Mover's actually arrived before the stated time. They were mostly efficient. My wife felt they could have worked a little faster, but mostly ok. Everything was priced as quoted except we were not quoted an $83.00 fuel surcharge, which I believe is excessive and should have been disclosed. Other than that, pretty happy about the move.

All 3 men were excellent, hard workers. Very polite & friendly. We couldn't have asked for better.

They arrived on time - were careful with the furniture & walls & delivered on time. They were very polite & professional.

Because loading UHaul was a small scale job, my parents' were told they HAD to pay for 3 HOURS minimum of labor (at $135/hr for a total of $400). They were also told they could have the movers do additional moving to utilize the labor we paid for. Company called wanting to have them come out 3 hours early, and my parents, who are in their 70's, worked hard to get things prepared for loading/travel. When guys showed up, they wanted to know EXACTLY what they had to move and initially objected to doing anything else that wasn't "on their list," but did indicate they "were willing to help." A call to corporate solved the first problem, but only after they got defensive complaining their corporate office "never communicated things" very well to them. After wasting 15 minutes in conflict with them, they got to work only to scratch the first dresser they moved. They initially denied it, and actually tried to tell my father "it was like that" before they moved it. Then THEY called corporate, and returned to work but only after telling my parents they were told they "didn't have to do the moving job if they didn't want to" giving the impression they could, and WOULD walk anytime they felt like it. They did confess to damaging the dresser, but blamed in on us for "not having a clear path" for them. After TWO hours of labor they announced they were "finished" because 1 hr counted as "travel." Another argument ensued as did another call to corporate. They were instructed, again, to work for the 3 hrs we were quoted. In the end (and no, they didn't make it for the entire 3 hrs) my parents' were charged $534 (an extra hour!!) because they charge a full hour for travel to and from the residence!! If you don't ask specifically for a TOTAL QUOTE you don't get one. To make things worse, they both smelled of alcohol. If we weren't on a tight schedule with my parents needing to leave town the next morning with the loaded UHaul I would have asked them to leave in the first 5 minutes. It was VERY uncomfortable not to mention unprofessional. The friend who recommended them had 2 veterans show up who were apparently very polite, wouldn't let our friend lift a finger etc. So, if you HAVE to use this company, ask for THE VETS!!

I thought the price was a little steep but I knew what to expect. I could have had a small truck and I ended up having to use a big truck and that disappointed me but I understand where they are coming from. They told me that it would be $650.00 and it could be more but if it was less, I would be charged less. It came out $30.00 less so I was happy about that. Their guys are terrific. They have a great sense of humor, professional, efficient. I can't boast about them enough. They arrived a little before our time so they get an A+ on punctuality. I can't boast enough about Richard and Andy. They were phenomenal. They took care of my furniture like they were moving the queen's jewels. I plan on using them again.

I looked them up them online. They were pretty professional. They showed up on time and did a good job. I had no complaints. They handled all of the furniture very well. It was a bit of a drive. There was some traffic. They could have stopped for lunch on the way, but they didn't. They got there when they should have, and we were really impressed.

Everything went smooth ! Ralph andy clint did very professional job. They even moved fast and min. The hours worked.

They just did the moving, we packed our own things. They were great and they were careful and they were fast. I thought their price was excellent and the quality was the same. I will recommend them to others and would use them again in the future if needed.

The move went very well. The crew was prompt, courteous and professional. Theywould ask for clarification if unsure about what needed to be moved or where it needed to go. The crew had a great attitude and demonstrated excellent customer service. I was very pleased with the service and would use them again.

