Ms Lane was very responsive and gave me in depth information to help me with the decision regarding my property. I will be placing my home on the market and will definitely use her services to list my property.

Barbara helped us find a house. She met with us to go over what we were looking for, our price range, etc. and then would send us listings of different houses to check out. We went through the listings to come up with several different houses to visit. Barbara then took us out on a Saturday, after having made all of the appointments to look at all the houses herself, to view the houses. She even threw in a few surprise houses to show us! One of the surprise houses ended up being the house we bought. She was always very gentle but forthcoming--ie. the house we ended up buying would be a hot sale, so we had to decide rather quickly if we wanted the house or not. We ended up putting down on our house the very next day. Then, through the entire home loan process, buying process, and closing process, she was with us every step of the way, always asking questions for us, always asking us if we needed anything, always there. She helped us negotiate with the selling company and also gave us pointers for dealing with the builder (we were buying a brand new, never-before-lived-in, just built house), and also pointers on dealing with the mortgage company. She brought us a housewarming gift and has followed up with us since we've moved in. We are going to have her over sometime soon to see what we've done with the house and for a meal! She is truly a genuine person and an excellent realtor. We will be using her again when we choose to sell this house and will recommend her to anyone moving into this area. We'll also probably consult her when we move (out of state) to see if she has any colleagues she recommends we work with. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I was looking for a realtor in a near by area. I noticed Barbra Lane had a lot of great reviews on this sight so I contacted her. She responded with a few hours and helped me find a great local realtor.

I used Angie's list to find a real estate agent because I had heard of so many nightmares that others had gone through with their own experiences. I prefer to use someone that is personally referred and to be assured that I will be working with someone who has earned the respect from others that they have helped enough that they would recommend them. Because I am relatively new here, I used this wonderful site to connect me with high caliber folk like Barbara Lane. She went out of her way from hour one that we met till even today, she continues to keep constant contact with me and is still providing me with tips and knowledge in the proceeding steps. She earned high praises from others on Angie's List and from myself. I highly recommend her. As a matter of fact, I already have to several friends and colleagues. ***I wanted to update this review to let members know that since Barbara helped me find and get into my new home in April 2012 she has checked in on me and continues to maintain a great and genuine professional relationship even well after the sale. When some one like Barbara goes above and beyond the call of duty and goes the extra mile, I think that the folks out there that are looking for some one to represent them in the most important transaction of their lives they need to make a decision based on recommendations from credible and satisfied people. I needed to get information on potentially renting my home or the possibility of placing it back on the market. Of course I called Barbara because of the great job she did for me last year and because of her knowledge and experience of the market. Barbara clearly laid out all the options for me and provided me with the necessary information for me to make an informed and logical decision. When the time comes for me execute that decision Barbara assured me that she would be there for me to walk me through and ensure I feel comfortable taking all the steps needed. Sometime ago Barbara Lane sold my large, two-story home for a reasonable amount and with due diligence found the perfect house for me to downsize. She was so delightful to work with that we have stayed in touch as she is wont to do with all her clients. One day I mentioned casually that my daughter in Dallas was downsizing as I had previously. Barbara immediately gave her the name of a reputable agent in Dallas with Coldwell Banker who worked hard and sold her large home and found a wonderful townhome for her as well. It is hard to express how great Barbara Lane's work ethic is for her clients. She does the proverbial "110%" and then some. Barbara is always on call as you will discover if you list with her. The experience has been wonderful from the first phone call to the first meeting and looking at houses. She is so understanding and has made time from her schedule to work around my schedule. I have found my house and its still being built but she has been in contact and there for me with answers to any questions I might need. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous after seeing what my parents went through with thier realtors but she has made the whole experience so wonderfull and stess free. She even made time out of her schedule to come to the design center with me because I wasn't sure what was going to affect the price of the home. She is also a wonderful caring type of person and makes you feel at ease to ask her questions. I don't close on the house until May but I know she is going to be with me every step of the process.

I am still working with her. She is maintaining contact. She has been very helpful. I would recommend.

We would recommend her. She's with Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper Realty. It was paid by the commissioned rate. She was excellent in all areas. We didn't pay her. The builder paid her. She got her commission and I don't know how it works. It's the typical commission that the realtors get so it was good. Her quality of service was excellent.

I had an idea of what was on the market when I was back. She was available at my convenience and she worked around my work schedule. She worked around everything. I don't know when she ate! She walked me through every part of the process. We relentlessly searched homes all over. She was tireless, and optimistic. I have bought 5 homes in the past and had been fortunate to have good realtors. None of them reached the level of dedication that I saw in Barbara. If you need a realtor then Barbara is the one you want. I hope to be able to refer her to others so they may have the same wonderful experience. Today, in August 2012, she continues to follow up with me. She sends me homeowners tips, market analyses, newsletters, and gift certificates. I had the opportunity to refer Barbara! My future employee was deployed overseas and would be relocating to San Antonio from California once he came back. Barbara sent him and his wife listings beforehand. Barbara spoke to his wife on the phone several times. When they got in town, Barbara quickly got a feel for what they nneded and wanted. They wanted to find something soon to reduce hotel expenses but did not want just anything. Barbara found them the perfect home in two days. They happily closed the end of September of this year. Barbara gave them advice about things to do before getting everything settled in their newly built home. Her advice was taken and they love their home.
