It was excellent service, they were very responsive and they let you know any issues that might come after wards. I had no issues with them.

After a power outage, our 8-year old TV would not turn on. Since we bought the TV from Bjorn's and had an annual service contract for 5 years (which ended 3 years ago), I called them. They responded promptly - the same person who performed the annual servicing came to fix the problem. He re-built a circuit which had worn out, and the TV started working again. The price was very reasonable, and I would not hesitate to call them again. When this one becomes "un-fixable" we will buy our new TV from Bjorn's again.

The technician did a superb job and clearly explained what services he needed to perform and why. The set is still working as good as when we bought it 12 years ago.

Bjorn's was reasonably priced, punctual and courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them. We used the location on HWY 281 in San Antonio, TX.

They were very professional and ended up doing a good job. We did have some problems, but they fixed them all. Their price was high.

Everything about the installation was excellent. But when we had problems with speakers not working in different areas of the house, they were not cooperative. It was difficult getting them to come back and fix the problem without wanting to charge us more. I feel that for the amount of our job, they should have been willing to come back and make sure everything worked properly at no cost.

This TV was repaired Oct 2008 by The TV Shop. They took it to "their shop", replace the covergance circuits, and returned the TV two days later. That night the set quit working again with the same problem. Since they had been paid ($420.61) and gave a 30 warrenty they came got the set again. This time they keep it a 10 days. The TV work fine until March 10, 2009 ( 5 months later ) when the same problem accured. This time I called Bjorns. Their tech. returned my call that day, when I discribed the problem he told the he thought it was the covergance circuits and that he would have to order the part and would take 3 -5 business day to come in. He said he normally has that part on his truck but was out at the moment. I was told the part and labor would be approx. $250.00. The tech called on Tue. 3/18, set appointment for 3 pm on 3/19. He arrived at 2:30 PM, took less than 1 hour to repair. Showed me were the last repair parts were install incorrectly, causing the failure. Total cost was $24.00 less than estimate. I have a new TV repair company. You should too.

While actually scheduling took a few days longer than I would have liked, the service technician was very professional, competent and well prepared for the work he was doing. This was a warranty procedure, so there was no charge to me for the work. He not only replaced the defective part, but another similar part as well, explaining that when one of these two parts begins to fail, usually the other follows with failure shortly thereafter.

Two different people at the cable service said the TV was dysfunctional.

After I dropped off my TV for repair on 6/27, they told me they would call in a few days with the diagnosis and estimate. They never called. When I called, they said it was "in process" and they'd get back to me. I called again and got the same line. This morning (7/8) I called again and said I thought they were running me around. They took my info and said they'd call back. They did. The service manager was very apologetic. They fixed the problem for no charge and refunded my diagnostic deposit.

The transaction went very well. The salesman explained all about the different systems and it was helpful.

After messing with another TV repair company for months, I checked Angie's List and found Bjorn's was recommended. At 10:00 Thursday, I called expecting to get my name on a list for service calls at some point in the distant future. As I shared my tale of woe with the operator I mentioned that I had purchased the unit at Bjorn's four years ago, but had not known they had a service department. She checked and found I had an extended warranty contract. This was a nice surprise since I never buy extended warranties. At 11:00 I had a call back from the service department asking me to explain the problem in detail. At 1:00 they called to set up an appointment for the next day. Since I had a house full of company we set a time for 1:00 Monday. At 9:00 Monday Martin Riley called to say he had a cancellation, could he come early. Thirty minutes later he rang my doorbell. The problem turned out to be a simple one, but the promptness of Bjorn's service was very impressive.

We purchased a 40 inch Sony HDTV system and Sony surround sound system. They are very professional and very good; you get what you pay for.

Don't let prices stop you from shopping here. They have something for everyone looking to upgrade and existing home theater system or build one from scratch - any price range. We were surprised to find their prices were comparable with the other stores in the area. We were given undivided attention from the salesman and he answered our questions directly. The floor personnel are extremely knowledgeable and made our shopping experience outstanding. Forget the other companies; go and get your equipment from here. The sales staff and equipment will make you glad that you stopped in.

Bjorn's Appliance Repair came out to my house right on time. The guy that came out was real professional and very nice. They only problem that I had with them was that they were not able to figure out what the problem was. They did work for awhile and really tried to figure it out, however they were unable to fix it.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH BJORN'S SERVICE. THEY CAME AT THE APPOINTED TIME. THEY CALLED FIRST TO CONFIRM. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY RESPECTFULL OF OUR HOME. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THE SALES PERSONNEL AND TECHNICAL PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY REALLY HELPED ME TO DECIDE WHAT I WANTED. I DID NOT PURCHASE THE SYSTEM FROM BJORN'S AT FIRST, BUT SHOPPED AROUND FOR PRICE. BJORN'S PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGHER, BUT I WENT BACK AND BOUGHT FROM THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONALISM.
