Jerry did an excellent job with the repairs. We needed some drywall repaired and outside brick seams filled in. The kitchen cabinets are beautiful - paint job is perfect and they look very good.

They were very efficient and very clean. They came when they were supposed to. They didn’t goof off. They came and did the job in 3 days and they were gone. They weren’t the most expensive but they weren’t the cheapest so they were in the middle of the road. I really like the way they matched the paint and matched the siding. They showed up when the appointment was and they showed up when they said they were going to start the job. They told me how long it will take and that’s how long it took them and they were here and gone and you couldn’t even tell they were here. I’m probably going to use them in the future.

Joe was very professional and took time to get the job done right and if I was not happy with the way something looked he re-did it to my liking. The initial estimate was for 5 days, but the work actually took 7 total, and he was able to get some additional work I needed done as well. Very pleased with the company and would definitely call if I needed something else done in my home.

The price was exactly what they quoted. They did excellent work. The pricing was spot on, it was accurate. They were very timely and finished work exactly two hours later. They cleaned up and everything. I would use them again, I've actually called them up to do something else.

Our technician (Tim) arrived about 10 minutes earlier than scheduled - which was great, as he was able to get started immediately. Tim first fixed up the water-damaged area of ceiling sheetrock in my kitchen. Since the damage was along a seam, he was able to patch it with sealant and a couple of additional screws rather than cutting a whole and replacing the drywall. He cleaned up the rough paint areas, patched the seam, and retextured the area. Additionally, he sanded, patched and textured two settling cracks in a second area. Followed up by getting a paint match with the original ceiling color, and repainted the entire kitchen ceiling and the patched areas of the settling cracks. The only issue (and we didn't notice this till later that evening) are a couple of patches on the kitchen ceiling which will require a bit of touch-up (looks like it was just along the edge of the roller) - but that is something I can easily touch-up with the remaining paint Tim left us. Tim also left the kitchen and family room areas pretty clean, considering the sanding and patching creates a lot of dust - but he left the area clean. Overall, very professional, friendly, and efficient service - I'd definitely recommend Alamo Handyman for your around-the-house projects!

Excellent! We received a call to set up an appointment for the general contractor to come out the next day. Joe was very professional and worked quickly to get the job completed. We are completely satisfied with the work and would use this company again.

Not only did Joe find a better solution than other contractors suggested he saved us money. We are now contracting out with Alamo for additional work especially if we get the same person. (Joe)

Great. Tech was very friendly and knew his stuff. I showed him the issues by symptom and he came up with a few recommendations and got right to repairs. Then he went inside and restructured the window seal and painted and it looked great. No haggle pricing, work was completed within the time I bought for the coupon price and the quality was great. I even offered to pay additional but they tech said it was covered. Good group to use. Highly recommend them.

The team that was on property, which was led by Tim were all punctual, timely and provided quality work. They cleaned up and replaced items that were moved prior to them departing. The quality work also was recognized as the jobs were detailed and completed in a timely fashion. I have had Alamo Handyman perform jobs at our home on several occasions and will continue to refer them to family and friends. We pay a little extra for jobs completed but it is well worth it knowing they will be punctual and timely in completing the jobs and with quality work. Tim has always been great to work with.

This company is very trust worthy. I have talked with the owner Ed before. He is a good man.

The work turned out to be more extensive than the original estimate. We are pleased with the work that Joe did - he was on the job through the hottest day of the summer, rain storms and even stayed when he discovered snakes in one of our rotted porch posts! He came on a Saturday to try to finish the work, although the rain kept him from working that day. We would like to have Joe return to do other work in the future.

replacing siding removed electric la outlet.. Alamo told me that there was something wrong with the wire , they told me that is could be an short in wire i had another electrical company come out..they told me that the wire was cut I had to pay for this to be repaired by another provider when it perfectly ok before Alamo Handymen came. when i called and told them what the other provider said he gave me another story about the wire. He said that maybe the wire rubbed against the conduit and broke.

We needed the work done quickly because we were leaving town and the problem appeared suddenly due to all of the recent rain. Alamo Handyman was able to send someone out the same day. Unfortunately, that person felt uncomfortable doing the work and spoke with HQ to find us someone more qualified. It was slightly frustrating, but we definitely appreciated this person's honesty. Brad came out first thing the next day and was able to fix everything right away. He was quick, thorough, friendly, professional, and cleaned up after himself. Great job, Brad!
