Their pricing was average. They were very fast. They showed up on time. The quality of the work was very good. We had very little that had to touched up towards the end. The negative on them was they pretty much left a mess everyday. They really didn't clean the work site before they left.

Overall, it was good. It was not the cheapest price but for what we were getting, we felt like it was good. It was reasonable considering the market and what we wanted. I thought they were fine except for one person who flipped out on me. He had me in a corner and he was screaming at me. I had to finally get the other men take him out of the house. The owner called me and they talked to my husband and to me, and apologized for everything, but it was the most bizarre experience I have ever had with a contractor. He was completely unprofessional, but the rest of the company was completely professional. The owner did call and apologize and everything was taken care of, but there was just no excuse for the way this man behaved. I would recommend them and I would use them again. I am very happy with my windows.

They did a great job! They arrived on time and took two days to replace twelve windows. With the new energy efficient windows I can't hear the traffic outside and my energy bill has been reduced significantly, especially during the Texas summers (over 100 degrees!). I recommend this company and would use them again.

It was an extremely pleasant experience. Terry came and sat with us for 2 hours and explained our options and financing. Upon the windows coming in (took 2-3 weeks because they are custom made), took 3 days for the install. Everything was clean and professional. Definitely will recommend them to anyone who ask.

Provided an immediate, detailed written estimate. Set a realistic date for service. Very good price. Thorough, very professional installation with friendly workers. Great attention to detail.

Neighbor noticed hail damage on the side of my house where I had siding installed several years ago by Amazing Siding. I contacted Gary Warrington/Amazing Siding and he back up the lifetime warranty 100%. Requisitioned the materials and had the crew onsite in just a few days. Rather than just spot repair and have the siding different shades due to sun-wear-and-tear, he had that whole section on one side of the house replaced. Looked very good and not like a piecemeal repair.

This provider only install 2 windows during a complete renovation of our kitchen. I looked at them as more of a sub-contractor.

They did a great job! They left a mess most days, but I guess that might be typical with siding. It kind of drove me crazy, but besides that the work they did was excellent. The price was way more than expected, but typical. You also get what you paid for and there was a lifetime warranty with it. I have seen work from other companies in the neighborhood and I am glad we went with Amazing Siding. Besides the two guys that actually did the work, the guy who runs the company, the salesman, and everyone else were fine. I would recommend them.

They measured twice and cut the product once. They did everything they said they would do. We also used them for our siding.

Both the salesmen and their boss did not pay close attention to what we were saying (listening skills could be better). They had a good product but used the price good only if you sign today technique, which we were not comfortable with. They failed to adapt their sales pitch and lost the sale to a close competitor with whom we were more comfortable.

They did an excellent job. They are very quick at getting the work done. They gave accurate estimate. They were friendly, explained clear what needed to be done

No work was performed as after the long, drawn out presentation the presenter was not even cordial enough to follow up with me on specifics of the project. He continued with his assumptions, which made it very difficult to obtain accurate and consistent information about the total cost of the project. Needless to say, I choose another company to complete the re-siding of my home.

Justin came out and gave an EXCELLENT demonstration, their product is superior to their competitors and they have their own installation crews that are on their payroll (NOT subcontractors!). They carefully removed all of the old windows and glass, removed all of the debris as they moved from window to the next. The crew did an excellent job, very through, clean, careful and demonstrated pride in their workmanship. Amazing offered a 12 months same as cash option and made the entire process painless. 2 years later my windows are still in perfect shape with no issues whatsoever, I've noticed a tremendous difference in the amount of dust in my home as well as reduced heating and cooling bills. I'd be more than happy to provide a personal reference or answer any questions anyone has about their company or their product. In recent months my mom also had her windows replaced by them and is just as pleased as I am!

This company would not even set up an appointment without both me and my wife present. It was non negotiable with them. If both owners of the house could not be present then they would not come out. i guess someone else will get my business.

They started with replacing the windows on the first day and others in the team began to remove the old siding. Over the next week they worked methodically and efficiently with some doing removal and another team putting up the insulation, boarding, then the moisture barrier, shaped insulating foam and finally the Hardie planks. Having noticed the windows were a little off, they were able to take care of it that day (just needed some shims). The clean up so very good -- in fact they took some pieces of our patio room wall (which we had removed for them to do the work) but they were able to bring them back the next day. The team we had was well coordinated and worked well together. The team was polite and courteous. They also let us keep our old windows and vinyl siding as we will use those items for another project.

