Description of Work: They replaced both hot water heaters, and upgraded both installations to code. They did a very professional job and used top grade materials.

Description of Work: Just wanted a new toilet. Old pipes were lead and when the old toilet was pulled they cracked. Ended up digging 15 ft under concrete floor. The crew they used to dig said they could have done for $ 1,000 .00 less if we'd paid them directly. I called the offc. to report this and was told they were a new crew they were using. An hour after they called for final payment, they called back to say the pressure test failed and there was still a leak somewhere, which would mean thousands more. Couldn't afford any more, so told them to fill in the hole and leave.

Description of Work: I had a new faucet installed. I also had a broken sink drain repaired. The repairmen were professional, as they gave me the free estimate. I was a bit shocked with the price. But, I agreed to go ahead. As the plumber repaired the sink drain, it was clear he knew what he was doing. He was quick and efficient. And, he was careful not to make a mess. When finished, he cleaned everything up. The repair took about 30 minutes. So, while the repair was very expensive, I know I had a well qualified plumber doing the work. After the sink drain repair, the plumber started the installation of my new faucet. I have to say, this is where they clearly earned their money. The builder (I wish I could name them) had done a classically bad job both with the counter installation and with the original faucet installation. The plumber worked long and hard changing out all the non standard plumbing connections, that had been installed by the builder. So, the majority of the installation was spent undoing what the builder had done. The actual installation was extremely simple. And, when they were done, the plumbers cleaned up everything. Once again, the plumber demonstrated extremely good skills. So, just to summarize, I found the plumbers to be: - Professional - Highly Skilled - Clean Thank you for the great job and the great service.

Description of Work: Pricey, but they were professional and knowledgeable. Used good parts Brass /metal as oppsed to PCV. They installed a regulator valve and removed an old sprinkler valve that laid there usless in the process. The regulator valve was a neccessity since I have American Home Shield and the first thing they ask when I have a plumbing problem is iif I have a pressure regular valve. If I do not I am not covered for plumbimg issues because the the water pressure is to high and may have caused the problem. I also had them install a water heater with an overflow tank. Additional they unclogged two drains in the masterbedroom sinks. And finally they connected a dish washer that I purchased seperately. Overal, i am extremely l very happy with their work, but like anyone else I would of liked a less expensive bill.,

Description of Work: I had a rumble in my hall bath. The water pressure indicated that there was a valve somewhere. I have lived here for over 10 years and did not think so. They suggested that they could dig up my And then they could replace it. We agreed to disagree and I sent them on their way. This problem was fixed by another plumber and was not the water pressure

Description of Work: I had a serious water leak outside, I did not know how to turn off the water and was very concerned. I called Armedia at 0800AM and they were able to send me a repairman by 09:15. I am so grateful for their prompt service and the repairman was able to determine the problem immediately and worked in the rain to repair it!

Description of Work: We had a broken drainage pipe in our front yard. Previously, we had Aramendia come out to unclog that same line. It was a little pricey, but overall they were great! They explained that our pipe was broken, gave an estimate on the price to fix as well. That was two months ago and we finally decided to fix the pipe last week. They sent the same tech out to fix it. It was a bit of a job because the pipe was 6 ft underground, but they dug it out, fixed it & filled the hole back in all within the same day! They honored the estimate and even gave us the 10% off as well. All in all, it was a very good experience & even though they may not be the cheapest in town, I'd rather pay a little extra to get great service. We would definitely use Aramendia again!

Description of Work: Our hot water heater went out. We have a reliable plumber but he doesn't take credit cards. I looked up this company and their website indicates that they do accept credit cards. When the work was done after 11pm, the workers said they couldn't take a credit card. I felt taken advantage of. I would not use them.

Initially I researched the type of water heaters available and pricing online directly, then called the plumbing company to order and scheduled a date to install. doing my own research helped because I know I got the best product for the price instead of relying on any plumbing company recommendation. Aramendia was very professional and I would call upon them again. Initially their ordering department had ordered the incorrect water heater size and actually brought out the incorrect unit, which they promptly sent another truck out to the house while we waited...it was worth the 40 minutes without charge.

Description of Work: I wasn't sure if they took care of water softeners so I sent an email. they said they would come out and look at it. the tech quickly checked the plumbing portion of the water softener and told me that was not the problem as it was working correctly. he gave me an estimate if I ended up wanting to get a new softener but told me who to call to look at the tank where he thought the problem was and he was correct. appreciated the evaluation and the reference for whom they use on water systems that they do not repair themselves.

Patty, with Armendia contacted me to let me know when they would be arriving. David and Dustin were very professional, very courteous, and thorough. They explained everything to us and gave us several options. We were very pleased with the services and would highly recommend Armendia to anyone!
