They were great. They had a professional approach. I rate them high overall.

they came in and removed the old tile, carpet, glassblock and pillars w/valance they were clean, courteous, stayed on task and were on time and industrious. they hauled off all of the trash and cleaned up behind themselves every day. no loud music, no offensive language and they showed up in clean clothes daily Joe Carrillo is a good Christian man and his crew represented his values. They finished within his estimated time scheduled and my husband and I were and are still very pleased with the work. No complaints.

The project was something we had put off as it seemed overwhelming. So many choices and options made this highly intimidating. We had gone to several tile places and fixture places when I came across Carrillo Tile on Angie's LIst. We made a visit, and with Vanessa's and Joe's help everything began to fall into place with Joe suggesting possibilities I didn't even know we could do. They were able to start within a week after ordering the materials. The work took approximately 2 weeks to complete. If a question or concern arose, Joe drove out to our house in New Braunfels usually that day or the next. The workmen did a great job, and we are very pleased.

Except for clogging the drain, the job was very well done.

The demo/install team was absolutely the best! They were extremely professional and arrived on time each day. They did the most beautiful job on our floors and the French pattern is meticulously done. The customer service they provided was so impressive-any concern or issue is addressed ASAP and they are courteous and friendly- from the women who answer your phone calls to the tile installers. They were not our least expensive bid, but from the minute Joe the owner came out to meet with us, we had the feeling they would be the most knowledgeable and perform the job as stated. They also came highly recommended by our interior designer, who swears by them saying they're the best and their customer service is excellent. In the end, we had exactly what we wanted-a beautiful floor and a great experience.

As well as can be expected with a 45 year old house.

I was advised of cost estimate and date. On scheduled date I called. They changed date but did not advise me until then. They said it would occur next day at 10 a.m. At 10:30 on the next day I called. They couldn't seem to find my file. Worker was busy on another job and would be late. I was advised to expect him at lunch. At 1 p.m I called again. He was still busy on another job. Finally showed up at 2:30.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT AND COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER QUOTES. THEY WERE ON TIME, VERY CLEAN AND KEPT DUST TO A MINIMUM. THEIR CLEANUP AFTER COMPLETION VERY GOOD. WE WILL BE USING THEM TO INSTALL GRANITE IN THE BATHROOMS.
