Very professional. Mike & Andy were extremely flexible working around painters at the new home. They kept me informed during the whole process. I would definitely use All My Sons again.

Quote came quickly but actual cost was double the estimate. Understood it was by the hour, but delays in crating a granite top table and getting it actually moved ran the costs way higher. Crew was very responsive and professional, but weren't aware they would be moving a 700 lb table.

These guys were awesome! Jimmy and Jamey were professional, friendly, punctual and kept me abreast of everything they were doing. They even helped me make a minor repair to my dryer, hooked up the washer and dryer in my new place and set up my bed frame. I really couldn't have asked for a better move!! Highly recommend these guys!

This is the 3rd time I have used All My Son's Moving and will only use them in the future. Alton and his crew are professional, on time and very cautious with personal belongings. My wife and I went back and forth about which moving company to use for our new home move and she convinced me to use the one of her choice. They were priced more competitive and had a larger crew which according to her was a better deal. After several hours on moving day of a slow moving crew, a broken antique and an owner who actually brought my wife to tears, we had to fire them in the middle of the job. So when you see a sign out there that indicated First Choice, you might want to make them your last choice. I called All My Sons and asked them to come out and finish the move for us and they have been nothing but professional. I will never use another moving and storage company again, All My Sons will be my moving company of choice for me, my family and anyone I know who is in need of a moving company. They Rock! The moving crew who helped us were very profesional, hard-working, and careful in handling our furniture and items that had to be packed. They were awesome! Thank you again for getting us moved in one day from our very remote location to San Antonio.

Crew arrived on time and worked hard. They magically put way too much stuff in too a small moving truck that I had rented. I was very impressed.

Excellent. I requested a quote on-line, and received a phone call from All My Sons within 2 minutes of the request. Lacey was the woman with whom I spoke and she was extremely polite and kind. I was called several times by All My Sons before the move actually happened, just to make sure they had all of my information correct and to confirm our appointment. The moving men showed up at 8:00 sharp, as was scheduled. I was surprised and happy that they were on time. Jimmy and the other two movers were polite, professional, careful, and quick! The move was finished before I knew it. When the movers arrived at my new address, they very kindly helped set up my beds and furniture, and they had all the tools necessary to do so! They were on time ready to work. It took a while for them to get started moving as they took inventory first (for storage purposes). However, they were pretty efficient. The only major hiccup was the hot tub they were to move. The person I spoke with on the phone didn't make a note of it, and the 3 guys were surprised to see it when they arrived. They ended up having to come back the next day with a crew and a different truck to take care of it. All in all, I think they did a good job. All furniture and otherwise breakable stuff seemed to be packed well. I guess we'll see when we get it out of storage in a few months. The only hesitation is the price. However, it was competitive compared to the other estimates we received. ***Update*** We moved our stuff out of storage and into our new home. They took longer than estimated, pushing cost up some, and didn't put together garage shelving. The other stuff was moved in and put back together. There were two broken items (a mirror and a desk), and they gave us the info to file a claim. Last time we had moved, the few damages were dealt with promptly and either paid or fixed. Not so with All My Sons. After I sent in the requested materials including estimates (and notarized forms vouching for the accuracy of our estimates), it took them 3 weeks to acknowledge receipt of it. At that time, it said the claim will be settled within 45 days. We just got a letter at day 40 asking us to send estimates again. Not sure if the first estimates weren't on the right forms or what, but I am exceptionally annoyed. This is not an acceptable series of hoops to jump through for a mistake made by All My Sons. I write this as a reflection of All My Sons since it seems that we are now working with their in-house claims company. I won't use them again. The price, though competitive, won't make up for the annoyance associated with their mistakes.

Mark & Adam were on time, introduced themselves, had me tell them what to move, then went straight to work. They were fast & efficient. I was moving due to a divorce and they were friendly & made it a much better experience.

All My Sons Moving & Storage were very good. They moved my son to Austin. They were on time. They did the job quickly and carefully. We were very pleased.

Moving is stressful, they did a great job. While the packers could have been a bit better, having a full pack is worth the effort of trying to find a few things and they were without much guidance on the home end, since I was already in OH.