It was shocking to see how far this company has slid down hill. We used them six years ago and received great service. It seems their business model now is low ball the bid and then "surprise" when it comes time to pay the bill. The bid was approximately $1300 but they didn't have time to come out and provide the bid in person as they advertise on the local stations. On the day they came out to pack the lead (a tattooed lanky middle-aged individual named Steve) insisted on packing the master bedroom and bath. He packed my prescription drugs though I had not intended that they be packed. None of the others did any packing in the MBR or MBATH. I unpacked several boxes after they had left since I needed my prescriptions. One of the prescriptions was conspicuously missing - one that would be of prime interest to a middle aged or older man and costs about $20 a dose. We have since unpacked everything and it is obviously that this individual stole that prescription. On the day of the move they showed up 6 hours late already tired from a previous move. They were told (by the tattooed lanky dude) that our move would only take 4 hours. The truck they brought was too small as well, which extended the time since they had to keep rearranging items to get everything on. The crew didn't even have adequate tools to break down the beds and desks. We had to unpack several boxes to find my tools to do the job. The actual move took over 9 hours and by the time it was all over they were doing a lousy job mainly due to exhaustion. We discovered that they didn't finish assembling one of the beds and one of the desks. The desk was actually damaged by their shoddy assembly. I called the company and told them all this and gave them two weeks to respond. I still haven't heard back. Apparently they don't give a crap about their customers, Do not do business with ALL My Sons! And don't let that one guy any where near your medicine cabinet.

We recently moved to the area and temporarily rented a house while our house was being built. We only unpacked what we needed, and most of our household goods were still in boxes when it was time to move to the new house. We called three companies for quotations. After receiving a verbal quotation over the phone, we requested that All My Sons come out our house for a formal quotation. The estimator came to our house, went to each room and saw all of our belongings. He gave us a verbal quotation of 11 hours of moving time, which would be performed in one day. Based on the hourly rate, that corresponded to quotation of $1550. It actually took them 18 hours of moving time over 2 days for a total charge of $2528. Their estimate was 63% off. Of course, we had no recourse since we (stupidly) did not demand a written quotation. Not only did the move cost much more than expected, but it also took two days of our time instead of one. They even charged us for their break times, including two half hour lunchtimes. Had I realized this at the time, I would not have paid them for their breaks. To add insult to injury, we even paid for their two lunch meals (as a gift) and they still charged us for their time. We moved approximately 5 miles away from our temporary house, and yet they charged us a 6.6% fuel surcharge (that's $157 for fuel!). Then, when we paid with a credit card, they charged us $75 for a credit card processing fee without telling us beforehand that there would be a processing fee for using a credit card. If we had paid with a cashier's check, there would not have been a fee, but they never told us this so that we could prepare a check for them. After we complained about this, they reimbursed the fee. Do not trust verbal quotes from All My Sons. Demand a written, "not to exceed" quote, and if they don't give you one, go somewhere else.

It went OK, except that we had a digital camera, came up missing, that was laying on top of a dresser, when it was moved from the master bedroom. The company denied any responsibility for its mysterious disappearance.

This company moved our major household belongings from a temporary apartment to a new home. It took them all day, even though we had moved many things on our own. Two months prior to this move, we had had another moving company do the same thing and it took less time and was about $400 less in price. I never completely understood why this move was so much longer.

Requested a quote on moving household items from sold house to rental house 6 miles away. Came to house & gave a bid of $3213 to move all furniture, appliances, & owner packed boxes which were estimated to be around 125 to 150 boxes. I then requested a bid to move all except boxes. Requested bid on Friday & was told it would be faxed, none came. Called Sat. morning & told agent not there & would get bid on Monday. I said I needed bid that day so as to compare to other bids & make determination. I was told that I would get the bid that day. None came. I called Monday morning and requested to talk with agent Brittany Queen. I was told she would arrive around 9 A.M. and she would call. Today is Wednesday and I still have not heard from them. Found the company to be very unprofessional & nonresponsive to a simple bid request. All other moving companies had there "second" bid back to me with in 24 hours. I have no idea as to why this company did not give second bid like others had done.

All My Sons Moving & Storage did a good job. They placed all of the furniture exactly where we wanted it. They even hooked up the refrigerator, washer, and dryer. They were really respectful of our property. They were very quick and got right to work. They mostly just moved all of the heavy stuff and were finished in about two and one half hours. There was no extra charge for steps.

Excellent service, the crew was professional, courteous and didn't waste anytime getting the job done. They were on time arriving at my residence and completed the job within a reasonable amount of time.
