Description of Work: The movers were punctual, friendly, and quick to get everything moved in. We had to file a claim for two broken pieces of glass in our china cabinet, and it was a confusing process, but was settled after a few days We had one spot on our new carpet caused by a wheel on their dolly that they would not help us to resolve. Luckily, the heavy-duty carpet cleaner that we purchased after-the-fact solved that problem. Also, they assembled our king-size bedframe incorrectly, and we had to take it apart and re-do it after they left. However, we have had other movers, and consider this to be one of the better companies overall.

Description of Work: Once I posted an inquiry on their web page, I got an immediate response from one of their representatives, Brett. Costs were explained to me and an estimate given. The start time was an estimate. I had requested them to arrive later rather than sooner. They arrived later than I was expecting, but once the movers arrived, things went quickly. They were professional and polite. After being in a drought for months, Mother Nature decided to rain on THAT day :( It started raining after the furniture was loaded, but once we were on the way to our destination it started pouring. Upon their suggestion, we waited to unload the furniture until the rain slowed down to a little drizzle. They set up the bed and arranged the furniture as I directed. I had a very positive experience with my moving team, unfortunately, I don't remember their names.
