The front office was very friendly and setup an appointment for a bid from Adam. Adam arrived a few minutes early for our set appointment. Adam had an easy going personality and we found him very easy to work with; he listened to what we wanted and was quite helpful with suggestions along the way. Adam came with the work crew the first day at the scheduled time and we went through the rooms again re-confirming the work that was to be completed. The painters stayed with it all day, taking a short lunch and working until 6:30 that evening. The painters asked if it would be alright if they started at 7:30 the next morning, which we were fine with. We were up and waiting but the painters didn't show up until 9:30 that second day, not that big a deal, but I'm the type person that if I tell someone that I'm going to be there at a certain time, then I'm going to be there. That was the reason for the demerit on punctuality. Again, the paint crew went right to work and finished up the remaining work in a few hours. CertaPro started the day they said they would, finished a day earlier than planned, and they did an excellent job matching our existing colors. Overall we were quite happy with the work done. We would use CertaPro again and we would recommend this company to others.

Adam and his team were awesome. The quote I received for the work was extremely reasonable and the work performed was great. I really appreciated that the same crew showed up each day when they said they would and worked through they day to get the job done. The job was done on time and the work looked fabulous! I was very happy that I only had to hire one team to get all the work done instead of hiring a separate drywall crew and painting crew. I would definitely hire Adam and his team again, as a matter of fact I recently called him on an estimate for another project.

Everything went great from start to finish. I was able to have them come out the very next week for the work. The crew was courteous and detailed and very little mess. My wife was please and that is what was most important. I will be using them again.

Big kudos to Adam and his team! He assured me everything would be completed before Christmas Eve and they just finished our work and house looks awesome! I cant say enough how happy I am with the service and professiinalism they have provided. This is our second time using them and we will certainly pass there info on to anyone that needs their house painted.

Adam Reissner from CertaPro Painters arrived on time to provide an estimate, and was very courteous and helpful as we discussed the needs for our new (to us) home. This house had not had any attention paid to it in the last 10 years and had not been painted since it was first built in 2000; we arrived at the discussion of the many needs to get our house looking the way we wanted. As we walked around the house, we determined that it would require a good amount of carpentry work before we could even get to the painting (which accounted for 1/3 of the total cost). Adam was very patient and provided us with all the information we requested. After having had another painter give us an estimate (that came along with a very high pressure sales pitch), it was a relief to have someone that simply answered questions and gave us the time to make our own decision. The contractors that arrived on the day/time as agreed were pleasant and competent. While Adam was not on site, it was a pleasure to know that any questions we had were quickly relayed to and answered by Adam via telephone/text; and any concerns we had (which were few and relatively minor) were also quickly addressed by Adam as he was easily accessible throughout the duration of the project. I strongly recommend CertaPro Painters and Adam to the Angie's List community. He's a professional that will make every effort to make sure that you're happy with the final product!

After the previous contractor abandoned the job (and my house!), I found CertaPro on Angie's List and contacted Adam about the job. He was immediately responsive, kind, and honest. He came out right away to assess the situation, and he knew his "stuff." His estimate was extremely fair. We were unable to hire him because we lost so much money from the previous painter, and we definitely wish we had known Adam when we started. If you're thinking of starting a job, call him. His rates are extremely competitive, and he seems to genuinely care about you and your home.

These guys did a GREAT job. The quality of the workmanship was wonderful and everyone was very friendly. They were a little noisy when performing the work, but that is to be expected. They even replaced a broken window and frame for me even though that is not something they normally do. The contractor had to call in someone from another company, but he handled all of it. I only had to pay CertaPro. I would recommend them to anyone. They came out that week to do the job and got it done quickly and at a reasonable price. The ONLY complaint I had was that a couple pieces of my lawn landscaping (a bench and flower pot) that were moved for the painting were not moved back, but that is very minor. Overall a superior company.

Adam came out and provided a bid right on the spot to paint the hallway were our staircase is. We try to paint most of our house ourselves but we didn't have the ladders or expertise to do the hallway where the staircase landing is located. Adams crew came out and did a great job and we felt the price was very affordable. Adam came out after the crew was finished to make sure they did everything to his satisfaction. Great company and will call again in a few years when we have to do it again.

My experience with them was very good. They had a crew that came in to move my furniture around. They had another crew who were there without a job. It took them three days. Then second crew came in and it was fine with me.

Their work was completed very professionally from the initial contact, the quote, the painting to the follow up call making sure I was satified. Very pleased.

The experience was excellent overall. Adam was just absolutely great to work with; I couldn’t ask for a more personable man that really paid attention to what was going on. He did subcontract the work out, but he took responsibility for the job. The subcontractors that were selected did a great job. The work was finished within three days.

Expections were set from the beginning. We felt that we were understood as to what we wanted. They were flexible when we asked for changes. They worked hard and never heard a complain --just the opposite. They were perfectionisits. Great service and a great job!

