Aramendia Plumbing Heating & Air

I thought this would be a very simple installation but when the water was hooked back up there was a pipe leaking in the wall. Since the bathroom has a wood type of wall the installers Ron and Josh had to go on the other side of the wall (in a bedroom) to cut a hole in the sheet rock to repair this pipe. They said they did this because sheet rock would be easier to repair then the wood. Of course I had a file cabinet in the way since this is used as a computer room so they had to move heavy things to work. When finished they covered the opening with a wall plate and moved everything back in place. I was just in awe that they did all this for the agreed upon price. This house is old and the leaking pipe was not their fault in anyway but because they said they touched it they would fix it. They explained every procedure as they went along. These are two excellent employees and even though they were strangers I felt totally at ease with them in my home.

I am never exchanging my plumber. I am sticking with them. This company is very prompt. They showed up and did their work. They were extra clean. In order for them not to track dirt in and out of my home, they put on some bootees thought that was very thoughtful. I was so happy with their work that I just write them out a check.

The service is excellent and they will come out anytime I need them. I like that they always have someone on call which is better than most other places. I think they are very competitive in regards to price and I highly recommend their service to anyone.

I guess it was a good experience. They got the job done on time and I didn't have any complaints about them until I saw the bill. They featured this man on Angie's List and I think after that happened, all of his prices went up. I really don t know if he overcharged me or he is just expensive.

Aramendia Plumbing tore out the wall to get to the leak and fix it. I had called another plumber out before who wasn t able to find the leak. Aramendia came on time and was honest with me about the problem. They even found some things that I didn t know I had. A little pricey but worth it.

Beings that it was hard to find the problem, I felt that they were very diligent and determined to find out what was wrong. It took them awhile to get it done but I felt that they were honest and they wanted to make sure that issue was solved.

I think this company did a great job. They came to my house on an emergency call. They came right away after I called them and they fixed my problem, which only took them around 3 hours. I think they were kind of expensive, but they did answered to the emergency I had. So still, I would give them great recommendations.

This company did a good job. They fixed the problems thoroughly and I thought the workers were professional. It s just that I wish I could find someone that does good work but that isn t so expensive.

I really like the service that they offer. They have emergency on call plumbers available and they are well known. The customer service is very detailed and they are well organized. The plumbers will make sure they get the problem fixed for you.

I was really impressed with them as they were so professional about everything. They were very polite to me every time they came. They even put booties on their shoes when they walked through my house so that my carpets and floors wouldn't get dirty. They have great service.

Their business is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The charges are the same for weekends and emergency services. I have used them for 6 years. I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of their business.

Very well. Both men were well-equipped to do the job. They had all the tools & parts. They worked efficiently & cleaned up completely after finishing the work.

At first he wanted to install a pricier faucet, but I informed him to just install mine. Doing that still cost me $200! He did have to do some trap work.

My husband had gone up into the attic to check our drain line on the central air conditioner when he decided to check the water heater, as we do periodically since it's in the attic also and water can sure do damage in a hurry! We knew we were going to have problems if we didn't get someone over in a hurry! Imagine our surprise when we were able to get them so quickly! These guys knocked it out in no time with no mess or fuss and it was a pretty tough undertaking because of the tight fit and having to get the old one out. They cleaned up completely after the job and took great pains looking out for our new hickory wood floors! We would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to everyone.

Aramendia Plumbing was called because of a clogged kitchen sink. We took some of the under sink plumbing out ourselves to see if we find the clog. This home is 50 years old and it was apparent that the plumbing was very old and needed to be replaced as well. Aramendia's folks arrived on time, and performed all the repairs and unclogged the drain. Plumbers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves very well. We would use this company again and would recommend Aramendia to anyone.

We had called several companies for estimates. Aramendia's price was very competitive. They had someone at our house within about an hour of calling on a Saturday. Ray did a good job of explaining to use what needed to be done and had the work finished quickly. They did a good job of cleaning up the area they had to dig.

I called on Monday with a non-emergency plumbing problem. Unexplained high water bills suggested that we might have a leak under our slab. On Wednesday Aramendia called to say the plumbers were on their way. Jason and Mike arrived right on time and performed their work in less than an hour. There was no leak, and I was provided with a detailed description of the work performed and the outcome of their measurements as documentation.

Another contractor wanted to tear out the walls and make a big deal about it. Aramendia was able to do the work that day. The technician did a good job, he was polite, quiet and kept things clean. I will use them again. Very prompt to answer our call, neat & courteous.

Overall they did a really good job. I received a call that morning from the company stating that they would arrive anywhere from 9 to 9:30am. Knowing that I was going to submit a report I kept a log as to what they did. They arrived at 9:25 AM. They took the old toilet off and asked me because it was the old type 7 gallon versus the newer toilets that are 1 to 1.5 gallon if I wanted to upgrade. I had already planned on doing that and opted to have a new one installed. They ran water down the sewer pipe to see if it was still leaking, or if it was because the wax ring was defective. They had to cut a hole in the ceiling and run water. One plumber downstairs and the other upstairs. They located the leak, removed the elbow pipe and found out they didn't have a part to fit properly. At 10:37am, out for parts; returned at 12:00. They put in the new 3" in-the-pipe flange and elbow. They were missing a part for the new toilet, had to get one, returned and finished the job at 1:50pm.

They did it very well. They were very clean. I have used them twice now.

Used them three times in the last few months. 1) To fix a toilet that was leaking at the base ($200). 2) To replace a leaking flexible hose on top of the hot-water heater ($125). They arrived within 2 hours of my call on a Sunday! 3) To fix a leak in an old (and not easily replaced) drain trap in the plumbing in the wall behind the bathtub. They had to use an access door behind the tub to reach the area and solder it. They also put a bathroom faucet (disassembled by another plumber) back together during this visit ($650). Each time, the response was amazingly prompt, the workers were polite, professional and answered all my questions, and they cleaned up after themselves. Sure, it's kind of pricey, but I'm happy with the service. They also warranty their work for 30 days.

Two men did a thorough job of looking for any leak. None was found, but they pointed out where the water came from. They installed and cleaned up from the pressure regulator.
