We had water leaking through our ceiling that destroyed the drywall. They diagnosed the issue, found the source of the leak around the upstairs window, repaired the window trim, redid the drywall inside, and finished it all in a day. Very impressed with their skills, workmanship, and timing. We called and they showed up and had the work done within 2 days. Would definitely hire again.

I can't rate the job really because it never happened. All I needed was a simple door realignment, and yet, this was backlogged 3 weeks out. I also made attempts to schedule myself and through my tenant, which were both ignored. If this is how the scheduling works, then I can't imagine what the workmanship is like.

Have used Alamo Handyman for over 20 years. They are always super responsive and if something is missed or not quite right they will follow through on fixing it. And SS they say, nothing is too small.

Alamo Handyman completed our siding repair work in San Antonio within the time frame.

I have used them several times and have been satisfied with their work and clean up. I will very likely use them the next I need a handyman.

I had a 2-door medicine cabinet with one door that didn't close correctly over time. It turned out that the medicine cabinet was defective so I contacted Alamo Handyman to remove and replace my medicine cabinet. Rich came on time and deftly replaced the medicine cabinet and cleaned up the work area before leaving. He was very professional and courteous and I again am a very happy customer of Alamo Handyman! I highly recommend this company as they have performed various repairs in my home for several years.

Plumber (Not from Alamo Handyman)repaired leak in 1st floor ceiling but made 5 large holes in bedroom wall and 2 in downstairs ceiling before finished, then unable to properly do all drywall repairs/painting. Called Bill @ Alamo Handyman, and as always was prompt, professional, efficient, and fair priced. Should have called Bill to start with.

I liked how they planned the repair so that it wouldn't be too extensive/expensive. And they did a great job! Very friendly and helpful.

I was in contact with Bill at Alamo Handyman. I needed work done on some flooring. I received an estimate for the work. When I contacted him back Bill said he would check to make sure the estimate was still good. That was in August. As of today I never received a response from him. There are too many reliable and dedicated contractors in San Antonio to waste your time with a company who doesn't care about the customer to respond back.Please don't waste your time with Alamo Handyman.

Bill from Alamo Handyman has done several projects at our house. This one involved a difficult task of repairing ceiling in an enclosed space and then painting. As his usual Bill accomplished to job with professionalism and efficiency. These folks do a lot of different kinds of tasks at economical prices. We will use them again soon.

I had a few odd and end jobs with little idea how to get them handled. Alamo handyman came in gave me options and explanations on each option. The process was easy honest and adorable I have used them 2 more times since my initial call!

We use Alamo Handyman for our Rental Property portfolio. The office folks are always friendly and responsive to our emails and phone calls, and when the work is complete, it looks great and done right the first time, which our tenants appreciate.

Are my regular handymen and they usually get everything done in a timely manner if it's not after a major storm. I can rely on them to be responsive and fix things if not done right by the contractors or laborers. Would use again!

Project: Repair Carpentry Framing Angi's List recommended two contractors. Alamo Handyman scheduled an appraisal visit on Tuesday January 24, 2023 arriving between 2:30pm - 4:30pm. It is an outdoor project, I work off site, so I don't know if they came by. I called on Wednesday January 24th and Monday January 30th. Ultimately, I was given no estimate and had no follow-up.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Our 2nd story balcony (30 feet from ground level) had water leaks. I called them and explained out issue, telling them they would need a 30 foot ladder to get a good look at the problem. An estimator came out 9/29/21, looked at it from the ground and the balcony and said he would need to send a 2 person team with a 30 foot ladder (duh) to pull off some wood to do a proper estimate. They said they would charge ~$600 for this, to which I agreed and promptly paid. They scheduled this for 11/2/21 and then called to change to 11/8/21. Two older gentlemen came on the 8th WITHOUT a 30 foot ladder. They said they would need to come back with a younger person and a 30 foot ladder. Scheduled this for the next day. They came back with a ladder but no younger person. They said he was delayed due to a wreck on I35. I later heard him say on the phone "I told her you were stuck in traffic in case she asks". The young guy eventually got there, climbed the ladder, pulled off one piece of siding and took about 3 pictures. That was it for $600. They said they would get me a quote. I called them many times to ask about my quote, the last being 1/6/22. Despite repeated assurances, I never received a quote. IF YOU DON'T WANT THE BUSINESS DON'T STRING PEOPLE ALONG. I had this work done by Moses General Contractors, who did a great job on the work and a great job of communicating with me.

I needed to make repairs in my attic as part of selling my condo. It was easy to schedule an appointment for an estimate and later to schedule the work to be done. The estimator was very knowledgeable and helped me understand how the work would be done. On the day of repairs John reviewed the work to be done and set to work. Later a coworker arrived to assist. John and Bill got to work and completed the work in a few hours. The work was well done and they were careful to pickup after themselves. I asked that whenever they were not in my garage (cutting sheetrock) to close the garage door and they were careful to do so each time. They were professional and personable. A very pleasant experience. I've used Alamo Handyman for 2 other projects and would recommend them to anyone. It was very easy working with the office as well. I called a few times to ask questions and each time, everyone was pleasant to work with and very helpful.

They did a great job repairing the shed. Will recommend this company to a friend that needs similar repairs.

Initially, they reached out the same day. Charged us $50 to come out and look at the area we wanted repaired. Said once they provided a quote on the work we needed done, they would apply that $50 to overall cost of the project if we went with them. After that, we've not heard from them...almost 3 weeks and no response. We've reached out via email and phone multiple times and all we are told is they'll follow up, but no follow up has happened.

Lalo realigned hinges on a metal door and adjusted door knob on a closet door in same room. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. For other handyman services, I would not hesitate to call Alamo Handyman.
