The movers were on time and went to work straight away. They had my furniture loaded on the truck quickly and safely. Unloaded at my new home and put everything where I wanted it.

The guys were good and efficient but pricey. Overall great job and very professional.

Just used them for a small move of about 5 miles but they handled all the heavy furniture. Was very satisfied with the clean looks and manners of the movers, all three were very pleasant to work with. The move took about 4 hours and they had 2 story homes on both ends of the move. They were very careful and we did not have any problems. I would recommend this wonderful company to anyone needing their service.

I used All My Sons to move me from our home to a temporary apartment. One of the reasons that I intended to use them is the offer of a discount on the second move from the temporary apartment to our new home. Well, when it came time to move us from the apartment to the new home their service, all of a sudden, declined sharply. You can of course chose for yourself, but I won't use them again and will encourage all of my family and military friends not to do so either. First Move: During the first move the only real thing I noticed was that they turned our dressers on their end dumping the contents onto the house floor, truck floor, all along the way. Yes, we could/should have perhaps emptied them, but they new we hadn't. Second Move: During the second move I called them about 45 days in advance. I discussed with them the previous move and how they had offered me a discount on the second move and I also asked about a military discount. I also went over with them all of my details, including address for current apartment, new address for new home, and all other personal details. They indicated they would call me back. I never received a call back. I called Robert the appraiser, the person who was suppose to call me back, and got his voicemail. I left a VM again with the details and still no call back after several days. I called Robert again and this time he picked up and said he was Just getting ready to call me. We went over the details again and he indicated he'd send me an estimate to my e-mail. Two weeks went by and nothing. The day after Thanksgiving I called again and this time spoke to Adam. I explained that I was waiting on an estimate from Robert. Adam explained that Robert was going on vacation. I mentioned to Adam that I had been waiting a few weeks for an estimate. He started back over from the beginning asking me all of the details of the move and my personal information. I explained that I'd already given this information several times and didn't understand why we needed to do it again. He indicated , "Sir, if you want an estaimate we need to collect all of this information." I said, can I speak to a manager, he said I am the manager and you'll have to deal with me. He again asked for my details. At that point I indicated I didn't think I'd like to work with this company and he said fine by me. So again, your choice if you want to work with them, I'll encourage all of my family and friends to find more professional movers.

Excellent service! This was an all-day job because of the distance between San Antonio and Rockport. All of our furniture was handled with the utmost care and placed exactly where we wanted it. This was our second time to use All My Sons and we will definitely call them again.

They get your money and then won't answer your calls. Below is the email I've requested a response to several times with NOTHING. Good afternoon xxxx, I just want to say that I was obviously thoroughly impressed with the 3 guys you sent to move me in March from Conroe to Spring. Not only were they very personable, they played around with the kids, made them feel special and worked diligently and efficiently. And this is why I chose you guys again. I regret to say that not only was I expecting the same experience... I was also expecting the total price to be about the same seeing as I had no more stuff now than I do then and I was not moving 15 miles away- I was moving a mile around the corner. PLUS the fact that I had FIVE GUYS instead of 3 this time and I wasn't even moving all of it yet. BUT this was not the case at all. Once we got to the new house and I was told the price, I thought no way- and just had them dump all the boxes in the first room you walk into thinking this would speed up the process and I would get some of my money back... Yeah, no. It was ridden out the entire time. So I now have a room full of boxes we will have to carry upstairs to bedrooms. I know that assembling beds takes awhile, but I have the same beds as before (3) And only 1 of the 4 bedrooms has an 'entire suite'. One of my kids has NO FURNITURE whatsoever besides a tv and a small 1 PC table. There was no hustle, no nothing. I guess one of the guys was in training and I could see that another one was trying to teach him to wrap but I NEVER expected to pay DOUBLE my last move. 3 guys, 15 miles in traffic, every box put in proper rooms upstairs and down ... $600 w/$50 deposit plus $60 tip (may have tipped more - can't remember) 5 guys, 1 mile no traffic (in same neighborhood) all boxes downstairs except a couple upstairs... $970 plus $50 deposit plus a $120 tip. Just letting you know my service quality this time around. I now have to get to packing the rest of the house and move it by car loads.
