I should note that the temp was in the 40s, with a "feels like" in the 30s and a strong wind. I had the windows open because of the leaking gas. The animals and I were freezing! Thankfully the kids were at school. They said someone would be over at about 1pm. I think it was closer to 2:30pm, but a team came out and worked in the cold weather to install a new furnace. They worked until about 7:30pm, so my family could actually go to bed in a much warmer house that night. I am so grateful that they fitted me in and did everything they could to get us warm that same day.

They were able to come over quickly and determine the problem. They returned in 2 business days to install the part that was causing the problem.

It went just fine and was a big relief to have it up and running again

They are professional, punctual and they call you before they come. You don’t sit around waiting on them.

Two techs were polite and got the job done in a timely manner.

Javier and his partner arrived in the early part of the time window, gave me a good estimate (less than I thought it would be), and finished the work in less than an hour. I'll definitely use them again.

Terrible, this company is a RIP- OFF!!!! I asked how much to change out the float valve, a very simple, straight forward and common job. They told me they'd have to come out before pricing the job, and its $50 to come out.....$50 dollars later I find out its $350 to change out a $7 part from Home Depot and 20mins of work!!!! Total RIP-OFF..do not use this company unless you want to be disappointed.

I would recommend them highly. They leave the area clean.

Diagnosis work was ok, but the cost was really expensive and I had to follow up with them 3 times to schedule the service after I paid for the materials and labor. Because of that, it was a rush job to repair the system for house sale and it impacted the inspection because the system was off balance. They need to work on their customer skills and followup. Overall the work was satisfactory but not exactly what I was expecting for the high price. Might shop around.

They came on time and did what they needed to do. They were professional. I felt the price was high for just replacing the faucet that took them about an hour.

I used them quite a bit in the past and would use them in the future.

Just excellent. They were professional, very quick to respond, and they were very informative, leaving no questions unanswered. I cannot think of one bad thing to say about them.

I walked into my house at 3:30 p.m. and could instantly tell that the air conditioner wasn't working. I called Beyer Boys, already resolved that I would be spending the night in a hot house because of the late hour. To my surprise and delight, a service man was at our house in 45 minutes and by 6:00 our issue had been repaired and the house was cooling off.

Joe was very professional and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had our AC running in less than 30 minutes. I was very happy with the service I reviewed and especially appreciated not having to pay an after hours fee. (He came by around 9PM which was awesome because I wasn't interested in sleeping in a house that was 86°.) I went with Beyer Boys over another company because the other company (that also has good reviews on Angie's List) was not going to be able to come out until the next morning.

Showed up without parts, blamed it on previous tech, and when I said I confirmed with the office and asked if i needed to take a picture to send and confirm correct part was delivered they said no. Tech very rude said not his fault. Told them they could leave and I would hire a company that could complete the work as quoted as I had already paid for part of it.

Very responsive, came out on a Sunday, thoroughly investigated a leak that 2 other plumbers didn't find, and explained the problem and needed repairs - not only to us - but to the Home Warranty company as well. Professional and proficient.

Jessie set up and appt. for his team to come out on 12/17/15 shortly after 9:00 a.m. which they did. In additional to the new 2.5 ton 16 seer sys. they installed. They also installed new ductwork in the attic, added some new insulation in the closet of the unit, put in a new vent and thermostat. They finished the job at around 6:30 and cleaned up. I expect I will have many years of great service with Beyer. I will also suggest to anyone that ask to definitely use them.

Phone staff were professional and efficient. Technician was prompt, clean, personable, and professional. The technician fixed and discussed the several problems I had saved up and explained all thoroughly. My issue was not an emergency but I got good service in a timely fashion. I will use Beyer Boys Plumbing again and I was happy to learn they do AC as well.

We had a service appointment scheduled between the hours of 1 thru 5pm. When 4:30pm approached and the provider had not appeared, we became concerned. My husband called Beyer Boys and the person who answered took all of our information and said a dispatcher would be calling within 30 to 45 minutes. Within 10 minutes we received a call from the dispatcher and said the service technician was running behind schedule, but he would keep our appointment. About 15 minutes later service technician Abel called and said he was enroute to our address. He arrived ten minutes later. Abel apologized for the delay and was very friendly. I purchased a service plan from Beyer Boys and I will be keeping them as our heating & ac service provider and yes I will be requesting Abel. Thank you Beyer Boys and keep up the good work.

Responded promptly, listened to my feedback, checked out the air conditioning unit, performed tests, noticed the recently repaired AC condensate drain line was plugged, used compressed air to blow it open, gave me instructions on how I could use Clorox or vinegar to remove residue algae growth, and then recommended I enroll in the company's annual maintenance plan for about the same price as that single house call. The technician was friendly, professional, personable, and had a true customer focus. He made me feel like a valued customer.

The plumbers responded quickly considering their dispatcher gave them the wrong address for my house. The plumbers quickly surveyed the water damage in my garage ceiling, then figured the source was closer to the upstairs bathroom. Eventually found the broken air conditioning condensate drain line in the wall immediately behind the bathroom sink. Opened up the back of the sink cabinet and the wall across the other side, and installed a new connector pipe between the two broken ends. The cleaned up the mess they made and disposed of the waste. Called at 1800, fixed by 2300.

I called them to follow up after the a/c visit the prior night just to move things along since I was supposed to be traveling on business this week. They quoted me a 1p-5p, but advised that if something cleared/cancelled, they would call sooner since I was just waiting around. I received a call about an hour later advising that they could be there in 20 mins. WOW!! Jess arrived and advised that he could put the snake in and it would be $233 to do this service. I agreed as I didn't have such a device and needed it completed. Jess took all of about 15-20 mins to spin each of the pipe fittings off and run the machine. He checked all of the pipes to be sure they were clean in the sink area and then put it all back together. Overall, everything was prompt and quick to complete. I thought the price was a little high for the amount of work that was completed. They did waive the service call feel ($25) per the coupon attached and due to the fact that they were out a few hours prior for the A/C division. When he ran the machine, nothing came out, so he really only had to take his tool and scrape the clog out of the p trap and other fittings under the sink. It was a learning lesson for me as I could have probably knocked that part out and had things back in business quickly. I'll pickup a shop-vac this weekend and keep an eye on things from here. Save myself $233 in the future... Service overall was great and the people were all very friendly. Just felt like the rate was a little high for what was completed. Since nothing came out when he put the snake in, I think the rate should have been reduced slightly as it was just a matter of clearing the fittings and putting them back on the sink again.

The repair technician was extremely courteous and professional. Very prompt service (within 90 minutes of contact) and thorough system inspection. Would definitely re contact for future repair needs.

When we called their line, the lady advised that they could be out in a 1hr to 1hr 30 mins. Braden arrived right at the 1hr 30min mark and quickly went through the system. He was able to advise on the issue and work up a request to the office to have the plumbing division call us in the morning. He did some quick mitigation and advised that someone would be in contact tomorrow. Braden was very professional and took quick care of the system. He advised us on some maintenance tips for the units in the future to help keep this backup from happening again. We'd have him out again for our a/c needs!! Great job!!! We will provide a review of the plumbing division separately for their work.

Tech checked inside AC and said the coils were leaking freon. Tech checked outside ac unit and said capacitors were bad, it would cost $294 for two capacitors and service fee. Capacitors were replaced then the tech checked the compressor and said the compressor was bad. Tech said i needed a whole new unit at a cost between $8k-16k. Red flag went up. Told tech to take the new capacitors off since its not gonna solve my problem because according to the tech i need a new unit. Basically paid $89 for a sales pitch. Not happy. Getting another AC company to come over to check everything out.
