Patio Door. I then went to Lowes and Home Depot to compare products and prices. I also visited the showrooms of all three companies. Champion was a bit higher than the others, but after going to the showrooms and comparing the products we decided that the money was worth it. The technicians that came out to replace the door were on-time and did an outstanding job of taking out the old door and frame. They were very professional and cleaned everything up afterwards. They also installed two gable vents on my house the same day. I would highly recommend them and will be calling them to get an estimate when we are ready to replace our windows.

They couldn't get things working quite right so they sent out extra people to get it right and it did turn out right.
