Description of Work: Very bad first impression over the phone by a woman who quoted me an estimate of almost $700 to move 2 pieces of furniture only 10 miles! I couldn't believe the price, so I'm not using them. Also, the woman giving the estimate ( I called the North # listed on their magnet card) was very rude, had poor customer service skills and no professionalism.

Description of Work: Moved all furniture and appliances from 3,000 square foot house (four bedrooms, formal dining and living room, family, kitchen, utility and family rooms. Also patio furniture, including bar-b-que pit ). Nancy came out to determine number of trucks (2) and number of movers (4). The four moving guys arrived on time and were very quick, efficient, careful, friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond in placing furniture where we wanted it; moving it several times with a friendly and helpful attitude. There was no damage to our furniture and minimal marks on walls in the new house. I would use this firm again and recommend it to everyone.
