I chose Amazing Exteriors to replace all the windows on my home because I had seen a job they completed. The installers were very curtious and professional. The windows are superior to many others on the market. With my installation the installers again did an excellent job of installing and communicating process to me on site. However, we had some problems at the office level. First, no one showed up the day I was scheduled. I called in the afternoon to see why, and I was told I was on the calendar, but the job was never assigned to an installer. I rescheduled and figured it was a mistake. Too bad for me and the day I wasted waiting. The installers did show up once they were assigned the job, and did a great job but did not have all of the windows. That's where things got really bad. Spending $21k on windows, one would expect great customer service but that's the opposite of what happened. The company expected payment in full even though they were not done. No one from the office ever tried to contact me. So we put in calls to Gary, the owner. It takes at least a week to hear back from him. And when he did call, he yelled at my wife, blamed the truck driver that delivered windows, and offered a 1% discount. One percent, that's no a joke. This company is a joke though.

The replacement of our patio doors was such a pleasant experience with Amazing Exteriors. Jason explained the features of the Marvin doors we were considering in a professional way with brochures and lots of information. John was very personal and professional when he came later to measure.. Then only 3 weeks later Johnnie and his partner installed the doors with ease, quickly and cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I am very happy with my choice of this company and product. Now we are in the process of ordering 5 new replacement windows from Amazing Exteriors. This family-owned business in San Antonio exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them for any remodeling project.

The woman on the phone didn't let me get half a sentence out (so of course she didn't hear everything I needed done) before she said, "We don't make repairs!" At that time I said Goodby!

The salesman was very insightful to meet our needs. We needed 6 E2 glass for our sunroom because the plants needed light. The 12 E3 windows which were installed by Amazing Exteriors 4 years ago for the main portion of our house were not suitable for the sunroom. The salesman explained to us the difference between E2 and E3 windows and suggested the E2 windows for the sunroom. We have been very happy with the job performed 4 years ago and also the windows which were installed recently. In our opinion the Marvin Infinity windows are the best replacement windows. The windows are pricey but the quality of the windows and the installation puts Amazing Exteriors above the competition.

They were prompt to get final measurements once we signed the contract and called us back within estimated delivery date to schedule an appointment to install. Did not come with foot door lock so had to get it ordered separately but that was pain free and the follow-up appointment to get it installed was quick.

After getting several quotes to replace my siding, we decided we wanted James Hardie siding and there were only 3 certified installation companies in San Antonio. Amazing Siding offered the best price and top quality service. There quote was 40% lower than the first quote I received from a competitor. It did take approximately 8 weeks to get started after signing an agreement, but it only took about a week to complete the work once they began. The crew was very polite and professional and cleaned up everything when done. I would definitely recommend Amazing siding and exteriors to do any work of this nature.

They had nice quality of hardy plank, but I felt like they were overpriced. Hardy plank is the same, if its constructed. To meet my needs. They gave me bids for hardy planks, 47000 for the hardy planks, windows over 21000. I said no, I can find something that I am looking for, much much cheaper. I know my mother used them in the past. She was with me when they came to the house. She felt they were extremely high priced in their products. They pushed kind of hard for a sale. They want you to go with them.I hadn't used them, my mother had. She never had any problems with them. In past I would give an A. Their quality looked good, I felt they were overpriced. I couldn't afford it. At this point no, my needs are being met elsewhere. I told them, I really like their product, just can't afford your price. I will not be able to use them because of their high prices. Their prices was above my financial needs. I can't meet their estimates.

Our salesperson was friendly but did not know enough about the siding process to give us accurate information. Then his estimate of when we could get the work done was meaningless. It was difficult to get a response from the office. The work done was good and timely once they did start. The people who actually did the work were competent, on time, friendly. I have no complaint about them except that clean up was minimal. I am glad they are finished so I can start cleaning the area.

