Description of Work: An water pipe attached to an outside faucet had broken inside the wall after I had tried to take off faucet. Working had from inside and in cramped space they did an excellent job fixing the problem.

Work was completed in a very professional manner the repair needs were explained before the job was started and we were given several options for the repair work and quoted a price for each. Description of Work: Technician arrived on time and completed a setailed inspection of the entire HVAC system. The Outside unit had failed and a closer inspection of the system found the furnace unit (over 15 years old) was inadiquate to handle the load of a properly sized unit. Upon the technicians recomendation I purchased a complete system with an extended warranty. Installation was quick and professionally completed. I am well satisfied with this firm.

Description of Work: They came out to give an estimate ($1000) telling me I had a leak under my foundation and they had to dig underneath my home. I did not have a slab leak like they said do not bother checking on the side of the house where the water was coming from.

We think there may have been a miscommunication somewhere as our written estimate for the customer on 03/15 states “[3/15/2014 9:20:49 AM TM-1139] : Upon arrival we gave an estimate of 155.00 per hour for a leak detection to determine if the leak is on the exterior or interior of the home. Once we have located the source of the leak we can at this time give any and all estimates for the repair or repairs that are needed.” We did not quote a cost for repair as we didn't perform a leak test. We have tried multiple times to contact this member and address her concerns but have not had any luck. Please contact our General Manager Albert Joseph at 210-654-1034 to help us clear this up. As always, we are more than happy to discuss any concerns our customers may have.