Working with CertaPro was a great experience. Adam was very easy to work with, kept in touch throughout the process and was very helpful in managing the logistics. The estimate was provided very promptly and was in line with other estimates I received. The painting crew worked hard each day, were pleasant to talk with, neat in doing the work, and cleaned up the work area at the end of the day. Everyone at Certa Pro went out of their way to be helpful, even doing "extras" like pressure washing my walkway when they pressure washed the exterior of the house and helping me dispose of an old, rotted bench. The house looked great when they were finished. I'm very pleased and plan to use CertaPro on the interior of my house later this year.

Everything went outstandingly well. Their service was excellent, and they provided exactly what we expected. The work was completed on budget and within an appropriate timeframe. Overall, they were just very professional from beginning to end.

This was the third time we used CERTA-Pro and they were great!. They were on time. Did a wonderful job painting the upstairs in out house and repairing drywall in the ceiling. They were corteous efficient and exceptionally good at what they did.

Overall everything was fantastic! First, Adam came to our home and gave us a very detailed estimate, going over everything step-by-step, it was so refreshing to have all of the details explained in the beginning. Then we set the dates and the painting began. The painting crew was so nice and they were extremely efficient. They arrived on time every day and worked so hard and at the end of every day they cleaned up the rooms so well that it didn't even look like they had been there at all, we just couldn't believe this! It took about 3 days and the finished product is absolutely amazing, I wish we could post before and after pictures! Our home looks like brand new, and trust me it's not! I would recommend Certa-Pro to anyone and everyone looking to have painting done, heck even those not looking, the transformation is just amazing!

They showed up on time, kept the area clean at all times, were very courteous and did a very good job. They were very polite.

The project took 1 1/2 weeks. It was more of a problem then I thought it would be. For 3 days we could not use the kitchen. That is a long time to eat out. Another problem was the total lack of communication between the painter and myself. On the 2nd day of the job I went into the master bath where they should have been removing the wall paper. To my surprise they were putting primer over the wall paper. I asked the painter why and he said it was too much work to remove the wall paper. (The contract stated that the wall paper was to be removed and the wall was to be textured and painted.) The painter assured my that there would not be a problem with this so I let him continue. Later that day I talked to Adam and he stated that the charges would be adjusted. The next day I asked Adam when the texture would be applied. The final color coat had peen applied. He said he thought I wanted it to be the same as my other bath. Here again the contract stated that the walls would be textured. The painters must not have read the work order. I also let this go. This was a big mistake on my part. I should have demanded that the contract be followed. All in all there was very poor communication. I am to blame for come of this but I wanted to stay out of the painters way. I should not be the one to supervise them every step of the way. I am not a painter!! After the job was finished and it came time to pay the bill I was told that only $200.00 was being deducted from a bill of over $6800.00. I do not think you could find any one to remove the wall paper, prep the walls and apply texture to my master bath for $200.00. The final job looked good except for the master bath. There have been bubbles showing up under the paint. I hope this does not continue. My final take on this company is to watch them every step of the way. Make sure they follow the original contract. Do not let them change it because it "is too hard".

They were great! We did the job in two parts an got 3 estimates for each phase of the effort. For phase I they were right in the middle. One of the three was twice as high as CertaPro. For phase two we stopped getting estimates when the second estimate came in equal to the CertaPro estimate and the person giving the second estimate said, "Wow! They [CertaPro] did a great job!" Their work is truly stellar. There is no overlap of paint between any of the intersection points in the room. The ceilings are white and the walls a light gray and there are no gaps or overlaps where the wall intersects the ceiling. this is the same for the crown molding and the baseboards in the rooms. The repairs for the hole in the wall and the ceilings were flawless. You cannot discern where the hole was or the cracks in the ceiling. The workers were very professional and courteous to the point that we had no qualms about leaving them and asking them to lock up when they left. They were respectful of us and of our house. At the end of the final phase they put it all back AND vacuumed. Our house is beautiful and our wallets are not empty. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They were flexible in their timing. Our homeowners association unexpectedly wanted approval for the exterior painting even though we were going to paint the exterior the same color. CertaPro was more than willing to work with us to get the issue resolved.

They moved all the furniture and finished quickly. I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to others.

They did an excellent job. They took care of everything that had to be done. When you get into things like this you find things that are not included in the bid. They gave me the lowest bid. If it was any other company I would have ended up paying extra for the extra jobs that they did, Certapro did not charge me anything extra. They were almost $1000 cheaper than the next bidder. They cleaned the house after they finished the work. Now the house looks good. They were easy to talk to. They had a person in their group who spoke good English. They were happy with the job they were doing and did not rush through. They took their time and did a very good job. I was completely satisfied. They did such good job that my neighbors complimented them.

They were not as responsive as they could have been. I was not able to get a hold of them and they were late calling me back. The first day they came they were on time. The second day my husband took the day off to be there for the work and he had to call them to find out if they were coming or not. He then told my husband he would be there at specific time and he was late getting there even then. When I called them the first time for the estimate he told us that his workers were trained, that anyone could pick up a paint brush but his guys were trained well and that is why the price was higher because you were paying for trained painters. When the painters came out my husband asked them if they were trained and one of them told him that no he was not trained but he was doing the painting. It looked good but I paid for trained painters and that is why we chose this company.
