Beyer Boys A/C, Heating & Plumbing

Jesse Delgado met with me to discuss options, then sent me the most complete & detailed estimate I have ever received from any contractor. He listed 4 options for a new AC/heating unit, complete with prices and rebates offered as well as which ones qualified for the federal tax credit. When I made my decision, the service was scheduled at my earliest convenience. The service techs arrived exactly when they said they would & worked in the heat all day to install the new unit. The techs went above & beyond what was expected of them & were very thorough in explaining what they were doing & how to operate controls. They were very professional & cleaned up the yard when they were done. I am extrememly satisfied with the excellent service I received & the new AC unit works incredibly well. Thanks Beyer!

Leak in the slab in the dinning room. Found leak on Easter day, called Beyer Boys and they were here within two hours. Worked until 10:00 that night, located leak fixed a cut off so that we could use the water and then shut it off. Came back the next morning and worked all day. Fixed the leak, cleaned up and left all in a very professional manner. I have used them before with my AV an find them to be fair. I will use them again.

They were very responsive on the telephone, telling me what they could do for me. They worked out a payment plan for me because it was so expensive. They came out and fixed it and I haven't had any problems since.

They were excellent, they were very professional, they have very prompt scheduling, they are very efficient and they have never made a mistake. They have competitive prices.

The service went very well; they did a great job and cleaned up well. They came back in the Spring to ensure the system was working properly.

Any time I have called, they are here within a four hour window. They are very reliable & professional. They call me & I never have to call them for annual appointments.

They follow up to insure I am ready for the season, I don't have to remember to have my units checked! It makes it very easy for me to keep my untis running at their best. I have had their Spring/Fall check up for three years. They are professional, and do a great job for me!

They always show up on time. They have always done a great job and the company has backed it all up with their warranty! I may have paid a little more but sometimes you get what you pay for!

I contacted Beyer Boys at 1:00 pm because the A/C in my 775 square foot office was not cooling. The dispatcher asked when my business closed and I informed her that we close at 5 pm. She said that they could definitely accommodate me. The technician arrived at 4:20 pm. In short order, he determined that the exterior unit had two blown fuses. He said that he had to go purchase fuses from his supplier and left the job site. He returned at 5:20 pm and installed the new fuses. He then presented me with a bill for $244.59! (Gas $15.00, Fuses $15.84, and Labor $213.75) Wow! I was charged labor for his travel time on top of the $15 gas surcharge. I can't believe the techs don't stock fuses!

Sales rep. was courteous and efficient when responding to our call and providing a bid. He arrived on schedule, listened to our needs and made suggestions. (This was our third estimate; we had similarly good experiences with the estimates from two other reputable Angie's List companies). Beyer's bid was highly competitive, and after rebates, our net install price will diminish to $5700, easily the best price for the highest quality. The installers were courteous and professional. They arrived on time, assessed the site, and began work immediately. Generally they were careful with the install, but when putting in the evaporator coil, the cardboard box they were using to protect the closet's wood trim slipped and the unit scratched the painted surface. We are satisfied with Beyer and the new QUIET system they installed. On their business card they state, "it is our goal that God be honored in all we do." Our experience with them indicates that they truly seek to achieve that goal.

The outcome was excellent. We were very happy.

This was the first time I used Angie's List to find a company and I am completely satisfied.

We have been using their services every since we bought this house. It has an air conditioner that has needed a lot of maintenance and we always rely on Beyer. The last time he came out, he showed my husband how to fix the switch himself with a $20 part from the hardware store verses the $120 part that he would have to order from the manufacturer. He is always very helpful.

After 2 estimates from other companies we went with Beyer Boys for the purchase and installation of 2 toilets in our home. They were very courteous, professional and I liked them very much. They did the work in a timely manner and I would recommend them.

They were excellent. The work they provided was top notch. The plumber was very nice to me and had a very professional attitude. You don t find that a lot around here anymore. I was very happy with the overall experience.

These guys have come out on Sundays to fix a problem I ve had and didn t charge me anything extra. Now that s dedication! They are definitely a trustworthy, family run business. They have always been professional for the past two years that we ve been using them.

It was a bit inconvenient since it took them two visits to fix and install the compressor. However it did work in the end. Everything else has been great with the rest of their service. I have recommended them before.

When I figured out the unit was not working, I called them and they came within an hour. They also come to do the maintenance twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring. They have a minimum fee they charge for each visit, and that's what I had to pay.

The Beyer Boys were professional and courteous. They came on time and even called us before they came over. Their service was extremely thorough and I will recommend them to others.

We have always felt so comfortable with them in our home. We ve used them for a really longtime and they ve always been courteous and professional. I m always confident that the work they will do will be first rate.

I was pleased with the service. I felt they treated me well and charged a fair rate. Their rate is comparable to other companies that I looked at. They were on time for the job and did the work in a timely manner. I would call these guys again if I need plumbing work done in my home.

Terrible. Had to call company twice to see when plumber was coming. He immediately gave me a huge estimate and if I wanted to decline it or not. (Not a good sign, in my opinion). The total time it took him to replace hoses and valves-maybe a little more than an hour. (Had so much time left-tried to sell me a water heater system for $1600!) Decided to use the hose vac after I was continuously sweeping out the water myself.

I think he charged an enourmos price for the service call. He was nice but i thought it was expensive considering how long he was here.

The people were very professional and explained well what they did. I wish I had a chance to call around to see who might had a better price, but I was thoroughly satisfied with their work.

Beyer Mechanical (and Beyer Plumbing) have done excellent work for us in two houses over a span of about 15 years, so I had no qualms about contracting with them for this job. Shane and Jason showed up just after 8:00 a.m. on the scheduled day and went right to work. Although they said they were allotted 12 hours to do the job, they finished in under 8 hours, this in spite of a steady rain that didn't stop until a few minutes before they left. Jason did the bulk of the work installing the outdoor unit and got completely soaked, although he tried to work under a partial shelter he made from the cardboard box the unit came in. After they completed the installation, they did a fine job sweeping and vacuuming the garage and clearing up the packing materials. They even wore paper "booties" over their work boots when they had to come inside.
