Mr. Chris called the day after I emailed him and made an appointment at my convenience. He showed up on time and made my computer run faster than it has in years!

He was on time and had everything fixed within 20 min.

Overall the work went well and I would not hesitate to use Appstar again in the future. Chris has called back to check on how the computer is working and to offer suggestions for any future problems I might have.

Chris Lindley called and set up the appointment. He came when he said he would, worked on my pc and left me pleased and convinced of his technical abilities.

On his suggestion, Chris suggested he take the cameras with him overnight, so he could be sure to have the right size drill bits, etc. great idea. We had some trouble with the DVR but he patiently waited for me to contact the supplier and get that straightened out.

Overall the process was smooth, timely, and as expected. Called in the morning and they mentioned they could be out between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. They were about 20 minutes late but nothing to complain about as the tech called at 4:00 to say he was on his way. Replaced the power supply, re-connected all the cables, and put the computer back in it place after testing everything work as expected.

Chris did a great job. He's very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with him and his work. I would definitely use him again and will recommend him to my friends.

The PC tuneup was completed in a very short time and Chris even made some changes to my PC that I asked for. I have since called him on some issues and he was very responsive. Gentleman was on time and ready to go to work. My requests were taken seriously, even though they may have been extraordinarily simple for him. He tried hard to satisfy each request. I will certainly use him again!

Computer became totally non functioning within just seconds. it wasn't a virus, it was a plague! Called Chris on a Sunday. We had just returned from vacation on Saturday, so I was already behind. I was trying to get a jump start on work before the new week. He came over that same Sunday afternoon, said it was serious enough to need several hours of diagnostic scanning and testing. He confidently said that if he had an answewr he would call me later that evening. He called and said he found about 11 viruses. By the way, I run Norton Antivirus every day and update the "live update" each time. By Monday evening he had it all working again. A day later I noticed that my backup hard drie was not working with the computer. That was fixed the same day. No extra charge. If I had gone to the storefront computer repair shop I have used for years, I probably still would not have my computer back. Chris and Appstar Tech is my new computer guy.

Purchased service, they call the next day to set up appointment. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time. We talked in detail about what i was wanting and he took both computers and returned with work completed. Could not have asked for better service.

Christopher was right on time, friendly and easy to talk to, and went right to work. He ran a defrag and added an icon to my desktop to make it easier to run in the future. He determined that we had room to add memory and he went out to buy more memory while the defrag was running. He installed the additional memory and had me check to see if things were indeed running faster. He took the time to answer some questions and educate me a little on how to keep the laptop running better and lasting as long as possible. I felt like he was knowledgeable and I would contact him with future issues. I was very pleased with the service I received.

sent an email to sent up an appoint for my laptop to be look at and have the error that were popping up fixed with the coupon that I purchased as one of Angie's Big List Coupon for $59 for 2 hours of service. It took a while to receive a response but after working with Chris I can see now why it took a while for a response. He is WONDERFUL and he was more than likely swamped with work. He comes to your house to work on your computer and works around your schedule which is a blessing for me. He was not able to complete the analysis quickly at my home so he asked if he could take my computer with him so he could work on it and he would contact me once he was able to figure out what was wrong with it. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. Once he contacted me it comes to find out it took him over 9 hours of workin on my computer and charged my just a litle more than what the coupon was and to me that was a bargain considering the time he put in on working on my computer. We scheduled a time for him to come and drop off the computer which was a Saturday morning which was awesome. He even called a few days later to follow up and see if there were any other errors coming up and over the phone he took care of the minor issue I was experiencing and did not charge any extra. He even offered to help me set up me new router when I was ready and just give him a call and he would walk me through it. I would highly recommend Chris and his expertise in working with computers. He is more than professional in what he does and he knows what he is doing. He does not nickel and dime you like most copanies out there these days. Chris, was on time and did a great job of informing me of everything he did at every step of the way. He taught me some things about my computer I did not know, he was very patient and kind. He even called me later to be sure the job was done well.

purchased an angie's list local deal for 2 hr service for $59.00. Called and set up an appt with Chris. The day of the appt Chris called to say he would be late but did later arrived at time he promised. He immediately went to work on my 4 yr old laptop by conducting an assessment. He added memory ($85.00) and cleaned up unused programs to increase the computer speed. he also re-installed a program i was having trouble with. Chris installed a roku wi fi device on my television. I was very satisfied with his service and professionalism.

He came and picked it up and took it to his shop. He does excellent work and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs computer work done.

Chris called to let me know he was on his way. Everything I needed was taken care of in a professional manner.

I had a groupon for the work. The graphic card was out and I could have replaced it myself. I was looking for a more complete diagnoses and to make recommendations for repairs. At least he replaced the graphics card which was fine. He replaced it with a better quality graphics card which was good. He came back and said the ram card was out. Now it wasn't out before I sent the computer to be fixed so I don't know how it got damaged. He offered to replace it but I said thats ok. I need my computer back I'll take it. I went out and bought a ram card and replaced it. I though that was a bit funny. He could have called me and I would have told him to replace it. It was not until he brought the computer back to my house that he told me about it. It was not a bad service just not what I expected. It is probably not the guys that I would hire the next time.

The srevice was very cordial and easy. He fixed the computer was flexible with the time.
