Excellent. There was no charge for showing up or the estimate. Once they determined what was wrong, they gave me a price. I thought it was a little high, but I could have turned it down and they would have left for no charge. So even though I thought the charge was a little high, I felt I was treated fairly.

I called at 5pm on a Saturday night and someone was available to take my call and schedule an appointment to come look at my leaking garbage disposal. They would have come that night but it wasn't an emergency so we scheduled for the following morning between 9-930(that's right a 30 min window not 4 hours or all day). The team called at 830 on Sunday morning saying they were on the way. They arrived promptly at 9. They found the disposal needed to be replaced, so they did and even had a disposal on their truck so I didn't have to purchase one and get them to come back to install. The installation went quick and they offered to do an free home inspection of all plumbing areas in the house! An overall great experience. Also, no extra charge for weekend appointments. I will definitely use them again, and have talked them up to friends and family!!

On a late Monday afternoon, we attempted to remove our outside hose faucet to install a new shut-off faucet. Unfortunately, we inadvertently broke a pipe. We called Aramendia Plumbing Heating And Air immediately. We were told it would take about 2 hours before technicians would be available. They arrived 30 minutes after the Aramendia office staff called us to tell us they were on their way. David and Greg were terrific. They gave us a price of $375.00 to fix the pipe. They were friendly, efficient, and professional. They replaced the broken pipe and replaced it and installed the new shut-off valve we tried to install ourselves. Before they left, they asked me if there were any other problems in the house that we wanted them to look at. I had a shower faucet that was broken. They quoted me a price of $68. When I asked if they could come back, they explained that would cost me another service fee of $144. I decided to have them do the work right then. They even helped me to clear the area. Before they left, after finishing the 2nd job, they talked to me about a water softening system that they recommended. They also quoted me a price on that job and left me with some paperwork that described the system. I was extremely happy with their work!!!

Very professional. I put the original faucet in and was unable to remove it, so called Aramendia. I have used them before. The gentleman had no trouble removing the faucet, and replaced it in jig time. Nice, clean job.

Two plumbers arrived within the promised time range. They were cordial and answered questions to my satisfaction. The work was done in less than an hour. The price of the service was agreed upon ahead of the visit. I used a $10 off coupon.

I'm udating this review because of the recent contact I had with Alfred Joseph manager of Aramendia Plumbing. We spoke about the circumstances of my service call and the review I posted. Mr. Joseph told me that he was very disappointed about how I was treated by his representative. He assured me that the representative's conduct was NOT representative of Aramendia Plumbing company. He assured me that it would not happen to anyone else. In his words the people who work for Aramendia are not supposed to take advantage of anyone especially women and the elderly. I was also assured that the employee's conduct would be looked into and appropriate action would be taken to ensure that no other service calls would be handled as mine's was. He was very sincere his apology and I appreciated the fact that he contacted me and was concerned about the situation. Because of his concern and willingness to try to rectify the situatoin I am updating my review. I will contact Aramendia in the future for my plumbing and A/C needs. I believe in second chances!

This was a major project for our home but a necessary one. We needed a water softener system for our home and decided on Aramendia after reading several reviews on Angie's List. We were NOT disappointed! Great technicians (led by Robert V). They were on time, started right away to first plumb house for the water softener, installed the new water softener, tested it, cleaned up complete area. This was another good experience for us using area companies by first checking with Angie's List and then do your research. Very pleased with the outcome. Water softener is working fine.

I am very pleased with their work. I think they did very good work.

I call Aramendia in the morning, to schedule an appointment to have them check my A/C unit that just went out. They came right away (within two hours). They checked the system and told me that my compressor was bad. They game me several options. They were very upfront. I had priced units before. They game me a very good price. The next day they came right on time to install the new unit. They were very professional and did a good job explaining everything to us. They also did a good job cleaning up.

We discovered a problem with the air conditioner on a Friday evening just after 5pm. We quickly phoned multiple a/c repair companies but could not be assured that they could send anyone that night or that weekend. Aramendia promised service that evening and delivered. The man they sent out was polite, got to work quickly and fixed the problem. He also identified another issue that would need attention, but did so without a hard sell.

I called about 9:30 - 10:00 am. Called 3 other plumbers but no one else could accommodate that day. Aramendia arrived about 1:30. They were very helpful and did a very thorough job. I will use them again and I do need major reconstruction of sewer lines due to large tree roots in my older home. I have replaced one line but now it is time to do this one.

I was confused on the water flow and the exposed pipes use. They explained and showed me that the pipes were not needed and could be isolated instead of replaced which would of taken much longer and therefore cost more. Simple, easy fix but I let them do it anyway. Took them about an hour and a half; I thought the $300 was a bit high, but it would probably of taken me all day, with NO water and it was HOT.

Two plumbers from Aramendia showed up, looked at what needed to be done, and then quoted me a price of $650-$700. They added that a city permit was also required, which would be another $150. I informed the plumbers that I would get the permit myself, but they said they would do it. They then informed me that they'd have to cut a hole through the living room wall in order to reach the bathroom's water pipes. I told them I'd think about it and call them back. I called a plumber who lived down the street from me and he installed a new drain and overflow for $236...a third of what Aramendia quoted.

I am going to wait to see if my brother can help me fix this issue as $ is tight right now. I will definitely use Aramendia in the future and recommend them to my neighbors & friends.

