Description of Work: I had bought a cheaper brand system on line and after 4 years the Brine and control box needed replacing. They replaced the Brine and electronic control box with better quality items.

Description of Work: What a difference a water softener makes!!!! For the price of $1995.00, I got a softener matched to my needs and home size, a reverse osmosis system for my counter top and fridge, and instillation. Abel, the Tech/installer, was a master....plus he left the work areas spotless! Alan Townsend, his wife, and son all made sure I got "hooked" up just as soon as possible.....with every conversation, I could sense there concern and dedication to provided a product and service that was second to none. Having educated myself on water softener in SA, I questioned 12 different companies......Alamo was the ONLY company I'd do business with. Angie.....you need to add another PLUS and a GOLD STAR to Alamo's credits!!!! Dennis Giannakakis, Boerne, TX

Description of Work: Alamo Water Softeners installed my system today. If I could give this company an A+ in all the above I would. The owner called on me 5/25/2012 and explained everything. On 5/26/2012 the gentleman (and I mean gentleman) arrived on time and proceded to replace my softener. It gave me great pleasure to deal with this company. I had major problems and the first company I called could not install until Tuesday. I could not wait that long. Not only did Abel perform the installation, but he repaired my faucet in my kitchen. I couldn't be happier. What a delightful experience with this company. I highly recommend this company. Their water softeners are made in San Antonio which is even better. Buy local and help our economy.
