It was a terrific experience! Leanne gave me an estimate over the phone and made it simple and quick to get on their schedule. Neil (owner) was punctual and pleasant, explaining the refinishing process. I’m very satisfied with my experience with Biggers and our front door looks beautiful again!

I called three places and Biggins replied within an hour, the others took 2 days but I had committed to Biggins by that time and was glad I did. The communication with the owner's wife was immediate, and her follow through was excellent. Taylor showed up at the exact time he said he would and began the work. It turned out better than I expected and for a very reasonable price. It saved us thousands for what a new door would have cost. Can't say enough about the experience and the outcome.

Neil with Biggins Door Refinishing stripped the old finish off, sanded the door, then re-stained and finished with several coats of a quality spar urethane. Neil also removed all metal door parts and repainted them black and replaced the bottom door seal. The door looks fantastic! Great service at a good price.

As someone who would normally refinish my own door, I was amazed at the attention to detail, the efficiency, and the price. The care they took in removing the door, temporarily closing off the opening, and reinstalling the finished door was far better than I expected. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Neil is extremely skilled at his craft. He takes his time and does the job to perfection. I was shocked with the transformation of our front doors. He is kind and hard working. Despite the condition of our doors, which required a tremendous amount of additional sanding, Neil didn't ask for or indicate that any additional money was required. I'm beyond thrilled with my new doors!

eI had an excellent experience with Biggin’s. Even though I had already committed to having the door completely refinished, the Biggin’s worker told me that I really only needed a Maintenance service, which was 1/3 the cost of the full re-finishing! He did a beautiful job, and my 20-year-old door now looks like new. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company. I would never go anywhere else!!

All we can say is that in this day and age it is rare to find people who do exceptional work. Neil, Taylor and Leanne are those kind of people! When Taylor finished our front door it was outstanding as you can see in the before and after photos. When our son-in-law came to the house he told us we now had a "Wow" front door. Neil and Taylor also worked on a holiday to help us get some wood refinished inside the house. Again, exceptional work at a fair price.

Very Well. Professional and Economical.

Our front door was in dire need of refinishing and Biggins did a fantastic job! We had the inside and outside done, since the inside had some pet scratches. The outside had weathered and had a few scratches. They took the door off, removed all the hardware, sanded it down to the original wood, and all this was done away from the house so everything was kept very clean. Then it was restained and coated with a UV resistant urethane. It looks lovely! It took almost 9 hours, and it's honestly prettier than 20 years ago when it was new. We highly recommend Biggins Door Refinishing.