A couple of years ago this company replaced the windows and sliding doors in my home. Excellent service. So when the hail damaged the exterior of my windows, without hesitation I contacted the company. Of course during this time they were overwhelmed with business due to the recent storm and I had to call a couple of times to get them to come out. When they did make it out, nothing went right. I was out of town so I had someone waiting and they did not show up. Second time they ran out of material so they didn't complete.. Third time, they came but did not have the same type of material color shade and had to reschedule to come back at a later date. In the meantime,the workmanship was horrible. The trim had nails and they nailed new material over the damaged material. It looked like it had been hit by hail again only this time it was exposed nails. The original was smooth and had no nails or hammer marks. They were scheduled to send someone out again but I told him I wanted someone to come take a look at the windows because I wasn't convinced that they were putting on the same type of material. They told me they would but instead a contractor showed up and proceeded to replace the siding. This time, there were gobs of sealant around the windows, the trim was crooked and the angles were not sealed (looked like a present after I wrap it instead of my wife). The next morning, they called wanting to pick up a check. I told them they had promised to send someone to see the previous work and wanted someone to see the mess that was on my home. They transferred me to "Gary" who I found out later was the owner. He began the conversation with a sigh. He asked that I wanted? I told him I wanted for him to come out and tell me if this is the kind of workmanship he would leave on his home and only wanted same quality as before. He said they did not send someone out "for a 3 window repair." The conversation went downhill and I hung up. I called the owner a week later. To give him an opportunity to make things right. I asked him if I could send him pictures and if he could tell me that the work was quality work and I would send him a check. He reviewed the pictures and grudgingly said they would be out to fix my windows. This was on Monday September 26. He said it would be fixed on Wednesday or Thursday. No one showed or called and I texted him on the 30th. As of today, October 7th no communication from the owner.

Went well, materials arrived on time, Thomas was on time, worked a solid full day, did a professional job start to finish. Watch out for tree damage though, the delivery company did some damage to our oak tree. As we all know live oaks grow slow and are picky about being damaged...that does not reflect on Amazing Siding though.

They did okay on the siding, but the air conditioning tubing goes up to the second floor and they put up a vent underneath the pipes that go down. It looks terrible and I have been complaining to them. Three weeks ago or so and I had an air vent gentleman come out and he was flabbergasted with what they did. It?s just not right. I called them last week or before and they said they would come take a look at it and they never called back. I?ve told them that on the garage door (with the molding on the right side) we can see daylight around the cracks as though the seal isn?t properly placed. Update 3/2/2016: They have done the repairs that needed to be completed, according to our specifications.

Very professional from start to finish. Best price ( still $$) c/ w competitors. Installation with John and the team went well on a stucco exterior. John pointed out a flaw in one of the delivered sashes and arranged a replacement

We are very pleased with the results, our house looks like new. The new siding is beautiful and the color we picked gave us the look we were looking for. I can not say enough about the crew, Billy and Dave were punctual, professional and took pride in their work. Billy took his time and ensured we were happy every step of the way. It was a pleasure to work with this crew, they cleaned up the area everyday, they communicated with us and made us feel as though they understood the cost of this project should result in our satisfaction. If Billy is any indication to the quality of work done by Amazing Siding, they have it right.

Amazing Siding Inc installed 8 fiberglass replacement windows. I am completed satisfied with the serviced they performed. From start to finish, they displayed the highest level of professional and kept us informed of their status throughout the project. It was clear that they were extremely knowledgeable in their craft, but we were extremely impressed with their attention to detail. Everything was completed to perfection. The project took several days and at the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned the area where they were working. I highly recommend Amazing Siding Inc.

Great product, great workmanship, courteous service. Much less expensive than a competitive bid (by nearly half). I'm completely satisfied with the job. Not sure what else to say. Call these guys for siding work.

Sales personnel & installation techs are always professional & on time. If there is any delay, they make you aware. The service & the job were completed with-in a reasonable time & they worked through any difficulty with patience & were able to accommodate all of my requests. To note, when the final walkthrough is complete, do not hesitate to mention flaws or things you like tweaked & fix before you sign to the completion of the job.

It went real well. We got three prices, that’s what we did and then we went with the one that best fit our needs and price. I recommend their product. I don't remember any problems with them.

Not well. I was attempting to get a siding estimate for repairs because were are in the option period for a different home and we need to request repair money from the current owners. We had planned to call to get estimates in a few weeks to have the actual repairs done, but we realized that we needed them sooner for contract purposes. At first I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the man who answered the phone. He passed me off to someone else who had an opening in his schedule the next day. Once he found out I was in the option period, the professionalism dropped off. He put me on "hold" and spoke with his partner, however I could hear the entire conversation. They conversed back and forth throwing out numbers about what to charge me. One of them said it would be pointless to give me an estimate. I guess they were assuming I wasn't actually going to have work done. After agreeing to lie to me about their availability, Larry returned to the phone and told me he had no availability the next day even though he thought he did originally. I called them back and told them that they were very unprofessional and gave them my feedback about the value of telling the truth. I actually might have used them to repair my siding had they not been untruthful. Remodeling has a lot to do with trust and reputation. There's no way I would hire someone who demonstrates this type of behavior, let alone ever let them in my home. Shame on you for not being courteous enough to tell me the truth.
