Description of Work: I was needing a house cleaned after moving out. I was calling with short notice for someone the next day. I was able to contact this company and arrange for them to come. Unfortunately, the next day they had someone call in sick, so they were short staffed (it was a Saturday). They were great and gave me a reference to another company and with my permission gave them my info. The cleaners who came did a great job. I appreciated the owner/manager being willing to work us in on short notice and being quick in calling with the change.

Description of Work: They came and did a thorough heavy cleaning on their first visit about 9 months ago and now come bi-weekly for regular cleanings. The staff is very nice and friendly and they do a great job cleaning. If I have any questions or concerns I just text the owner and she gets back to me promptly. I am very happy with their services.

Description of Work: This is actually an update to a review I gave over a year ago. I think everyone deserves to know about my experience today. Because we have very high ceilings, I had asked Jorge to come along with the usual cleaning crew to replace some lightbulbs that had burned out. He actually arrived about 30 minutes after the cleaners left, brought his own ladder (instead of using my enormous one) and in ten minutes finished the job. When he left I tried to give him some money for his time. He absolutely refused as much as I tried to give it to him. He said that it was his pleasure serving us and that he would come over any time to give us a hand. I think that is a commendable act and makes me appreciate even more the people at Alamo House Cleaning Services.

Description of Work: The home I hired them to clean was not my own, but needed service (badly) in order to be moved into. This place was disgusting- dust caked solid everywhere, pet stains that had been left for so long they permanently discolored the already gross forest green carpet throughout the house, only God knows what splattered on walls...I mean, this place was trashed. I was given a quote by Saul of $462 after seeing the home. I thought that was a little expensive, until I thought about the fact that 4 women were there from 8:30 until 4:30. That's 32 man hours it took to get that place in shape! Aside from a near disaster with a light-fixture and some fine china that had been left on the table below the light fixture, everything was great! They worked hard, and I will call them again to clean the house I'm moving out of :)

Description of Work: We were getting ready to move in and there was alot of cleanup from painting. They cleaned everything and all the dust was removed. The bathrooms were horrible and they cleaned them spotless! We would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Description of Work: We recently moved to the San Antonio area a couple of months ago so my house really needed a deep cleaning. I called Alamo for a quote and they came out to my home that same day (Monday). I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could do my initial cleaning on Tuesday. Theresa and Barbara arrived - as promised - promptly at 8:00 AM. They worked until 12:30 PM to make my 2400 sq ft house shine. I look forward to working with Alamo House Cleaning Services on a monthly basis.

Description of Work: We called for an estimate at 9:30 Saturday morning for a light cleaning as soon as possible.They asked if they could come by and see the job prior to issuing the estimate. Once they arrived, the estimated the job at $100, and asked if we would like to have the job performed then and there. That worked perfectly for us. We went and ran some errands while the three of them worked. A few hours later, they called and said they were almost done. WOW - were we surprised when we got home. They did an absolutely outstanding job. I will definitely be using their services again, and will be recommending them to anyone who will listen. I recommend if you are thinking about having your place cleaned - USE this company. The price, professionalism, quality, speed an attention to detail were not only unexpected, but unparalleled.
