 + -1 moreI will never call Aramendia Plumbing again. I made two appointments with them to give me an estimate on a large project. They never came to my house or called me to reschedule. I stayed at home on two afternoons waiting on his company. I guess they do not need my business!

 + -1 moreI had a very good experience. Rich, the plumber, and his assistant were right on time, hard working and efficient. They completed their work early and the final price was lower than their original estimate. It was also $335 less than a bid that we received from a competing plumbing company that came out to look at the job first. We were very pleased with Aramendia Plumbing.

 + -1 moreThey could have charged me to replace the water pressure valve as well as sell me the expansion tank. I wouldn't have known the difference. But they were honest about it and did not hustle us for a repair we didn't need. I appreciate that. By the way, this company gives a 10% military discount, including to military retirees like me. They happen to see the Ft Sam stickers on my car and they offered me the discount!
Description of Work: We had high water pressure spikes (up to 130!) in our home plumbing system which caused a premature water heater failure and a sprinkler system leak. I had Aramendia check my system to determine if the water pressure regulator valve had failed. They came out as promised. I asked for an afternoon appointment and it was 5:30 when they showed up. But to their credit, they did call and let us know. After evaluating our water pressure issues, they said the pressure valve was working fine but that we should add an ''expansion tank'' (at the intake side of the hot water heater) to absorb the pressure fluctuations. They installed it and that seems to have solved our problems.

 + -1 moreThe office staff was helpful and notified me of the cost prior to the plumber coming out to my house. They also called me about 30 min. before he was able to make it.
Description of Work: Luis came to our house on the same day that I called due to a possible leak in our townhome. Unfortunately, he was not able to find the cause or source of the leak without extensive testing. He seemed very honest and upfront about the risks/rewards of pursuing further testing. I was just charged an hourly fee for the leak detection service.

 + -1 moreAfter a bad start, I received calls from Patty in Customer Service, who was very understanding of my position. She was adamant that Aramendia wanted to leave me happy. A couple of days later I received a call from Albert Joseph, who made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I told him I didn't expect what he was offering, but he said they take care of their customers. After this experience, I'm inclined to believe him. Overall I'm more than satisfied with Aramendia's work, and will definately use them again! Many thanks to Mary and Patty for excellent customer service, and Mr. Joseph for taking it to the next level!!!

 + -1 moreThey were professional and courteous. However, they were way over priced for what they did. After tearing up the yard to find the leak, they then informed me of how much it would be. The cost was excessive, but I had no choice but to have them complete the job since the yard was already torn up, and the leak was still present.

I feel very confident that the pipes are going to remain in good shape for many many years. The workers that did the work really new what they were doing. They tried to explain some things to me. I did not really understand though. I was impressed at the quality of work they had showed me. These guys were not lazy; they were constantly moving about getting things complete.
Description of Work: I had to have my waterline replaced. Aramendia came out and did the job for me.

 + -1 moreRecently we had Aramendia Plumbing out to do some work for us on our water line piping, I received an estimate before the work was started and the price was very close to the quote. The piping had to be rerouted. The men were very knowledgeable as they did this work without digging up the whole yard. It took about a day to get the work completed and everyone was professional while working for us. I have had them back a couple of times as the water is cloudy in one bathroom, but the water tests are all great.
Description of Work: We hired Aramendia plumbing to do a "Pull" on our water lines from the street to the house. This meant they would dig up by the house and the street, but not the complete yard. They then pulled the lines, re - routed the new lines and put everything back together in one day.

I feel that they are just as honest as they come. They give me some pointers here and there on how to keep things running smoothly. I appreciate the customer service and the courteousness. The service men were on time, took the old one out, and set the new one up perfectly. The men were very professional and did a good job of getting it sitting properly in it's spot without any rocking. I will call this company in the future if I need any plumbing work as they also have fair prices.
