Hank is very knowledgeable about water, water treatment, filters etc. and was VERY easy to work with and at a great price.

Hank installed my parents' water softener about a decade ago (before the left the area). Hank is probably the most professional person I have ever met. There's a reason his company is outstanding - he is great and he employs wonderful people. The installation went well and I could not be happier with my purchase. In a previous home, in a previous state, I purchased a Culligan water softener - my BioTech system is so much better!

Hank loves water and he loves people; therefore it's only natural his customers will reap the benefits. Hank and his team installed a water softener in my home in under 3 hours; his team was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Two weeks later his lead service tech came out to inspect the installation and go over the unit (a second time) with me to ensure I know my way around the device. Nice touch! I'd say, I'd use his services again, but I have faith this will be the last water softener I ever purchase. So, my only choice is simply to recommend him (and BioTech) to others. If you're looking for a water softener, look no further! I promise, Hank is who you want to purchase your unit from.

The initial installation and service was fantastic. I also like the quality of the equipment used. | |Follow up service (changing filters and a general check) have been hard to schedule.

It turned out very well and I am really happy with my water system. I was not too sure about how to change out the filters on the reverse osmosis water softening system so they came out to show me how to do it and saved me money as well. They did a great job and I am enjoying my filtered water and reverse osmosis. The people were lovely to work with. They had to hire a master plumber to do part of the work and they picked up the cost of that, even though it was not included in the bid. I took bids from three companies off Angie's List and I picked them because they were in the middle and told me what they were going to do. I am really happy with what they did. The city administrators of the city I live in are very difficult to work with, but this company worked beautifully with them. My homeowner's association is also very difficult to work with, but they took care of this too. They could have backed out on this mess at any time, but they did not. They were really patient with all this and I really appreciate them. There was a delay because of the homeowners association, but they were really sweet about it and it was a pleasure working with them.

It worked out. They had to come back a few times because sometimes the water decides to change because there is a lot of building around it and it gets a lot of calcium. Every time we call them, they are here. We will continue to use them.

Hank (owner) called me multiple times to set up an appt. I met with him and he gave a very aggressive sales pitch on the quality of the product, excelllent customer service and warranty. After signing the dotted line and installation, never heard from him again. The price I paid was with a military discount! He gave me this song and dance on what a strong supporter he was of the military. I paid 3 times what my friends paid but he told me it was in part for the "excellent" customer service and warranty. Unfortunately, it was all a grand sales pitch. My friends are getting much better customer service and follow up. I called 2 weeks ago and the female on the phone apologized and assured me someone would get back to me. I never received any call backs. I called today and Hank answered and said maybe the message didn't get through but Karen is usually very good about it. I expressed my disappointment in the lack of follow up and he said he would get back to me Monday. A few minutes later he called ans informed me Karen said she called me back that same day and maybe there was a problem with my phone. And that was it!! No further attempts to reach a disappointed customer until she calls back. His idea of customer support and support of the military!!

Hank, the owner, came to the house within an hour of my initial call. He explained what I needed (I had already determained that) to fix the problem with my well. He called the next morning with a price which I thought was reasonable. He ordered the equipment and installed it on exactly the date promised. Hank made several trips to the house and called each time in advance. I can certainly say that I would use Bio Tech again. Very professional.

My experience went really well. There was a slight delay in the project due to the plumbing work required by the city and and hire a plumber for the piping. The city inspector thought they did such a great job on the installation of the water heater also. I was very pleased with them and with my water. They also have a very good warranty.

They were totally professionalfrom start to finish. In addition another plumber came yesterday to ensure everything was working well and to take me through how it operates and what to expect.

Showed up on time introduced themselves went right to work. Finished in an orderly manner explained the system.

The service was excellent. The customer service was excellent as well. They had to rip up the yard to put the system in and they painstakingly matched every piece of it and you cannot tell that they had to do that to the yard at all.

We are very happy with the products and the installation.

When I called for an estimate, Hank came that very same day. One week later the installers where here on time and finished up the same day. Everyone was nice and efficient in their work. I would recommend them highly.

Best service, price and quality. I've had my Biotech water softener/reverse osmosis system for three years now. It's one of the best purchases I've ever made. I took a few days off and had every major water softener company pitch me their shpiel. I wanted to give a local company a chance and nobody came close to Biotech. Everything was delivered/installed as promised by Hank. Whenever we have questions, a real person answers the phone and gets us the answer asap. Support local business!

They did excellent work. We were very pleased with the services. I like the ten year warranty. We would use them again in the future.

Couldn't be happier with the professionalism & service. After sitting through a water softener presentation from another company, where I felt like I was trapped in a never ending Infomercial, I was pleasantly surprised with the personalized service I received from Biotech. Hank Deutsch spent his time customizing the project for my specific needs (I'm on a well, have an aerobic septic system, and my house was not plumbed for a softener). He did take payment up front, which initially made me nervous, but he and his crew did everything he said they would do. In the days preceding my scheduled install, Hank was always available when I called to answer my questions and concerns. They were at my house at precisely the scheduled time and did an outstanding job with the installation. They covered all traces of their work; you can't even tell they dug a trench through my yard. I would highly recommend Biotech.

I purchased an Angie's List special deal on a water filter and installation. Hank Deutsh (owner) was very enthusiastic about providing the service and made a preliminary visit to make sure the reverse osmosis unit would fit under our sink in the kitchen. He is a very personable guy who appeared to want to provide a top quality service. He didn't let me down. His technician (name escapes me) was very courteous and professional when he installed the unit. A few days after the installation Mr. Deutsh followed up to check to see all was working correctly. Overall a good experience. I would recommend his services to anyone who likes to deal with top professional people.

I have been nothing but pleased with their customer service. The owner, Frank Deutsch, has been incredibly helpful. I plan hiring them again in the future.

Technician arrived on time, explained exactly what he was doing, and charged nothing since we are still within the five year guarantee window.

Our old water softener was not working properly, so we got the name and number of Hank Deutsch from Angie's List because he had good reviews. We called him to see if he would come to our house to look at our system and see what was wrong, and possibly fix it. He said he would come look at it, but that he didn't repair systems that he didn't install. He came to our house (10 minutes EARLY, which we weren't ready for), and then said he wouldn't even LOOK at it. He then proceeded to use his obviously skilled salesmanship to try to sell us a brand new system of his own. He said from what we told him, our old system was probably shot and we needed to completely replace it. His NEW, SUPERIOR, BETTER DESIGNED system would only be $2,700. After listening to his pitch for over an hour (including how he was a clown, and did all this charitable work), we agreed to buy it. But then he wanted full payment up front in the form of a check. What company wants to be paid BEFORE they do any work?! We changed our mind, and ended up having our old system repaired for only $270, and it now works just fine. His product looked and sounded like it was in fact very good quality, but the bottom line is that he tried to sell us something we didn't need, then wanted full payment up front.

My experience with the company was very good. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He has been in the business for a long time. We also checked with Better Business Bureau and other places and that company had very good ratings. We liked him and his product, but we ended up going with another person who we found on Angieslist. I thought that he was very responsive.

The estimator was very polite. The job is costing more than expected so we decided to hold off. We will contact him once we decide to follow through.

Overall, they were very good. I have used BioTech for at least four or five years now. They installed the original system for me, which I am very happy about. They are a very good company to work with.
