It was a pretty good experience. They arrived on time. They got to the house on time. They unpacked everything on time. We haven't found any damages or anything missing. The workers were very pleasant young men. They were easy to talk to. Their supervisor kept on top and talked to us if he wasn't sure where to place something in the house.

On time and work is done in a timely manner.

Excellent. They called ahead and were actually a bit early. Started right at 12:00 pm. Worked very efficiently. All furniture in good shape. Very professional.

The moved went great! The guys were courteous and very careful with my belongings. They took great care unloading and loading all my stuff, and asked where everything was to be placed. I even had a bed that had to be disassembled and then put back together again. I went back and forth if I needed I needed an extra truck (I had lots of stuff) decided to go ahead and get 2 trucks which was a very good decision, get it all at once and not have to go back to get the rest. They showed up on time when thru what needed to be loaded. They were great and will use them again.

Everything discussed with our Estimator seemed to not matter once the move began. It very quickly became a "he said-she said" scenario between us and the supervisor. Robert was not around at all during the move, but did answer his phone. The movers consisted 4 men. Originally, we were scheduled for 2 days of loading onto a semi truck. A couple of days before the move date, they called and informed they would get the entire load completed in 1 day, rather than 2. Also, they showed up with 2 regular moving trucks instead of the semi. Also a couple of days before the move, they called and told me the unload time was being changed and we were expected to meet them at the new time. We had made plans that had to be changed to accommodate this. Everything we had planned was changed at the last minute...too late for me to call another moving company. By the end of the day, the guys were exhausted. They had to stop for almost 2 hours to get a 3rd truck. They were at our house for over 12 hours, after we were told no more than 8 hours. Our assumption is that the supervisor did this, so they could squeeze in another move the next day. It seemed abusive to me to work them that hard. It was also extremely unnecessary to have the guys working in the dark, because they planned the load incorrectly. On our end, we had not planned on having people in our house for 12 hours straight. Also, until my husband stepped in, All My Sons told me that because the load didn't fit on the 2 trucks, they would bring a 3rd truck the next day and combine it with another family's move. They informed me that it would be about 1.5 weeks before we would receive the load from the 3rd truck. One of the main reasons we chose All My Sons was that they specifically promise not to piggy back loads, because that is how boxes get lost, and you might wait 2 to 3 weeks before it arrives. After my husband called, they agreed to go ahead and bring in the 3rd truck that night and not piggy back our load with another load. The move: One of the movers was the "packer", meaning his job is to get the furniture and boxes to fit in the truck. My husband was very upset when he saw how the truck was loaded with our furniture. One piece of our chandelier is popped off from how it was loaded. So far, only one of our china plates is broken. We are not finished unpacking. As for delivery, our largest display hutch was not put together correctly, and the doors will not move at all now. We have to disassemble this huge piece of furniture and reassemble it, or hire someone to come handle this for us. It is currently not useable. When we arrived, no protection was laid on the ground as the dollies were rolled in and out of the house onto the carpet and wood flooring. We brought in our own rugs, but even cheap moving companies that we've used in the past have laid down walkway coverings. When it was time for the supervisor to collect his money, the entire crew stopped working at Brett's very loud and insulting instruction to his crew. We paid, but only after I could here the cussing of Brett on the phone. Brett was very aggressive with me personally and insulting. I was asking him about an Angie's List discount that was promised, and rather than having a normal discussion, he became very defensive and argumentative. I was exhausted after the long day and he was extremely unprofessional in his tone and verbiage. Regardless of the right or wrong on the discount, there is no reason to talk to a customer the way he "talked" to me. Once the crew was paid, they were ready to run out without finishing the job. They left part of our load on our driveway! We had to bring in those items ourselves! Also, they left items in the garage that were supposed to be brought in the house. They were tired and overworked, and they were nice, but they sure left fast after getting paid. The movers and our estimator Robert were all very nice, but I do not recommend the San Antonio franchise of this company due to the unprofessionalism of the supervisor Brett as well as the poor handling and management of the time and load estimations, and most importantly: be ready for changes at the last minute if you choose to work with this company.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with movers. They broke my table during a move and refuse to replace it. We'll over $800 table. Went back and fourth mailing out information they asked for only for them to come back at the end to say sorry but we're only paying $100. Plus the movers were very rude and disrespectful and late. I would not recommend this horrible place to anyone! Bad business.

They showed up on time 8am. Fast and courteous. They moved me from my condo to house and made me feel at home. They fixed things that needed fixing and took their time to make sure it was right. Very happy w/ their job
