Very well. I watched the tech do the work. He answered all my questions. Next time I could do it myself. Basically he taught me how to fix it.

They are excellent, and they were out here in 4.5 hours.

I called on Tuesday in the afternoon and they sent a plumber the next morning. He arrived on time, was courteous and went to work right away. He explained everything clearly before he did the repairs including the cost. It all went smoothly without any hassle.

Everything went smoothly. For a while it was thought they might have to drill through concrete but upon further inspection they found the leak, replaced the pipe and they were gone. I have already recommended them to other friends for their efficiency and good work.

I was satisfied and the interaction was good. I have some other plumbing work they will come out and complete.

The plumbers arrived earlier than expected. They were friendly and professional. They assessed the problem I identified and gave me an estimate. They got to work quickly. They identified several other plumbing issues and described which ones should be fixed sooner than others. They even fixed one of the issues on the spot and for less money than expected. Overall great experience.

I contacted the company via the internet. We set up an appt. The two gentlemen arrived on time, were very professional, fixed all my problems and even helped me figure out how to use my jacuzzi (which they said was a challenge). They left within an hour, had a great sense of humor, and cleaned up before they left.

Aramendia is a great company to use. The scheduler was friendly and professional. The technician was also. When I called to get the AC fixed, they scheduled for the next afternoon. Because of the heat wave and large numbers of ACs breaking, they were running behind and couldn't come until the following evening. Depending on the time of year, you may need to be time-flexible.

Called for estimate & they came out the next day.........Had a good price and brought a unit with him just in case. I had already gotten 2 other estimates, one low & one high. Aramendia gave a 10% discount from a coupon in the phone book, so with that, his price was close to the other low bid. Since they could install it immediately, I gave them the job. Work was finished in a couple of hours. (Our home was pre-plumbed for a water softener) The two gentlemen were very professional & courteous. They did a good job & cleaned up afterwards.

They arrived early, worked steadily, were pleasant & polite, gave an accurate estimate of the cost of the work before they began. They were easy to work with, and came early next morning after an after-5 service request.

I called expecting an appointment for later that week - but they were at the door step 1 hour later. I explained the problem we were having and the team lead (which I can't remember his name - wish I could and I can't read the name on my receipt) explained my options in full and I decided on the option of installing a pump that is attached to my water heater and comfort valves installed under my sinks. The pump is programmed for certain times of the day when we need hot water the most. They even let me know that I can get a digital timer to refine the times based on our hot water usage which we did. The only slight problem we found is the water is a bit tepid when we want cold water at first, but having hot water quickly is well worth it!!

I discovered the leak late Friday afternoon. My husband diagnosed it. I called them and the fee sounded high because I didn't know it included the labor. I didn't call them until 4:45 to schedule. They said that they would try to schedule us for Friday. They came out the next morning at 9:30. The guys were great. It was very muddy and they repaired the leak for for us. They were very easy to work and they answered all of our questions. They gave us the worst case scenario, which we ended up not having to do. They were very neat and tidy. The crew worked until 12:45, did a pressure test and gave us the bill. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We woke up on a Saturday and discovered that we had no hot water. Aramendia responded to our call within two hours. The technician was professional and personable, and he completed the job with apparent expertise and efficiency. There were no surprise fees when we paid; the estimate provided was the actual amount that we paid. The newly installed water heater has been functioning perfectly!

First visit was in Dec 08--$180 to repair connection to water heater. 2 months later leak returned. Claimed new water heater might be needed but attempted to repair inlets (at my request). Water heater is still leaking. Bottomline-- First repair in Dec should have caught true state of the water heater. Now $300 dollars over 3 months for a simple leak on a 7 year old water heater.

My tenant called on Friday early afternoon, and said the bathtub and toilet were backing up. I called Aramendia Plumbing, and they said they would be out that afternoon. They quoted me a price on the phone. They agreed to call me when they were ready to come. They called mid-afternoon, and I met them at the property. They performed the service in a very professional, neat manner. I definitely will call them again

Prompt and friendly service, but price was excessive. I was told the cost just before the work was performed. The repair needed to be done ASAP, and the break occurred on a Saturday, so I went ahead with it.

I called late in the afternoon and I was very surprised and impressed that I got an appointment for that afternoon. They arrived on time and waited a short time because I forgot to coordinate the appointment with my wife. Excellent work and waited for my wife to return in order to get paid. Very professional and polite.

The company is very good at getting someone out to the house quickly which was what I needed. The men arrived promptly and quickly dug up and fixed the break. I was somewhat less than satisfied with how they left the job site looking, but a call to the company resulted in a quick resolution. All-in-all they do good work and stand behind their work.

Pipe next to water softener started leaking, sprayed my garage, called Aramendia in mid-afternoon to fix problem. Two plumbers came, Mike and Eric, and were very professional and courteous. They replaced the pipe quickly and were very informative regarding the whole process. Problem was fixed by 4:30 pm and I called probably around 2:30 pm. Outstanding in my books. Knew exactly what they were doing.

We only asked for an estimate to replace fixtures in our bathrooms and showers. Their price was too high, so we went with another plumber.

It was an outstanding experience. I called in the late morning and by 1:30pm there was a repair man at my house. I had just called about the hot water heater and asked about removing the water heater when they arrived. The plumber gave me several choices for repair with pros, cons, and costs and the same info for the hot water heater. The work was done in a timely manner, and with a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this vendor.

Do: When your sink is clogged, call a professional. Don't: Use chemicals to try to unclog it yourself. Don't use your dispose-all too much. This was the cause of my problem I believe. I had cleaned out my refrigerator last week and run a bunch of stuff down the dispose-all, which caused it to clog.

Showed up on a Saturday. Repaired the leak and cleaned up the muddy mess! Thanks guys!

I called on a Friday to check on price and to make an appointment. The price quoted was less than a phone book coupon so we proceeded. The dispatcher indicated that there would be no extra charges if they came the next day (Saturday) and said someone would be calling in the morning. Someone called Saturday morning about 8 a.m. and said the crew would be here at 9. By 9:15 they were here and checking out the system (including the condenser outside). Thankfully, all was well and the crew left within an hour. Very friendly and courteous.
