They were very professional, and they came out and did their job. It was effective.

The quality is fine. I like the part that they did for the water heater. They didn’t give me an estimate over the phone and I didn’t know it would come up to that at the end of the project.

When they do a job they get it right the first time. They don't need to come back and do it again and that's important with a plumber. The other thing that's important is that if you have an emergency they are on the spot. They are not cheap, but they are accommodating. Every time the work has been superior. I would continue to use them.

We are very pleased with the overall job. The company/individual responded in a timely manner, repaired the problem, was courteous, and helpful.

The repair team tried to clear the drain via the shower first because the charge of service is less than when they have to perform the work from the roof. The completion of the work was entirely satisfactory.

They arrived when they were scheduled to arrive. Job went fairly smoothly.

When the project began, we asked the sales person if he was sending the A-team for us. He said that all the teams were very good. After the install, we are convinced we got the A-team. If Beyer Mechanical other crews are like Alex and Rodger, then any customer should be very pleased. The sales person(Tim) was very professional. We had a couple of other quotes (that we did not share with Beyer). This was a very competitive bid, and I had confidence in his analysis and explanation of how we might or might not be able to refund 'rebates', and explaining the reasons why we should or should not consider the models that we received quotes on. Other companies had built in some very high rebates from CPS, that would likely not be valid. All prices quotes we received were without rebates or incentives built in, so it was easy to compare, and then assess final value, after factoring in rebates, etc. The crew arrived on time and started with analysis and questions (they wanted our opinion!). The residential Service Manager (Eric) also came a couple of times, and they put together a plan that gave good access to the unit, but opened up our attic so we actually can get in and out. A HUGE plus. Two old units were being replaced with a singe unit, and all duct work was being replaced. This was a very invasive procedure. But the crew was excellent. There was not a commotion or mess. Everything got done on time. We were asked to review their work, as progress was being made, and everything was explained. After firing up the unit (it worked the first time!) and testing, we were again visited by the technical sales person (Tim) and service manager (Eric), who reviewed the work. The only issue we had was that the new unit was so quiet, we could not tell if it was working (but they heated us out and then cooled us down, to verify). At the end of job, everything was cleaned up. You could not tell anything had gone on. A few days later, the install crew, Alex and Rodger, returned to verify that everything worked as planned, and then went over all the operational instructions that we needed to know. We have had a couple of really ugly remodel projects that were less complicated than this, and they were horrible experiences. We were expecting something similar. We cannot express how happy and pleased we are with this entire project, from start to finish. It was still expensive, but my wife and I agreed that we feel very good about every dollar spent. And we appreciated that all rebate forms were completed with the assistance of the install crew, and Beyer Mechanical took care of submitting all of the paperwork. We are already telling friends about Beyer Mechanical.

I was not satisfied with them so I had to call someone else. We needed a plumber for a leak and they could not find it. Then we hired someone else and he found the leak and fixed it. I just did not like them. They did a good job with the softener. I would not use them again. I have someone else now.

There were a few problems with installation, but they stood behind their work and made it right. I would hire them again.

I spent several hours getting prices from 4 vendors chosen from Angie's List by review and I company I had used before, but thought would be too expensive. When I had the prices in hand, I found that Beyer Boys, the company I thought would be high priced was the most reasonable. Because they had been to my house before, they knew my system and suggested that we replace the broken a/c components, with a slight upgrade, and leave the furnace alone. Most wanted to replace everything and gave a variety of dubious reasons for doing so. I gave Beyer the go ahead on Wed morning, 9/5. Two men were there at noon and had the system up and running early that evening. The men, Alex and Juan, were friendly and professional. They laid down floor coverings every place they had to walk and were very careful of our home. It turned out that Beyer's size worked for me. They keep good records and have the staff to get things done. Amazingly, their first price was the best i'd gotten and even with a small upgrade in capacity, still the lowest. No pressure to do anything. Except for the expense and discomfort, it was a good experience.

I called another plumbing company who referred me to Beyer. Beyer went out the same day to evaluate service even though I wasn't at home and then called me to describe potential fixes. I approved the fix and they did it right away. I thought it was a little expensive, but they did do a quality job. Thanks Beyer, I would definitely use them again.

Called and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. Technician arrived on time and completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. Charges were as quoted.

My filters are up in the attic and its hard to get to them nd the filters are expensive too. We have a warranty and when the AC went out they came and fixed it and it didn't cost me anything. It was covered under the warranty. They came out immediately when it was hot to fix the ac and we didn't even have to stay here we could leave while they fixed it for us which was great.

We have used Beyer Boys A/C, Heating and Plumbing before this project and they have always been professional and punctual. I would absolutely use their services again.

We have used them for four or five years. I don't really deal with them because they always come out when my husband is home. He always wants to be here when they come out. I know that they did tell us last year that our air conditioner was probably going to go out upstairs and it hasn't yet. It is only 6 years old so I don't know if they were just looking to put in a new air conditioner or what they were really doing. To tell the truth, I don't really know. My husband's happy with them so I would say they are an A for quality. We will continue to use them.

I find if you have a maintenance contract with Beyer, you will get prompt service when the A/C does fail. Let me tell you an experience with Beyer.... A few years back I was remodeling the exterior of the house. I was replacing some paneling around the A/C unit and we punctured the freon line with a nail gun. The event happened on a Saturday around noon. I called Beyer and a tech was out by 2pm and fixed the leak. I had A/C by 4pm that day. Amazing service on a weekend. I blew my hot water heater overnight one day. When I discovered the problem around 6am, I left a message with Beyer to call. At around 8am, I got a call back and a tech onsite later that morning. Repair done by 2pm. Again amazing service. I read a lot of reviews about this company here. A few are whacked out, in the hole.... and I wonder what went wrong. But, all I can give you is two thumbs up on this company. All the service I received has exceeded my expectations. Beyer has always been prompt with service. Thanks, Beyer Boys!

No problems. Plumber provided estimate which I accepted and he did the job in a reasonable time.

The water pressure in our house was low. He changed it from 50 psi to 75 psi. The problem was actually the water softener. We still haven't gotten it fixed. (Our choice). It cost 50 dollars to just drive out to our house before any work was done.

They came right out and were on time. I have been using them for a number of years for maintenance as well and they are very reliable and professional. They always do good work and I would highly recommend them.

Their were two separate groups. The a/c technician was knowledgeable and provided the kind of service I was looking for. We did not have any major issues, but he pointed out some minor issues that we needed to keep our eyes on. The plumbers checked everything, but the guy had a bad attitude. The were two people. The head plumber had his mind made up what was wrong with the house by the time he came. He was a know-it-all. They later contacted us with a survey about the air conditioning work, but did not send us on about the plumbers. I would use them again, but I would ask that the same plumbers were not sent again.

I bought the annual service plan, and then all they wanted to do was to sell to me a new central air conditioning unit to replace my 8 year old unit. This last service visit my unit was 2 lbs low on freon, and they would not continue the contractual maintenance until I added the 2 lbs of freon. They did not clean the coils, nothing. They just left. I complained to the Beyer Boys office and they did not return my money. It is a form of fraud.

They were wonderful. They were extremely professional and did more than we were expecting. They will not leave your home until everything you ask for is concluded.
