Description of Work: Had a water softener installed at our home. I chose them because they had so many good reviews on Angie's List. They were punctual, cleaned up after the job, took the time to explain what they were going to do and answer any questions, and followed up with a home visit about a month later to ensure everything was working correctly and to answer any other questions we had. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend them!

Allen help us select the system appropriate to our needs, as opposed to pushing the highest end and most expensive system. He produced a clear bid that detailed the entire scope of the work and equipment. The installation went as promised, and it was handled in a smooth, efficient and professional manner, as was the cleanup.
Description of Work: Installed a water softer system and reverse osmosis filtration system (linked to both our kitchen sink and refrigerator).

 + -1 moreAllen came out to give us an estimate on a water softener for our older home. He wasn't pushy and went through the entire process with us. We were slightly concerned that the water softener would have to be placed in our detached garage and pipes run into the house, but he walked us through the process. When we decided to go forward a couple weeks later with the project, he came back to make sure everything was as he remembered and walk us through the process again. We had the softener installed within a week. The installation was completed in 1 day and the backyard was returned to the exact condition as before. We saw the difference in the water almost immediately.

I had small leak after they installed the softner and they had someone come out with 1hr on a Sunday and fix it, Would use them again. They had a tough time first finding the main water line but stayed with it and completed it all in one day. Jim G.

Having a new house I received severasl visits from companies offering their water softeners with prices up to $8,000. Alamo offered a system with an excellent valve and electronics (Clack) and did not start with an inflated price. The plumbing was a messy affair since it had rained and our grass had not been put down. When they left the area was very clean and the system has worked great! Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.
