I went out there inspected the job. I found some issues. They sent someone out to inspect the job. They confirmed it. They schedule somebody. They were very good about it. Having a home three hours to babysit a project. I was interested in finding someone that I didn't have to worry about babysitting.

This company is run by extremely honest, dependable people! I didn't find them to be the cheapest nor the most expensive, but they stand behind their work, no ifs, ands or buts!

The painters did not prep or paint professionally.

The CertaPro painting crew did a fairly good job of painting the interior of my house. The crew did not clean up as well as I expected, but they did a fair job. My one major complaint is that after the job was done, I noticed a few areas that needed touch ups. I contacted CertaPro and was assured that someone would be at my house as soon as possible to take care of the needed areas. I had to contact them 3 more times before anyone came out 2 months later to do about 2 hours of touch ups.

Joseph was very professional and verified date and time. They called and said they were able to come a little earlier. They spent time with me, answered all of my questions and said they would send me an estimate. Unfortunately, they didn't get me the estimate by the time we agreed, so I gave them an additional day and then contacted them. They responded very soon afterwards and shared that they would not be able to do the project. I appreciated them letting me know, just wish it was a couple of days earlier.

Joseph came and sold us the contract. He made us all kinds of promises about quality of paint, etc. When the painters came and started painting we discovere that the paint that Certain Pro uses does not cover well. In some cases three coats still does not cover sufficiently. When we called Joseph and asked him to come out and look, he refused. The job is finished, still not sufficiently covered, still no sign of Joseph-he had the painters pick up the check. I guess his only job is to sell the contact, not to ensure quality or customer satisfaction. Needless to say Joseph has failed and we will never recommend Certa Pro.

It was a big job and we had neglected the exterior for a decade, so there was a lot of repair and replacement to be done. The surfaces had to be carefully prepared and the window frames were vintage 1929 and very touchy. They did a very good job, did it right, and responded to any concerns we had. We have received numerous compliments about the improved--near transformation of the exterior. If a crew failed to show on time, one phone call was all it took to fix the problem. So supervision was never an issue, although it helps to be proactive. This was the best exterior painting experience we've had in San Antonio in 25 years, and we're planning on calling on them again for interior work.

Fantastic job! Adam explained the CertaPro process while working up a very detailed proposal. He provided suggestions to aid in the preparation for the work, along with a time line. At the start of the job, he introduced his work crew (Eddie Luevanos and Napoleon Guajardo) and provided phone numbers for any questions the crew could not answer. Eddie and Napoleon were true craftsmen! They were fast and efficient. Moving and protecting our furniture and property as they went, along with cleaning behind themselves. They were absolute professionals, going above and beyond to minimize inconvenience to myself and the family. Fast, thorough, and efficient .... you couldn't ask for a better crew!

Job went very well. Adam enthusiastically provided his estimate stressing his company's customer service. The job included, power washing the exterior, repairing some stucco cracking, repairing some trim around the doors, replacing part of a fascia board, and painting the entire exterior with two coats of elastomeric and latex paint. Part of the back of the house was almost three stories tall. Once we accepted the bid, we met with their color consultant and they were able to schedule the job within about two weeks of us selecting the colors. Adam introduced us to Eddie and the crew at the start of the job. The crew was very polite, did everything we requested and cleaned up after themselves everyday. We were in an unusual weather period where there was potential for rain everyday, so the crew had to work around the weather. Due to the rain, the project took a little longer than estimated, but the crew kept us informed and did a great job. We are very satisfied with the final product.

Adam Reissner, the owner, was extremely professional. He provided the estimate promptly and did not deviate from it after the work was completed. His crew was truly exceptional in every way. Their work was impeccable and we could not be more pleased They take the time to do the job right the first time and use only high quality materials. They provide quality work at a fair and reasonable price. They are licensed, carry liability insurance and workers compensation insurance and cover all work with a written warranty. If you want a painter that focuses on customer service, CentraPro Painters is your painter of choice. The men were truly gentlemen, courteous and very pleasant and friendly to be around. Without reservation, I will recommend and use these painters for all our future painting needs.

They did it in about 3 days. They oversprayed and it ended up spraying on the cars. We lived in the country and they were spraying the front porch and our cars where pretty far away but because in the country there is a lot of wind, the paint got all over the cars. I did get the paint off the cars.

