The HVAC system that came with the house was 7 years old and the compressor failed. Mike from Alexander Services came to the house and offerred me a new system with a $500 discount (simply replacing the compressor was not an option since the Freon was getting phased out). He showed me a chart of the different types of systems they offered. The higher the SEER rating, the more costly the system. He was very fair and briefed me about the benefits of each system. The entire install took about 5 hourse. They replaced the outside and inside units. The work was prefessionally done and they cleaned everything up afterwards. The past year, the system has been working great and I have noticed my bills are a bit lower. Great work and highly recommend Alexander Services.

I have been using Alexander Services for the past 3 years. Services is always exemplary. The technicians are so knowledgeable and polite. I have has a wonderful experience each and every time I have called. Rates are also reasonable. I usually request Mike because he is a fantastic technician and always knows what the problem is. My inside unit was leaking water and Mike knew instantly that my coil was not working properly and managed to fix it without having to replace it as it would have been fairly expensive.

The Company was very professional, prompt, and I have the utmost confidence in their service. Alexander Services pricing was also very reasonable. Alexander Services also exudes honesty and integrity. My heating/AC units have been running smoothly year round. I am very pleased with the service Alexander Services has provided and will continue using the Company for my heating/AC service.

My a/c unit had stopped working in the middle of triple digit temperatures late one night which caused my family to wake up due to sleeplessness caused by the extreme heat in the house. So I called Alexander Services who quickly responded to my call and came out first thing in the morning. Upon inspecting the unit the problem was diagnosed as a faulty motor. They thoroughly explained the problem and helped me to understand why it was failing and did not just attempt to sell me a new unit and charge me thousands of dollars like everyone else. If you ever need help with your a/c or heating problems...I highly recommend this company as the service I received is unsurpassed by others that I have encountered. AAA+++++++++++++++

Mike and Ray arrived and presented themselfs as professionals. Impressed, the problem was diagnosed and repaired with in 15 minutes. I will use this company exclusivly and recomment them tdo my neighborhood, Saddle Mountain... Thanks for employing such professional individuals..
