All My Sons Moving & Storage

Arrival time was between 8 - 9 AM. They arrived at 8:15. 3 man crew. Extremely professional, courteous and took the time to carefully move my artwork and large screen TV. I thought I would have to make a couple of side trips to finish everything but they picked up EVERYTHING! Brooms, vacuums, and the smallest of items. It was a very emotional move for me and they recognized this and were incredibly kind. They went above and beyond. This is the second time I have used All my Sons and I hope I don't have to move again - but if I do - they are my number one choice.

I will try to be brief.....the move itself went as well as could be expected, crew was on time, courteous and extremely efficient. We were quoted two days, two trucks and four guys, and yes we needed that!! Lots of stuff going from a single story to a two story, all of which was accounted for in the estimate. BUT, get everything in writing and do not pay until satisfied that the cost and all promised discounts are applied. Time for payment is where the problem started. The original quote was furnished after a full survey of the house, and left my wife with the understanding that it was a "not to exceed" estimate. A $300 deposit was required to secure the dates, not a problem, but the final quote was several hundred dollars more. The final was on an I-Pad so looking at the charges was difficult but to keep things moving we paid the additional charges and followed up with the salesman. After a brief conversation he agreed to look into it and get back to us. I called him again about a week later and he said that they had not figured in the Military discounts and would credit a "couple of hundred" dollars back to my account. Three weeks later, no credit back to the account, so I called again, left a voice mail with no return call. Another three weeks goes by and I contacted the office and was told that the quote was "non binding" not a "not to exceed" and I would get a return call. It has now been two months since we moved in, no receipt, no return calls, no promised military discounts and no credits.

I would highly recommend All My Sons Moving and Storage to anyone looking for a responsible and professional moving crew. The entire crew was very courteous, conscientious, and hardworking from start to finish.
