A couple of weeks after getting an estimate I was told by the person who scheduled the work that installers would be at my home at about 8 AM and be finished by about 6 PM. They arrived on the day promised at about 8:15 and drove out of my driveway at 6:15! Two young men did the work in a very professional manner and completely cleaned up the area before leaving. I am completely satisfied in the job done with one exception; no one bothered to follow up with me to be sure I was satisfied with the job. After a purchase of nearly five thousand dollars I think that would have been appropriate. But I guess that just isn't done these days.

The work was timely, professional and accomplished with a minimum of sawing, pounding and delay. The results were excellent.

I made the call and Rob came out first call of the morning. He checked the old heater to make sure it couldn't be repaired. He gave an estimate for a new top-of-the-line heater and also stated that the replacement heater would have to be brought up to code. This would normally cost $250, but Rob said since we were replacing the entire system, there would be no charge. Technicians arrived early afternoon and stayed until after 7 pm to complete the job. All were very courteous and polite. They cleaned up their mess and took the old heater with them. Very satisfied!!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Beyer Mechanical for my annual A/C service after my girlfriend enthusiastically recommended them. I used a different local company the previous year, and although they performed the service to my satisfaction, I was not as satisfied with the recommendation they gave regarding operation of my system. Beyer is very easy to reach by phone or email and was able to schedule service within a reasonable amount of time, and I was pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of their technician. I asked him the same question I'd asked the previous year, is there anyway to cool the second story of my home more effectively? And his response was honest and did not involve an $800 change to the existing system, (which the previous service company recommended). I have not had any mechanical problems with my heat or A/C, but in the event that I do, I will call Beyer Mechanical first. The following week, Beyer sent me a "thank you" note and a package of really tasty candy.

My first time to call a repair service company of any type since moving to San Antonio a year ago. I hope any future calls, if necessary, for any type of service will be as good as this one.

Their representative was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable with about 20 years experience. All questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. The installation was done when promised. The unit is working wonderful and is saving on the electrical bill as promised.

Very clean, they worked in my 110 degree attic for 10 hours! These guys were supermen!

The work was satisfactory but I feel the price was very high. The tube from the wall to the faucet broke and had to be replaced as well.

It was a very long process. I later found out they were charging me 95 dollars an hour for a guy to dig around the tree to find the leak. Could have hired it out, or given me the option to dig it up myself. Later they did listen to me and reduce the price by $1300 dollars. They rented a back hoe, but never used it. Convinced them they shouldn't bill me for that. They agreed. In the end, it was expensive, but they were willing to bend in my direction quite a bit regarding the price. I should have negotiated a fixed price. They offered that once in passing, but I didn't pursue it.

When she stopped at a garage and saw a plumbing van parked beside her my friend approached the man to enquire about pricing and the company s reputation and then continued into telling him my situation. The man named Paul (a Desert Storm Veteran) volunteered his time to do a free installation for me, he then took my number and told her that he would talk to his supervisor and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Peter who informed me that under the circumstances with my husband being in Iraq, they would install a new hot water heater free of charge. I was surprised by this phone call and within a few days, they installed a new hot water heater completely free of charge. My husband recently came home and we both feel Beyer Plumbing went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. The service people were wonderful, the hot water heater works great and we certainly appreciate the kindness of Beyer Plumbing.

Beyer Boys is a very honest company as they didn't try to extend the repair work out just so they could charge us more. When they found the problem, they told us right away what the price would be. The gentleman was quite nice and cleaned up well before he left.

Beyer Boys are a great company. They take pride in their work. They did a good job maintaining my heating and cooling units. They even remind me when it is time for them to be checked again. They came when they said they were. I have used them a long time and will continue to use them in the future.

The Beyer Boys are very efficient in looking after all our air conditioning and heating needs. I had them out to fix the air conditioner in the spring, they did a good job and they were here on time. I have used these men for a few years; they are very knowledgeable and have very reasonable prices.

The service men from Beyer Boys plumbing were very nice when he was here recently to fix our toilet. He did a good job of diagnosing the problem and getting the parts replaced very efficiently. I am very pleased with their work, as we were glad we did not have to replace the whole toilet. I thought it was a little expensive but the work was good so I will call them again for any other plumbing problems.

BEYER PLUMBING INSTALLED A DELTA REPAIR KIT ON THE SINK FAUCET. THE PLUMBER ARRIVED AT THE APPOINTED TIME AND LEFT THE AREA WHERE HE WORKED CLEAN AND NEAT. THEY CHARGED $77/HOUR. I ALSO HAD THEM LOOK AT ANOTHER PROBLEM AND THEY SUGGESTED A LESS EXPENSIVE ALTERNATIVE.

THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL, THOROUGH, TIDY AND DEPENDABLE. I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM TO SERVICE THE HEATING UNITS IN THE WINTER ALSO. THE AMOUNT PAID, INCLUDES ANNUAL SERVICE TWICE EACH YEAR FOR HEATING AND A/C.

AFTER THEY FIGURED OUT WHAT WAS WRONG AND WE DECIDED ON A PLAN TO FIX IT, I HAD A DIFFERENT CREW ALMOST EVERY DAY. STARTED BY HAND DIGGING THE NEW DITCH FOR THE WATER LINE. THIS GOT THE GRASS REMOVED. THEY CAME BACK NEXT DAY TO DIG SOME MORE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE HAVE MANY LARGE ROCKS. THE DITCH THEY DUG WAS ABOUT 6 DEEP. THEY PUT THE LINE DOWN WITHOUT REMOVING THE ROCKS. MY HUSBAND AND I FINISHED DIGGING (TO ABOUT 10) AND REMOVING THE ROCKS. THEN WE PUT THE SAND DOWN AND COVERED THE THE WATERLINE.
