Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal for the computer service. I contacted Chris and he he came to my house as we had scheduled. He went over my system and saw no problems with it's opperation but my computer did need a cleaning as my tower is on the floor and doe gather dust and other debris. He took my tower to his shop and gave it a complete cleaning and returned it that afternoon as promised . Chris has followed up with an e-mail since that day to insure that my system is working correctly. He was very curtious and delivered my system back as promised on time.

Description of Work: Chris took my laptop with him & brought it back today & was able to bring it back to life! On my desktop, he found that my download speed was way below normal & talked with my Cable Co to get it fixed. Chris also set me up with Skype and set up my new printer. I will use him in the future for more PC upgrades!

Description of Work: Well, the gentleman came out to check my computer. He did what I already knew how to do: defragment, clean files, call the service provider, etc. But after he left and since, I remain with the same problem I had before he came. He did not improve the situation at all. I have since gotten better results with my own efforts.

Description of Work: Chris did not perform any repair service, he helped me with information on my laptop's performance and helped me understand applications and cleaning out unneeded files/folders and updted software for me. He was very helpful and patient with my questions and gave me guidance on different applications to utilize them fully. I would definitely recommend him to others. He did not contact me as indicated on Angie's list, I had to call him to schedule appointment but that is ok. Thank you - Donna Schmidt

Description of Work: I think everyone would agree there is nothing more annoying than computer problems except maybe car trouble. I have an older Dell computer that was running extremely slow. I had checked into additional memory but for this particular Dell model the memory card was so expensive it would have made more sense to buy a new computer. He cleaned up some of the issues with my computer and found a memory card at an extremely reasonable price. I was up and running much faster. He also worked out a few annoying glitches on my newer compluter. I recommended his services to a friend of mine and she was also very pleased. Great job!

Description of Work: Chris was awesome! He fixed a computer for me and a laptop and replaced some memory for my other pc on the spot. Would definitely use his help again. Great service, great price.

Description of Work: Checked for viruses, deleted programs I never use, and just generally performed a complete inspection and cleanup of my system. I also purchased a memory upgrade. The gentleman did not pressure me in any way to upgrade my computer's memory.

Description of Work: He advised hard drive was on the verge of failing and that it needed more memory. Replaced it for a reasonable price. and gave the impression that he knew his business. (This presumes he was telling me the truth about the hard drive.)

Description of Work: My computer was not responding when I tried to use it. I called for service on a special offered on Angie's List. The person who provided the service was very knowledgeable and did not provide any unnecessary services and explained all that he did. I was clearly able to understand all he did to fix my computer. This gave me a high degree of confidence that only the necessary repairs were being done. He also offered services in areas that did not take much extra time but were not necessarily part of the service call. What a great experience!
