Hank Deutsch is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of water filtration for the home. After buying my house I interviewed 5 water companies and found that no one knew their business as well as Hank knew his. He was able to provide us with an accurate price for exactly what we needed. There was no gimmicks or strong arm tactics. They were extremely professional. When the crew arrived they were done before we knew it. After 8 years of owning his equipment I have never had a single need for a service call ever. On my next house I will definitely call Hank to do work on it as well.

The guy that came out was very helpful.
Description of Work: A line had come loose and it was not pulling salt out of the tank to softenen the water. They came out to fix this for me. On another visit, they replaced a part of the working mechanism on the unit.

He is very personable and prompt to respond. This is a good system and has worked well for me. The dials are a little complicated but they were real quick to help over the phone.

They installed an RO System and put in a water softener the first time they were out at a different residence. They came out after we moved to a different location. The installer had to send a friend out since the service guy could not come out. He installed the system and then never came back to complete the installation. He was to put in an insulating box. It ended up freezing this year and the tank cracked outside. So, my $5000 water softener is broken and I cannot use it.

I like the personal touch that Hank had. He talked with me for about two hours and walked me through many different solutions to my water issues. He added extras to help my specific needs at no additional charge, such as valves and cutoffs for pre-filters. He really listened to me and what I had to say and didn't offer a solution until he was confident in how to best address my needs. It definitely wasn't a cookie cutter install; it was a very custom deal. Hank made it a great experience and I will definitely continue to use him!
