Description of Work: They sold me a TV about 3 or 4 years back and it is very faulty, I wrote them very dissatisfied and never heard back.

Description of Work: Here's the deal. Called Best Buy when there was a speaker problem. Was told it would be $150 to come out and then more money depending on the problem. Plus it would take 3 weeks before they could come out. So I went to Angie's list and found two folks to call.One has still never called me back and then there was "BJORN'S'. (MUSIC SWELLS). From the moment the phone was answered by the delightful Ariel, to then speaking to Jimmy in Service, I knew I was in good hands. Martin, my technician, then phoned me. We went over the sound problem and both agreed that the speakers had been blown. (Thanks South by Southwest ). I needed them fixed ASAP and, yes, indeed, the speakers arrived and along came Martin. From the moment Martin arrived I knew I was in good hands. He checked to make sure it was a speaker problem. It was!. He then proceeded to get to work. Thanks to his high level of professionalism and thoroughness, the repair was complete in under an hour. My bill was less than quoted. How happy was I. Plus he showed me a feature on the Samsung that I didn't know about and now I hear the TV much better. I did call Neil the manager to let him know what a stellar crew he had. My advise it you get what you pay for. Service means something to these folks, un like Best Buy!

Description of Work: A competitor told us our Sony Bravia would cost $2500 for repair. We were shopping for a new TV, stopped at Bjorn's and explained what our problem was. The Bjorn techs researched the problem and found that Sony had extended the warranty and it would cost us nothing. The competitor never researched anything, just told us we needed a new panel and it would cost $2500. I will ALWAYS use Bjorns in the future. I, like many others, has assumed they would be too expensive. Their service was outstanding!

Description of Work: Watch for bait and switch with model numbers in their ads. They advertise items at great prices and when you get to the store, they only have a cheaper model at the advertised price claiming a "typo" in the ad. Very dishonest advertising.

Description of Work: We had a 16 year old TV, sound out. Although company responded to first calls, we were informed that no parts were available, so we decided to go elsewhere. Several days later a technician called to do what we weren't quite sure, but we had already gone with another company. If we had a much newer TV, we might call this company for repairs.
