Alamo was very helpful in providing options and cost comparisons and the system they finally installed has resulted in dramatic improvement in the water quality.

Description of Work: Henry came to my house as an emergency and was very professional, but couldn't come back on Saturday to work on my water softner, I understand that, but when the owner of the company called me 11-21-2014 and informed me that he was going to pass on my job I didn't understand that. He offer no solution or referral for another company..nothing.

Description of Work: Came out and gave us an estimate on replacing our existing water softener. Price was reasonable and installation scheduled for July 7th. The gentleman that came out was very professional and explained all of their products and services to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment for filter changes for the RO system. When the gentleman came, he told me that I actually can order those filters from them and install by my own, which may save some service fee. And I asked him if I could cancel the installation at that time even he came already. He said that's no problem at all. And he also kindly taught me how to change the filters!! NO CHARGES!! HOW WONDERFUL SERVICE EVER!! I would definitely recommend AWS to everyone I know.
