Chris is awesome!! We use him for all our computer bugs or problems. He is our go to guy for computers!! And he comes to our office so it is super convenient for us!!

Chris came within the quoted time. He fixed my problems and then some. He connected me to the internet, removed things that were slowing my computer down and advised me in what to do in the future.

The provider was punctual. Very helpful in giving me advice on my computer which is an old laptop. He also provided suggestions when I asked for his advice concerning new computers. He was efficient and professional in showing me what was preventing me from making links while on internet and he installed a new browser which fixed the problem. Excellent service!

.Stated tha my hard drive was going bad after doing an analysis with a cd had. Volunteered to replace hard drive but I decided not to since the price was a bit high and was thinking of purchasing a new computer in the not too distant future. After returning from vacation I decided to take computer to Best Buy to see how much they would charge for a new hard drive. After thier anaysis I was told ther was nothing wrong with my hard drive. They did reinstall my OS and now my computer is running like new.

Christopher Lindley handled all our computer/printer problems thoroughly and efficiently. The amount he charged was reasonable considering the time he spent working on our equipment. We will definitely call on him again the next time we need help with our computers.

Chris came out the same day that I called for an appointment. He was professional and courteous. He worked on my computer for an hour and solved all the problems that we were having with it.

He took the computer from my home to do the repairs. When it was returned it had the same issues as before.

He did a fantastic job and I would recommend him anyday.

Everything went fine, just like last time I used his services. He arrived on time & completed everything I needed done. I'll use him again in 6 months or so, to take care the minor issues that crop up!

Chris is # 1 on computer repair/updates. This is the second time we used his services for different problems for our regular computer & laptop. He is thoroughly knowledgeable on all facets of computer technology. He's punctual, call's before he arrives and is a personality plus gentleman. He takes his time, explains in detail what he is doing and/or what we should be doing and always fixes the problems we called him out for and then some. Over the years we have used a number of computer repairmen but no one comes close to Chris & Appstar technologies. If we ever need computer guidance in the future, Chris at Appstar would be the only one we would ever think of calling. Absolute A+ all the way around.

Having Chris come out and work with me on my computers has turned out to be an efficient, cost effective way for me to deal with my computer issues. I previously had an agreement with a big box retailer to fix issues, but that turned out to be a frustrating, time consuming process. Before my contract with the big box store expired, I found Chris and have been using his service ever since.

He cleaned up my computer and it is much faster now.

It was very excellent, I was very satisfied. We had the computer repaired, I think we we're both very satisfied with that. It was little less than a year but around last summer I guess. They did the best they could cause they got a lot of business.

He ran some programs and found the computer to be in good shape, other issues could be due to extremely slow internet acess, slow downloads are creating problems, I need to speak with Verizion to check wifi card.

This guy did wonders for a computer I was certain needed to be replaced. He even offers free advice in the future if any problems arise. Best computer guy I ever worked with.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He came onsite but he had to take the computer and bring it back the next day. After he brought it back, I had to call him because my screensaver and all of my bookmarks were gone. He had to remotely put them back on. He did it from his house and he was able to put it on there but it took about 2-2 1/2 hours to do. My toolbar with my 401K and bank statements had to be reinstated. He did what I asked him to do but I didn't know why he didn't put it back on before he brought it back. He tried to talk me into a new used computer. This one will probably last me for another 10 years for the little amount of time I use it and by then I won't be able to read what's on the screen. He was on time and brought it back in a timely manner.

Chris was very punctual and we appreciated he would come all the way out to our home just outside San Antonio. He got rid of all the glitches in the computer and updated everything to get it running properly and fast. It was great to have it running correctly again! We would definitely use Appstar in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs computer services.

He was polite, prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. Other than that, I dont think I had anything seriously wrong with my computer, but he was able to answer all my questions without ever havingvto leave my home, and pay anyone a diagnostic fee. I would probably call him again. His prices he offered on upgrades were comparable to other quotes I've received.

Chris is a wizard in solving problems. He found the way for me to use my portable to view lectures on the big screen of the TV. Explained why I could not do it with my i-pad. Reviewed the situation of my computer that he had already cleaned a month ago and found unwelcome programs that he deleted. Refreshed my memory on creating, storing and sending scans and finally found the reason my printer was performing poorly even after new cartridges were installed, avoiding the expenses and the trouble to buy a new one. Very patient, understanding and with a great sense of humor. Even when I did not have a coupon to pay him with, his cost was very reasonable. He offered to help me at a distance for simple matters.

We explained to Chris what was wrong with my lap top computer and set up an appointment. He arrived on time as arranged and was able to tell us with in about 10 minutes what the problem most likely was. He gave us a price estimate and an idea how long it would take to order the part that was needed. The final price was very close to what he quoted. He had to do some extra work on the computer, so the charge was higher. He was very professional and we felt very comfortable having him work in our home and on my PC.

It went well. The computer is working much better. He first examined everything on the computer, and told me the options I had. We discussed the different folders and what needed to be saved and what needed to be restored. We elected to have him take the computer and reformat the hard drive and install Windows Vista at no extra charge (it was running Windows XP). He returned the computer in a reasonable time and it is running much faster. We discussed other IT questions and he answered each one of them. I followed up with him at a point in the future, and he answered my question without charging

I used the coupon from Angie's list. Chris called, set up an appointment, called 30 minuets before he arrived, and arrived right on time.. He didn't waste a minute, asked what my problem's were and immediately starting fixing them. He stated to me not to "click" on any program I was unaware of and to feel free to call him if I had any more questions. He spent about 45 minunets here, fixing all my problems, answering my questions. He was v ery knowledgeable, courteous, and his demeanor was outstanding. .I learned a lot from him but rest assured, if I need his type of services again he will be the first one I call.. A++ Highly recommended.

He took the computer with him and took it back to me. It went great. They are great.
