Description of Work: Replaced a pressure valve on the main water line. We called for soft water problem and it was determined that it needed replacement. Units offered by them were too expensive. We brought it at Sears.

Description of Work: Upgraded my home duct work to dual zone system with 2 thermostats. Added "Whole House" air filter. Performed extensive air duct repair/upgrade. Upgraded attic insulation from approx R12 to R50+ rating. Installed attic stairs cap. Description of Work: Whole house inspection. Drained water heater tank. Inspected water softener. Fixed toilet problem, fixed faucet leaks in kitchen sink and bathroom. Replaced shower fixture. Inspected lines to septic tank. Made recommendations for future cleanup of roots in drains.

Description of Work: Replaced leaking water heaters

Description of Work: Requested for repair of a malfunctioning tankless water heater. They were punctual and professional. My only complaint is that They were not really willing to look closely at repairing the water heater once they heard we were considering replacing it. We decided to go with a solar water heater, which they did not provide, so we did not end up using their services, but would use them in the future

Description of Work: They gave me an estimate on the water heater to fix it and it was very high even though there is still warranty on it.

Description of Work: Had a leak fixed. Requested service via their web site, but didn't hear from them (left e-mail address and cell phone number). Called them on Sunday, they said they'd be here late afternoon. They called about 5:30, and said they couldn't make it, and set me up for 1-3 on Monday. Plumber arrived within that time, then had to wait about 30 minutes for "parts" (nothing complicated - I would have expected them to have the needed parts in the truck). Once he had the parts (flexible pipe and two couplers) the plumber finished in less than 15 minutes. Cleaned up afterward, was friendly and courteous. I just thought the price was pretty steep for what he actually did. Not sure I would use them again due to a) the lack of response to the request for service, b) telling me they could make it same day when they couldn't, and c) price.
