Description of Work: Hank came to our home and explained the entire process of a water softner system and what options we had available to us based on the size and the number of occupants. We scheduled the install ten days later and his crew came when the promised in a timely manner and installed the system and took the time to explain everything to my husband upon the install. We unfortunately had an issue after the install, called Hank and was able to walk me through how to disengage the system until they were able to come back the next day with a replacement part and have no issues to date. His team again contacted us to set up a follow up visit to ensure the system was working properly and again with great professionalism. We would recommend Biotech to anyone considering adding a water softner system to their home.

Description of Work: Called the company and had estimate for water softner which included putting in the plumbing needed. Set up the date to install and they were promptly there when they said they would be. Very polite and professional. They got there got busy no playing around. They cleaned up and thanked me and left. Wish more companies took pride in their jobs the way they did. Wonderful company. Just waiting for the follow up visit. Very satisfied customer Angela Rauschuber
