Description of Work: Black Pearl Custom Painting and Staining power-washed, sanded, and stained my fence, stairway, and deck area. Mike was very professional through out the entire process. The stain turned out great, thanks!

Description of Work: They cleaned and stained fence enclosing back yard. |The company is so good, they were pretty busy. However, Mike, the owner, came out to measure and give an estimate the same day I talked to him! Then, he personally did the cleaning portion himself the very next day. His crew did a great job on the stain too. I would recommend this place to anyone. |

Description of Work: Our fence gate was not working correctly and several pickets needed to be replaced. We'd played phone tag with Mike for several weeks and between his schedule, ours and occasional rain, it was difficult to connect, but he did return phone calls and made efforts to work wtih our schedule. When he came out to look at the fence and provide the services bought on a special coupon, he advised that the gate needed additional construction in order to work and that the voucher wouldn't cover it. He was fair in his assessment and suggested we contact the issuing company for a refund. He was professional and we appreciated his expert opinion on how to repair the fence.
