Aramendia Plumbing Heating & Air

Had water pressure problem, they fixed it but I am not convinced their diagnosis / fix was the "actual" problem. They said my valves under the sink were not turned on / opened all they way; I can guarantee you this was the first step I took personally when experiencing the problem. They also wanted to charge $135 for 20 minutes of work which they were outside 99% of the time, I was able to leverage the Angie's list discount for 10% which dropped it to $121.50.

They worked hard for about 5 or 6 hours. This was a good deal, expensive, but good. I would hire them again.

They were very punctual for both the quote and install. They did exactly what they said they would do.

On time as coordinated. Very professional. Appearance and cleanliness of technicians was good. Walked me through every step of what they were doing and explained how the system works, making me more informed as a consumer. Did not try to sell me on any additional services. This is a huge factor for me, because that means they were being honest about the state of my cooling systems, which fortunately, were both in great shape. The technicians gave both of my systems a good cleaning in terms of leaves and dirt on the oustide components and even mentioned a few other routine maintenance things a homeowner could do to prolong the life of your A/C units. I spent right at about $120 because Aramendia was running a special for $59 per system to be inspected. I have two systems: an up-stairs and a down-stairs.

Woke up with an A/C outage and a house full of guests. A/C repairman showed up at noon, diagnosed the problem as being a plumbing one because the A/C drain was clogged. Called Aramendia (first time using them) and they came out promptly. They said it was really an A/C problem. Thankfully they were able to clear it out and got the A/C up and running around 4:30 p.m. and we were most grateful. They were helpful, courteous and cleaned up after themselves very well. I would definitely use them again. P.S. Next morning, another A/C outage, A/C repairman came back and fixed it for good.

Our 25 year old water heater started leaking on the Saturday before Easter. Called Aramendia (we had used them before to replace a leaking hose bib) and they came out within a few hours. They replaced the water heater quickly and efficiently. The service men were pleasant and they cleaned up after themselves. Although the price was high, service was excellent.

They were incredibly quick in response time. In terms of scheduling, they were able to come out the next day. I was extremely happy to get the work done so quickly. They gave an honest quote. We were pleased.

We did not use their assistance. We thought their estimate was high. They were quite responsive. We would not use them in the future because their estimate was high.

They are awesome. They were very timely, they had reasonable prices, they were thorough in the work that they did, and they were up front about the cost. They made some recommendations: I wanted a certain thing and they recommended something that would be less expensive but just as enduring. They are a reputable company and I think they are terrific.

They are pretty good. We used them on our rental property. We tried to fix the problem ourselves, but they came out and did the job at a fair price. However, I did feel that the price was a little high, but was okay for what we wanted, what we needed, and also for the emergency of work. The work was done well. However it was a little high for routine maintenance. They even said that they would come out immediately to get the work done when we called them.

Redoing our shower. They installed a new shower valve and chipped out and reinstalled a new drain line(last drain install caused shower problems). The work they did was top notch. They did a great job, were very prompt, courteous, and professional. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Came out the day after I called- did the work on the spot. Fantastic!

Seems expensive for 3 hours work considering I supplied faucets, some fittings, etc. One faucet was installed slightly crooked, but no biggie. Price was with 10% off service...Would use them again.

They were fine. They were punctual, had good customer service and gave us a military discount.

The entire experience was very positive, from the first phone call to the final work. We were able to get an appointment the same day for both services, and the gentlemen were very professional and able to explain all our options. The prices were also very competitive. We were comfortable with the choices given and very happy with the results.

It was Friday evening about 1730 and the garage floor was flooded. I called their office and someone got here iin about 90 minutes. They fixed the problem in a timely fashion and cleaned up the mess. The men were very polite and professional. I subsequently(about a week later) used the same men to install a water softener and a toilet which they also did in a professional manner. I recommend the company and will use them again.

Scheduled appointment 3 days prior without difficulty. Servicemember called several hours prior to confirm appt, and arrived within the 30minute window for the appointment. Service was thorough and efficient. Servicemember reviewed his findings with us and provided education regarding maintenance.

Mostly it has been described as above, so nothing more to add.

They arrived when they said they would and looked over the work I needed done. They advised me on what equipment I should have installed. I agreed and they did the work in about 3 hours. It was an outstanding job. My hat's off to Aramendia Plumbing. This was the second job in 3 years and both times their work was proffessional, ontime, and at a fair price. I know who to call next time I need a plumber!

I called Aramendia and made an appointment for the work. They came the next day at the apoointed time and performed the work. They were very neat and made little mess. What they did make, they cleaned up perfectly. The job was done to my complete satisfaction, and I am very satisfied. This is a fairly major job when replacing an existing fixture, and I guess plumbing is just expensive any more. There is no question I will use them again with complete confidence.

On time, did a great job and quickly, fair price.

After checking Angie's List I called Aramendia Plumbing. They arrived within the hour and fixed the problem quickly. They have not leaked since. Will now use this company as my Plumbing Company. Excellent experience.

The finished project was fine. Changing crews each day cost them time. Trying to find a half height water heater ( they referred to as a low-boy ) took a long time. It seems the request went through a lot of people and took hours. In the end I decided that someone in the chain did not want to find a smaller diameter 50 gallon water heater, or was unwilling to state that none were available. So I made the call to enlarge the opening and other tight spot myself and asked them to come back the next morning, with the same water heater, ready to install it. Aramendia does not do carpentry. This seemed like the surest path to success. I did enlarge the opening and passage, including a new wider attic stair by the end of the day. I believe that the original water heater was placed in the attic, and then framing done around it. I paid the original bid price for the water heater replacement and the water pressure regulator replacement. Not cheap but the work was well done, good quality, and I think I got my moneys worth. It was a very cold day and they waited the required amount of time for the PVC glue to cure before turning the water back on for the pressure regulator replacement. It was an uncomfortable wait for them as it got dark, and colder. Everyone was nice, if a little reluctant to deliver bad news. (such as they could not get the old heater out, and then needed even more room to get the new one in) Perhaps this was because they had already said they could do it and given me a bid. I had accepted the bit. It was a difficult job.

They have done work for us before. Due to the ice, one of the joints burst because it was not connected properly. They came over the weekend and soldered it together. We were very happy. They charged $300 for it. We did not expect it to be $300 but we don?t know what these kind of services cost. Further, it was a kind of emergency situation. It is up on the roof. I did not look at it. I assume it is good.

The job was quick and very professional. I will definetly recommend this company to everybody.

I thought that they fixed the problem, but now I am not quite sure. They were very prompt; they were here exactly at 9 o?clock. The technician was very nice. He explained some other things that we could do in the future. He went over it several times to make sure that I understood what he was talking about. He did give me an estimate on that. He also told me how to use the programmable thermostat. Basically he took a screw driver or some other metal tool to scrape and clean what looked like corrosion. He didn?t replace any part or anything. The only thing that I had a little bit of concern about was that he didn?t do anything about the dust and lint. I took the filter and cleaned that. He didn?t take any effort to take care of that and make sure that everything was clean. However he didn?t try to sell me something or tell me that something was wrong which wasn?t wrong. He was here for about an hour and a half and that really surprised me because most of the time wasn?t for what he needed to fix the unit. He spent time to make sure that I understood about the thermostat and filter and in explaining things. His price was reasonable for the time that he spent here. He was very nice, but he worked on the thermostat with some dirt on his hands and that stuck to the thermostat. So later I had to clean all those after he left. I had a few problems with that aspect of it. I would use him again.
