The crew called the night before to confirm, showed up on time the next day and spent 5.5 hours cleaning the place better than when I had moved in. They did not have a problem using my eco-friendly products. The job was completed wonderfully and I intend to use them regularly. Though the cost is a little more than I would like, it is worth it.

Went quite well, however items moved were not returned to thier orignal location. They were placed near where they should go and not all of the furniture was put back the way it was to begin with. I plan on having them clean on a regular basis, with the understanding that all decorations and furniture be put back exactly where they were found.

I called the week of Thanksgiving and they were out on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, on time, very professional and worked very hard. I do not have one complaint and I am a hard customer to please when it comes to cleanliness. The house looked as clean and nice as it did when we moved in, and when we moved in, it was a brand new house!

This was the best experience I have ever had with a cleaning service! There was not a surface that they didn't clean to perfection. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would. There were two people cleaning and they made certain that they cleaned everything to my satisfaction. Marcie and her team are extremely professional and conscientious, and I highly recommend them.

They are a great cleaning service. They are thorough and clean very well. They are professional and on time, and they work with my schedule. They could be a little cheaper, but they are cheap enough.

They give me a senior rate and they come weekly and charge $120. At least two people come each time and sometimes more. Their initial visit and subsequent visits when they do a thorough house cleaning there are about 4 people and they are here for about 8 hours. I spent somewhere about $260 more or less on that visit. It was more than $200 and less than $300 and these are all senior rates. They get straight A’s across. I had one problem once with punctuality and it was handled.

Marcie and her team of two came in and went through the house and Marcie explained to the gals what I wanted and how t proceed. The women cleaned room by room from 8:30 to 3:30 and when they were finished I was very pleased.

I called Marcie on August 27 and left a message on her cell phone. And she returned my call within 5 minutes! I was impressed. I asked her if she could come and give me an estimate for her services on Monday, August 29. She said she could. She asked me when I needed to have my house cleaned. I told her August 31. We scheduled a time of 6:00 PM on August 29 for the estimate, and she was delayed because of traffic. Completely understandable here in San Antonio, right? She arrived approximately 6:40 PM. She went through each room of my house and ultimately gave me an estimate of $350, which I thought was completely reasonable, given the fact that it REALLY needed to be cleaned. Upon leaving, she stated she would return on August 31 to complete the job. When I arrived home after a long day's work on August 31, I was completely amazed. It smelled sooooo good in my house, and I could tell right away that Marcie and her team had delivered on their promise and it was spectacular. If you need a housekeeping team who will do the job for you, you need to call Marcie at Alamo Housecleaning Services. She and her team are wonderful!!!! Thank you, Marcie and Jorge! They were okay, but not impressive as their reviews online. They were fairly priced, but were 3 hours late for the job. They called me and had the appointment re-scheduled. Later, they couldn’t find the way and were lost; above all they came and asked me to order Pizza for them. I had a bad experience and will not hire them again.

EXCELLENT! WE went over my home I told them what I wanted and they even went beyond - dusting my walls, arranging a disaster room, beautifully cleaning my hardwood floors and moldings, stairs, chandelier, fans, lighting, kitchen, windows - THE WORKS. They know how to clean art - they spray the cloth first, place things back wher they found them, in 2 instances much better! Alamo demonstrates the pride, quality, and professionalism that I expected and prayed for. Again, I am a client and believe my family will follow suit! SL Anderson

The crew arrived promptly and started work. We have a 2-story house that was not too dirty, but lots of dust was around. Originally we had requested a general cleaning, but since they always do what they call a deep clean on the first visit that was what we got. They cleaned and dusted the downstairs from top to bottom, but did miss the table lamps. Upstairs they dusted furniture and did the bathrooms (2) but again missed the table lamps and some of the baseboard. However, I still gave them an A (there is no A-) because they just did not have enough time to finish everything they would have done. Our original request did not include dusting the upstairs, but they did quite a bit anyway. We paid for two and a half hours of work for 4 people. They bring their own equipment and supplies which is very helpful as we didn't have to worry about running out of cleaning stuff or making sure they had what they needed. They are a bit pricey, but are very fast and if we needed a similar service again, I would not hesitate to call them.

Have no experience with this company other than an estimate of work.

I made a special request that they start cleaning as early as possible and Marcela was willing to accommodate even though 7am was earlier than their usual start time. My house is just a little over 3000 sq. ft., 3 1/2 baths and 5 bedrooms and was quite dirty. I opted for a 1 time cleaning only; if I signed up for the maintenance future cleanings would be significantly less expensive. I was very happy with the results and will definitely use this company in the future.

I noticed for the deep cleaning, it was 2 people who came out. She had to leave during the cleaning and still charged me for 2 people working. This is my only minus with the company. They do a good job cleaning. I would highly recommend this company!

Marcela and her crew does an excellent job each time they comes over. We have been using her for a while and will continue. Highly recommended. Very professional, respectful and quality work. It took us a while to find Marcela and we won't be changing anytime soon.

This was the first visit from Marcy and her "crew". The initial cleaning was more work than they anticipated, but they did the job right. She did not ask for more than the estimated amount, but I gave her more anyway (since they had done the equivalent of a deep cleaning). They are very good at doing the things that I don't do, especially dusting. Marcy has high standards, addressed all the specific things I asked for and was also responsive to things that I asked her NOT to do, which can also be very important.

I found this Housekeeping Service other than on Angie's List. Marcela came to my home and gave me an estimate. She outlined her services and I decided to give her a try. She cleaned the way I would clean myself. She cleaned things without being asked to. I have tried some other services that were in and out in no time. Not Marcela. She did not stick to the three hours she estimated. Marcela is friendly, very efficient and thourough. I would give her an A+.