We called Aramendia on a Monday and were able to get them to come to our house at the earliest time we had available (the next day). They called ahead to confirm the time of their arrival and arrived on time. In 30 minutes, the job was done. They were careful to turn off the gas throughout the house and relit the pilot light on the water heater before leaving. At our request, they carefully executed the work so the cap is visible and accessible in the wall, should the home owner ever decide to go back to a gas range. They volunteered to move the electric range into the empty spot where the gas range had been, handling it carefully and moving the gas range to a dolly for us. They were efficient, careful about their work, and professional. We expect to call them the next time we need help with plumbing, heating or air conditioning.

I called this company to charge my a/c unit. I had done this several times with another supplier, always the bill was around 250.00 dollars. this company charged double that amount. I tried several times to speak with the manager, they promised to return my calls and never did. a lady told they had charged that much because they put more freon on the unit. this i dont believe as i had the service performed several time before and never did they put so much freon on the unit.

The overall experience with Aramendia was great. The guys showed up promptly and assessed the issue thoroughly. They involved me in the process of determining options to make the repair and in the end we selected the best, lowest cost option. They set about to get the tools and the parts to make the repair and were able to get our water back on the same day. The leak could have caused a lot of damage but, with Aramendia's help, it worked out fine. These guys have always exceeded our expectations.

Guys showed up, got on the roof since I don't have a clean out and used the sewer auger to remove the offending foreign objects in my pipes. The aforementioned object happened to be a cluster of used tampons that apparently were congregating beneath my house in an attempt to organize a coup against my plumbing system. They were succeeding, but thanks to Aramendia, I got the upper hand again! Lessons learned: 1. Don't have females over. 2. If 1 is not possible, educate them, and if necessary debate them about proper tampon disposal. 3. Proper tampon disposal is NOT by using the commode. 4. I should have been a plumber, it pays better.

Professional, on time, problem resolved promptly.

I was moving and needed to repair a few items following a home inspection. I wasn't in a rush, but they were very fast and had both plumbers and a HVAC team at my house within a few hours of me calling to provide the estimates I needed. They were quick to provide an estimate on the plumbing, negotiated a better price in addition to the Angie's List coupon and completed the work in the same visit with the exception to the HVAC coil replacement. Regarding the HVAC coil (~$2000), received a second opinion due to the high cost and Aramendia was a few hundred dollars cheaper than the competition. They also honored the 10% off coupon for both jobs further reducing my price by over $250. I would use them again.

They were very good. They were professional and very experienced. They took care of my plants and my house; they cared. They were very good at plumbing. The price was kind of high.

Aramendia Misdiagnosed what was causing my toilets to backup into the shower drains and flooding the rear room. It was not caused by me but a broken sewer line the alley another plumbing company found. Aramendia in my opinion is overpriced and almost cost me thousands for something that I did not do. Aramendia charged apprx $250 to auger one line apprx 140 ft and leave me still with same issues as before they came. They told the property owner I caused the issue by flushing baby wipes down the toilets. The estimate to run a camera and a clean out was over priced in my opinion. All along it was a SAWS sewer collapse and things from the sewer backing up into the shower lines causing the repeated flooding. A new licensed plumber was called and nailed the issue right away marking for SAWS as instructed. After attempting a couple of tricks he headed to the alley and looked and saw no water running through the line. He explained everything to the home owner and showed me exactly how auguring with a broken sewer line could pull back things or bring things sitting in the line. SAWS was called and proceeded to remark and fix the collapsed line right outside my back gate. The clean out needed to be installed as this house was built in1928, but it wasn't the issue creating the flooding damage. The plumber who found the issue installed a clean out for the home owner for $600 and guaranteed his work. For narrowing down the issue, auguring two roof vents twice in each, locating the main line, locating a sewage break, calling SAWS and installing a clean out. The total cost for everything was $900 with a guarantee on his work. This whole experience was an emotional nightmare for me. I lived for a week wet vacuuming, and worried about how I was going to pay to get the flooding to stop and toilets back up. I'm a widowed mom of two and money is something precious. I feel I was accused of causing an issue with only a diagnoses of one auger. I'm just thankful I found another licensed plumber and the problem was taken care of. If you live in an older home, you need to find a plumber familiar with older homes. This home was built in 1928. I read all the great reviews but unfortunately I could not give Aramendia one.

The salesperson arrived on time and was very cordial. He basically confirmed what I had already thought about my old unit. He went through the process of showing my options and add ons that I could or could not purchase Arranged the finacing and made the sale to me Made arrangements with the company to have the unit delivered and installed the same day. The new unit arrived and was installed and the techs were professional and courteous I noticed that the ac was making a weird noise after installation, called and they sent the tech back out. He unfortunately did not stay around long enough to here the noise I contacted the office again that evening and they said they would have someone come out to fix it the next morning. They arrived the next morning, heard the noise and fixed the problem within ten minutes, the drain was not hooked up properly. I did find out later after researching the unit installed that I overpaid for the unit and installation but it had to be done so I did not have a lot of time or options. Overall even though I feel I was overcharged a bit I am glad I went ahead

I had seen their truck in the neighborhood several times. Their work was a bit pricey but the work was very good.

Terrible. They tried to tell me that I had to pay an additional 2,000 for tunneling another 3 feet to correct a backflow problem. They said it would never pass city inspection. I had another company come out and make a video recording of the drain and assess the situation. I was told that there shouldn't be any problem passing inspection. When I told Aremendia this, they were adamant that an additional 2,000 would fix the "problem". When I finally spoke with Aremendia's master plumber, he said he didn't know why his plumbers would say that. They did take the cost of the video recording off my bill, but frankly, I feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am blonde. Really. Stay away, very far away from this company.
