Friendly, extra careful with items, conscientious and worked hard the whole move. Explained in detail all fees and addressed all concerns and questions to our satisfaction.

The shedulers were very helpful and understanding when changes were made. The movers were all very polite, hard workers. Very helpful. The day went very smoothly.

Two movers were on time, exhibited high energy. Positive attitude and treated my possessions like they were their own.

My mother lives in a small town. They came all the way out and picked everything up on the 1st day. Then drove back to San Antonio. The second day they drove to a different town outside of San Antonio and delivered her furniture and boxes. They could not have been more wonderful, prompt, professional, kind, and careful. My mother has a lot of large, heavy furniture - lots of antiques and life-size sculptures. They brought two large trucks (equivalent to the large massive ones you'd see from a national company). Both trucks were filled with her furniture. I've hired movers previously and had mixed experiences. All My Sons had a crew that worked non-stop and was extremely conscientious with all of the pieces. We had a couple of people present just to monitor their work - from picking it up, going up and down the stairs, and then going out into my mother's drive and loading the pieces. We found out that that wasn't really necessary as the guys were diligent in their work. Each of the guys working had good life stories - a college student, a veteran, a former fire fighter, and a gentleman who had been in the business for a while. It seems that the company hires good, hard workers. What I think was even more wonderful was that when they arrived to deliver the furniture my mother (who is in her 70s) asked them to move pieces around - after realizing that they didn't fit or look right where she had originally placed them. They guys just asked her what she wanted and moved things around 2-3 times in certain rooms. They were always gentle natured about everything. The guys never tried to rush her. LOVE THIS COMPANY and will use them again! They were priced right and did a great job

Your movers are terrific, very strong, very energetic, excellent attitude, willing to set up furniture. They worked very long hours and haven’t complained. A very long day, but well done.

This company is absolutely horrible & worst of all when we called to complain about the workers the manager didn't even care. We had multiple items damaged, a wheel under our entertainment center was broken, they stole numerous glasses, drinking pitchers & most importantly our hard drive for our computer. The movers for the exception of one were incredibly rude & extremely unprofessional. The older man told me I didn't know what I was talking about when I was trying to set up my guestroom furniture. They didn't even know what an Allen wrench was. They're movers, they should know the basics. The other guy told us this was the only job he could get because he got kicked out of Italy (country) & couldn't go back because he threw the bouncer out of the window of the strip club he had previously worked. After hearing this I immediately called the company & the manager I spoke to didn't seem the slightest concerned & couldn't stop laughing. I felt very uncomfortable & felt my safety was being compromised when the workers started to get confrontational. At the end of the 4 hrs I just wanted them out of my house & off my property as fast as possible. I will never use this company ever again and will be telling everyone I know about my experience & to use someone else for their moving needs. I know it has almost been 3 yrs but it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I think about this company.