They were very professional. Terry dealt with us and he was awesome. I just couldn't afford it right now.

I liked them. They did a good job but I wouldn't say it was an excellent job because they did forget to do one little spot, so my husband went ahead and did it himself. It wasn’t that big a deal to call them out for that. I didn’t call them back for the windows because I thought that they did an okay job.

The installers were punctual, friendly and professional.

The employee didn't want to install the windows on the day we planned for and wanted to come back the next day, even after I told him I had plans. Well, after I called his boss, he came back and installed the windows. Good help is hard to find sometimes.

I had originally gotten an estimate from a different company that is also a major supplier of Hardi plank here in San Antonio. I will call them brand X. I don't think it is appropriate to identify them here since I didn't actually do any business with them other than getting an estimate. Let's just say that they do a lot of exteriors here in the southwest. Anyway brand X wanted to install Hardi Plank siding and then paint it. What they did not do, was offer me the Color Plus siding, which I did not know existed until I talked to Amazing Siding. The Color Plus siding has a factory baked in paint already applied. Not only does this make it less expensive to get, it increases the warranty since it is a superior product.. It really bothered me that brand X, who had to have known this existed, did not offer me this as an option. When Terry from Amazing Siding came by to do a presentation, the stuff pretty much sold itself. They were considerably less expensive than brand X even adjusting for the savings of using the Color Plus. Everything about the entire job was exemplary. Their crew was courteous and hard working. They cleaned up completely after the job was done. I would not have even known that they were there except for the fabulous new siding on the house. If there was a single negative, it was that I had to wait a while to get the job started. This was because of how busy their crews were doing other jobs (naturally I viewed this as a positive factor!).

We contacted Amazing Siding and Windows to get a quote for new windows to replace our very old single casing windows. Terry & Luke came to our home and provided a detailed, if somewhat long, presentation. Additionally, we explored other options. These windows are not the least expensive, but are less expensive then wood windows. We feel we made just the right choice for a purchase of this size. We love our new windows! The house is all ready much cooler. It is fun to watch cars slow down in front of the house and admire the new look! We scored B on professionalism only because of 1 worker-who was promptly replaced by 2 really great guys- John & Eric-who showed up daily and promptly until the job was done! It was always easy to contact someone with questions, and they were very responsive to any concerns. Another plus- you do not pay anything until the job is done. They also really do make sure you are satisfied with everything. Our only regret is we also could not get the Hardie Siding at this time.

This is a very big job and required 7 work days to complete. They began with removing all the old siding and repaired any of the building structure (water damage / termite damage). Then 3/8" OSB was applied to the house and a Hardi Wrap moisture barrier. They applied the unique foam product that insulates and provides allignment for the Hardi Plank Color Plus that was applied to the sides of the house. The foam behind the Hardi Plank provides insulation and it fills areas that would be air space if installed like Hardie Plank has been installed for many years prior. I also had them resurface the soffit and fascia areas of the house with Hardi products. During that process, they cut holes in the soffit area before applying the Hardi to assure the attic would ventilate properly. They replaced the air vents at the gables of the house and framed all the doors and windows with Hardi trim. My 30 year old house appears to be new! As with any major project, I found a few minor problems after the job was completed (missing rain divert-er over two back doors and some minor trim problems. They were quick to respond and had workers back to my house to correct the discrepancies.

We had a couple of companies quote a price and they offered us several options and the best price. Their team was great! They came out and met us before they began the job, since they were going to be at our house for several days they wanted to be sure that we knew everyone who would be working on the job. They were very professional and considerate of us and were always on time. They cleaned up every bit of material that was in our yard. We were extremely pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing this window's and siding.

The products were good quality products, the installers were also good, the problem was with promising what could not be delivered on a timely basis, and the owner, Gary was very rude, and not customer focused. He yelled at us several times, was condescending and treated us like we were stupid. Replacing damaged product was also a major problem and this installation took over 6 months to complete.
