Mr Neil Turner was friendly, professional and hard working. He came to refinish our front door. My husband and I were extremely pleased with his work. He knows what he is doing. Our door looks brand new! Couldn't be happier with result and great pricing. I was able to get same day estimate and luckily were able to start and finish a.s.a.p. Great customer service. Very happy overall.

Absolutely phenomenal job restoring our front door. After five years of the Texas sun, our door was professionally refinished and looked better than the day it was first installed. The cost was at least 20% less than other bids and our neighbors were so impressed with the work, they have hired Biggin's Door Refinishing as well. We WILL hire this professional team again! The two front doors that were refinished look like new doors. The finish is much better than what was originally done by the builder when the doors were installed. The technician, Taylor, was prompt, set up his workstation outside, plugged his equipment into the nearest outlet and worked non-stop for the 11 hours it took to do all the work. When he pulled the doors off to start the work, he covered the openings with heavy canvas to protect against critters and dust coming in to the house. Originally I was going to have my handyman to the work and I'm glad I chose not to. I know the results would not have been as good as the work done by the Biggin's Door Refinishing crew. This company is a class-act and one I will happily use again to maintain my wood doors.

As well as expected. On a weathered wood door, don't expect the equivalent a new door. The grain stands out more; but I am pleased with the work and finish!

Neil and Leanne were AWESOME!! I called on a Tuesday and spoke with Leanne about getting my door refinished. They were referred to us by a neighbor. She was very thorough on the process and what they do to protect the door, along with pricing. I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning between 8-8:30. Neil, her husband, was there promptly and was very nice and professional. He explained what he was going to do and was very personable with my 5 little children. I highly recommend them. They did an amazing job on the door and also helped me to get a new door handle and deadbolt from the original factory at no cost. Great People, Great Price, and Great Overall Experience!!

I was truly impressed with the craftsmenship of the two gentlemen who refinished my door. They took their time to insure that each procedure was done precisely and accurately. The quality of the staining and sealing is that of a fine cabinet maker. The Biggin's door refinishing company is, without a doubt, the best in south Texas.

Removed hardware, took door off hings and placed on padded sawhorses, power and hand sanded external surface, wiped down to remove dust, taped off windows, applied stain, applied clear varnish, applied new weather strip to bottom, re-hung door and attached hardware. Looks like new! Already recommended to others.

From start to finish my experience with Biggins was top notch! Leanne was SUPER responsive from my initial enquiries right up to the actual scheduling of the job. She provided excellent information and answered every question I had. Neil arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled and got right to work. Removed the door and carefully blocked off the open doorway so no critters could get in while he was working. He did a SUPER job of removing the old stain and sanding back to the wood and then refinishing the door. He also installed new door sweep, new weather stripping and my brand new hardware. The door looks AWESOME. Neil was professional and very pleasant. And he didn't seem to mind my periodic trips outside to see the progress! :-) Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.
