They were able to get us on their schedule, even with our fluxiating closing dates. Install technicians were on time and very efficient with their job. Great job, terrific company!

Description of Work: Had a water softener and RO filter plus associated faucet installed in my already-plumbed house. They initially came for an estimate on a Saturday and the gentleman was very friendly and professional, and answered all of our (often dumb) questions. We let him know that we had someone home almost all of the time, so they were able to fit us in the following Wednesday. Installation was fast and professional.

Description of Work: They were fantastic. We live in the country and didn't know where the water came into the house. It took them a long time to find it because of how it was buried, but they kept on till they did. They had to come back on a Sunday morning to finish--did so with no complaint, no extra charge. They were all very professional, very conscientious and did a superb job. I would recommend them vey highly.

Description of Work: Alamo replaced our 20-yr old water softener. They were punctual, professional, and effecient. They followed up the install with a visit 30 days later to retest our water, confirm the equipment was working properly, and review the operational procedures with us. I also appreciated that the equipment pricing was available on their website so there were no surprises when they gave us the estimate to repace and install the water softener.
