Barbara is an incredible real estate agent. She was very responsive to my calls and emails. Her extensive experience allowed her to be proactive to prevent problems before they happened. I just closed on my dream house for an excellent price and I couldn't be more pleased with all the help Barbara provided. I have bought several houses through agents before, and she is by far the best I have dealt with.

I was impressed. Barbara knows her game and cuts to the chase and gets you exactly the information you need to list and sell. Very professional and on the ball. We don't know if we are selling our home or not right now but we will be contacting Barbara if we do.

Barbara worked her tail off on my listing. I was contacted directly by the buyer, so the "selling" part of her services wasn't as involved as it would have been if we'd needed advertising and showings. Where her expertise and hard work really helped was making the house saleable beforehand. She suggested contractors, and worked with the contractors to ensure that the work was done timely and economically. She also helped me understand the process of selling the house. This was the first time I'd sold a house, and she was very helpful in the negotiation process and getting me all of the forms to sign. Her assistant, Kathy Coats, was also very helpul in this regard. Barbara is available well after normal business hours, and was really good about communicating and keeping me updated. You can't go wrong using Barbara as your realtor.

Provided excellent references for contractors. Her recommendation for home contractors did excellent work and saved our family considerable money. 2. Provided contacts in the city we were relocating to (Colorado Springs) that helped us locate rental property in excellent school districts. 3. Sold our home for asking price in less than 60 days. Ms Barbara Lane provided outstanding Real Estate services to my mother and me. I reside in Maryland, and I needed someone trustworthy in San Antonio to help me sell my mother's home. My mother is elderly and resides in a retirement center, so we looked at Angie's List. The house was vacant for over a year, and Ms Lane stepped right in guiding us along the real estate process. She told us what needed to be done to the house, and using her recommendations I solicited contractors using Angie's List as my guide. Her work with both the buyers agent, title company and bank assessor allowed the sale to go through expeditiously. She hit the mark for the price point for the home the first time. We received an offer within two weeks of listing the home, and the final price was very fair for the age of the house and its location. Many times during the process, I would send her an email late in the evening or early in the morning, expecting a reply next business day, but I usually received a response within the hour. She seems to be a professional who really enjoys her work. She is thoroughly tied into the information space using web listings and secure document signing sites, which working long distance made the process very smooth. She masters email, text or telephone calls, as whenever I used these mediums, I could expect a response rapidly and professionally from her or her assistant. I was thoroughly satisfied with Ms Lanes services, and I would recommend her without reservation to anyone in San Antonio requiring a realtor.

She not only showed me dozens of homes during early evening hours, to work with my schedule, she also would work into the late hours of the evenings drafting offer paperwork. It was so effortless for me besides the massive amounts of reading (which everyone has to do when signing contracts!) She helped my fiancé and I find the best starter home available, and coached us through the offer and negotiating process wonderfully. I am proud to say that we closed on the house, and that she still keeps in touch! She wanted to know what our birthdays were so she could send us cards, and she already bought us a house warming gift. She also only showed us homes where the sellers agent was splitting their commission with the buyers agent, so that there would be no out of pocket cost to us at closing for her services. She knows what matters!

I found Barbara on Angies list three years ago when my home was a rental property. She connected with a property management co. Which was excellent. Throughout the three years Barbara kept in contact with me and spent sometimes as long as an hour giving me information on the housing market in San Antonio. When I was ready to place my home on the market she had all the documentation on recent sales in the past 6 months which helped me to make a informed decision on listing my home. Because of the time she spent educating me, I was prepared to make the right decisions. The marketing was great my home flyer was beautiful with professional photography. My home was on the market for only one day and within 24 hours I received eight contacts. I closed on my home under a month. She is a professional realtor. I would recommend her to any person needing to sell their home.

Barbara was extremely helpful and patience at helping us sell our home. She was very responsive with potential buyers and guide us through the process of preparing the house for sale and then closing on the contract.

To be blunt it went over like a fart in church. Being a renter it was known there was not much money to be made on me so i was put off to the side and given the run around. I will never use or recommend Barbra or her associates. No one should be treated as if they don't matter but in this case I go the short end of the stick. How she is top rated n the area is a shocker. She must cater to only the rich to keep her stats up. If you are looking for a realtor that takes your home/apartment hunt to heart Barbra is no it.

It is going really good, we wrote a contract on Thursday and did the inspection on Saturday. Everything seems to be going well so far. I am working with Sharon Veatch with this deal out of Barbara's office.

Barbara is very patient, professional, and responsive. I had numerous setbacks with getting repairs started due to the house having to go through probate, etc., but she was patient and continued to follow up with me throughout the process even though I was not even able to sign any paperwork with her for a long time due to the probate issues. I feel we have a mutual trust and understanding. She presented me with numerous comps along the way to help determine a listing price and explained the marketing process. I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home in San Antonio. Also, she speaks Spanish fluently, which enables her to communicate with a broader pool of contractors, which was very helpful. Now I just hope the house will sell quickly.

Barbara is professional, intelligent, hard-working and kind. She worked tirelessly on our behalf and found ways to make a difficult sale work. She was always available and willing to work with us to market and sell the house. She gave 150%. I would never use another agent and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.

It was fine overall. We had some bumps in the road and miss communication issues. However she was pleasant and able to respond to request and questions. Again I would recommend Mrs. Lane.

She helped us to find a builder and a lot. Her commission was a part of the sale and it was based on the cost of the lot and house. She definitely went above and beyond. Before we bought this house we had to sell our previous house which was in Washington, so we needed a rental property while we were waiting to build. She didn’t have to help us find a rental property but she did. Her contact was constant and she was always available to answer questions.