The painters originally did this work in mid-September. They arrived on time; were very polite and made sure all my furniture and carpeting was covered to avoid any paint spills. There was a lot of work to do on the dining/living room ceiling due to a water leak from a shower drain in the upstairs bathroom. While they did paint the entire ceiling downstairs with 2 coats of paint we noticed that some of the texturing in the damaged part did not quite match the rest of the ceiling. We called Adam Reissner after a few weeks went by and he came back out and agreed that this needed to be re-done. He sent his painters back to us in October and they handled the issue with the ceiling and then re-painted the entire ceiling again. We really appreciate CertaPro's efforts in getting this sorted out for us. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

It went well. They had a really good team, I was very impressed. They did a really super job.

The service turned out fine and they did a good job. The workers were very responsive, punctual, and polite. It did take several attempts to reach Adam the owner after the work was done for additional requests and follow up. They got the job in one week and the cleanup was fine and they did a good job with it. We did have to have them come back and redo a few areas.

The painters were very professional and did a great job. They used the best materials and made sure I was happy with the outcome before completing the project. The painters made sure to use drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves.

You can tell a lot about a company after the first conversation with the owner. Adam was very easy to contact for the initial meeting. He made it very clear what his company was going to do, and all the who, what, where, and when's about the service. It took me months to decide who and when I wanted to paint the house and when I ran into Adam and his wife at the home and garden show he remembered my job, gave me a great price and that sealed the deal. His very nice crew did a professional job and followed up on everything just the way Adam said they would. I was, and still am very happy with the job. Excellent overall for the job!

Not only were Adam and his team highly recommended on Angie's list, the homeowners whom we bought our new house from recommended them and we couldn't agree more!! Adam was very prompt in returning my call and we set an appointment to meet the next day at our newly purchased house. We did a full walk thru and I described what I would like done as well as the timeline because we had a few projects going at one time. He had not problem with it and told me how the company does business and what was included. He prepared a proposal and it did come in higher than we anticipated, however, when I talked to Adam, he was very flexible to make changes and compromises to work within our budget. He drew up a new proposal that we agreed to and got the ball rolling. Mind you, this was all over a holiday weekend, showing his commitment to customer service!! Certapro offered the services of a color consultant for free, which was very helpful as I just needed another set of eyes and opinion on color choices and palates. Adam set up an appointment for myself and Stephanie at the house and she was of great help. We actually chose a lot of complimentary colors but that was also a nice perk in that they didn't charge more for multiple colors, etc.. Adam set us up to start the painting project with project manager Rolondo and his crew who were AMAZING!!!! They were always courteous and professional and Rolondo was in close contact to let me know what was happening and the progress they were making. There were some areas that needed patching as well as some tape and float on seams and you would never be able to tell now. Their work and attention to detail were second to none, and I have a pretty critical eye!!! The guys always cleaned up after themselves and were extremely careful and trustworthy with everything. The team even worked thru the weekend to finish the project in a total of 6 days from start to finish, even with a few minor adjustments thrown in. They were GREAT and we highly recommend them! Even my husband, who was skeptical of doing so much painting, is extremely impressed and said it was money well spent!!

This company is the best contractor I have ever hired. They are very up front and honest, they're work is meticulous, and they have provided me with a great outcome.

The front office was very friendly and setup an appointment for a bid from Adam. Adam arrived a few minutes early for our set appointment. Adam had an easy going personality and we found him very easy to work with; he listened to what we wanted and was quite helpful with suggestions along the way. Adam came with the work crew the first day at the scheduled time and we went through the rooms again re-confirming the work that was to be completed. The painters stayed with it all day, taking a short lunch and working until 6:30 that evening. The painters asked if it would be alright if they started at 7:30 the next morning, which we were fine with. We were up and waiting but the painters didn't show up until 9:30 that second day, not that big a deal, but I'm the type person that if I tell someone that I'm going to be there at a certain time, then I'm going to be there. That was the reason for the demerit on punctuality. Again, the paint crew went right to work and finished up the remaining work in a few hours. CertaPro started the day they said they would, finished a day earlier than planned, and they did an excellent job matching our existing colors. Overall we were quite happy with the work done. We would use CertaPro again and we would recommend this company to others.
